@Juno231 you mentioned before that you are not from the UK, but I don't think you ever mentioned your heritage - are you from Singapore? It's one of OHs favourite countries, and on his list to revisit as a tourist, seeing as he's only ever been for work ❤️ The chocolates worked a treat, but daddy and I had to eat quite a few in order to demonstrate the fractions... What a shame 🙊

@Cocoblue22 I know it takes a while but the midwife said I have to go see the gp if it takes longer than a last year since my last shot had worn off so a year from August last year x

@lucyrp yeah you wouldn't have ovulated at all until your periods started up again I don't think (so maybe don't count those months until Dec) so when you think from jan - May that's only 5 cycles and you did get PG and were PG on over 2 cycles (did you say you were 7-8weeks) worth of weeks and then maybe a month after your body needed time after your CP/MC so it seems like it's only maybe one or two cycles where you could have got PG but haven't if you get what I'm saying? Trying to make you feel better saying it takes most ladies at least 3/4 cycles to catch so it sounds like everything is working just fine. It's just proper rubbish luck that you went through that CP a few months back I really feel for you. I just think if you gave it a few more cycles I'm pretty sure you'll get that BFP. Trying to see the positives and help you through sometimes it's hard for us to see the positives on our own x

@LV1987 I'm afraid not - although Sing is definitely on my list of places to visit! I just happen to see a lot of papers on their teaching methods as it's meant to be the best/most pedagogical :) I'm actually quarter Danish, quarter Chinese and half Polish! Born and raised in Sweden though and did most of my nursery/preschool years on the French Riviera. So I don't really belong anywhere!

@KRK05 I just checked where I bought them from on amazon and there's no bad reviews so all okay 😂 I cant get FRERs in a shop around me because I'm so rural 😂 thank you x

Just had a complete and utter meltdown at OH cause he’s so disapproving of me having a drink. I’m like I’m being bombarded by baby talk from my two best friends, I’m a hormonal wreck, AND still isolating 80 percent of the time, I need a wine for my mental health!! Ugh such differing opinions, anyways adding absolute hormonal wreck to my symptoms today, DPO 8 tomorrow, time is crawlinggg

And for anyone wondering...

I know I got lucky being the first month ttc but I used conceive plus and pregnacare vitamins for him and her 😬 feel like the conceive plus might've done the trick as their website said 40% chance of pregnancy in first use (of lube and vitamins-but I took pregnacare instead) hope this helps anyone on their journey to get their bfp♥️

@Mococo1 oh this gives me hope, we tried Concieve plus this cycle, did you do anything particular or just used it like normal lube?

@Mococo1 thanks for asking, I'm not sure how I'm feeling to be honest. I thought my symptoms had gone as of yesterday morning but I've just had a wave of dizziness and a headache and feel slightly nauseous now. Waiting on the doctor to call me she did say 2pm but haven't heard anything yet. The dentist just rang and said I can have my braces off soon tho so I guess that's a positive seen as I've been waiting since March 🤣x

@lucyrp I feel exactly the same with the disappointment tbf. it's only been one cycle for me so far and I was sad but I know deep down it was so unlikely to happen for me this month so it makes me feel a bit better. I think once we decide to TTC tho we just want it to be now I keep thinking why didn't I try a few months earlier! Really hoping I ovulate this time and I will deffo be going full our Lucy style on DH! I would put money on you getting your BFP before August....three cycles until then I'm sure you will and I'm crossing everything for you (I'm also hoping I get one by then too!) let us know what your doctor says x

@Sydgal22 tell you're other half to sod off mate 😂. If it helps to put him in his place baby (if you are of) isn't actually taking any nutrition from you at this stage so whilst I'm not condoning getting plastered every night while TTC having a few wines with your mates is literally zero risk. AND, stress is one of the worst things for stopping you TTC so a few wines with the girls may even improve your chances.

Oh wow @Juno231! That is an interesting background - my boys are 1/4 Chinese, 1/4 Thai and 1/2 British! Bloody good looking boys too, damn their mother and her beautiful genes 😂

@sydgal22 I didn't use it like normal

So I actually bought the applicator tubes and only used two of them in the fertile window. (as they have so much lube in them I only used half a tube each timex3 times we had sex in the fertile window) I just used the nozzle to squeeze a bit of the lube as high up to my cervix as I could reach before we started any foreplay and going really high helped no fall out! and DH was happy we didn't use too much

I also sat around for like 10mins max after because I'm impatient and couldn't do any longer

I'm not sure if this helps but in the TWW I've switched to decaf tea as well x

@Cocoblue22 i think the CP kicked me into touch really. We were just plodding along having unprotected sex thinking it would happen any month and as the months went by I was thinking wht isn't it happening and then when we caught and had the cp I realised I wanted it even more than I thought I did. And I always think if we'd tracked before I might already be pregnant ☹️x

@lucyrp I keep putting myself in your shoes and think you must be so strong girl! That's amazing a new smile and it won't be uncomfortable for you anymore. I hope the Drs give you some proper advice/make you an appointment to give you some sort of resolution! It's annoying when they dismiss people with no concern!

@Cocoblue22 Yeah I think the thermometer I bought is broken. I'm not under weight, and not tired and genuinely quite happy so I don't think I have a huge hormonal imbalance. 😂 OH might disagree. Were you on the pill? what did you use to track cycle to make you think you didn't ovulate?
@lucyrp first thing I did when I got my braces off was eat an apple!!

@Mococo1 Aw thank you. Yeah I think it's because I said my wires were sticking out and they've started booking people on again so I'm on the list 🤩 I've just rang to check and they said she's tried ringing me alresdy but I was driving and it was a random mobile so I didn't answer so she's ringing again soon. It certainly is I'm hoping for her compassion!
