Little bit of background -
Cycle #3 TTC after MC in December
This month doing SMEP, tracking BBT and OV (CB advanced and Femometer strips), also drowning myself in grapefruit juice 😂 and will take Calc Fluor in TWW.

Hi girls. Huge congrats to @Niisa and @ttcin2020!! Whoop whoop! Just popping on to add some good news.. Got a BFP this weekend! Didn't say anything on here till now because I wanted to tell my husband first and he was away all day yesterday. Still in shock and denial, with my PCOS and only one month since I miscarried, I didn't think it was possible. Super nervous now that I didn't give my uterus lining long enough after my MC to recover 🙈 the second guessing is no better now that I've had a positive! But so grateful. Hoping this little one is ok and that we will get to meet him or her in 9 months. 💓 another loss so soon would be devastating..

Congratulations @1990EM what a fantastic weekend of BFPs - my DP has told me that I am not allowed to tell MN before I tell him if I get a BFP so totally understand 😂 wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months ❤️

So AF arrived in full flow today - after days of limbo it was actually a bit of a relief. So CD1 now and ready for next month...for now I've got breadsticks and Nutella to cheer me up!

@elliew818 its the worst being in limbo isnt it? So although it wasn't a positive result this month for you, glad that you have a fresh start and cycle to look forward too xxxx

@SmileyT 😂 made me giggle at the menstrual cup struggle. Annoying that it is leaking though. Hopefully you get the hang of it soon, I bet you'll master it and then not need it soon 🤞 xx

@VP91x well I assume so. But I’m just so unsure this cycle. I expected a bigger temp rise, and the peak last night isn’t higher than the last 6 days so I’m hoping it goes up again over the next day or two.
I hope I am though, as that would match the app and my previous cycles. Really hoping the good luck in this thread rubs off!

How are you today? Been flashed or stared at this morning?

@elliew818 I know the feeling of relief when AF shows. It’s strange after wanting it not to, but it means a new month started again. Fingers crossed for you. Plus, breadsticks and Nutella sound great.

@1990EM can you add any words of wisdom to the other BFPs this month?

Yeah still being flashed at 🤔 last cycle I got my peak OPK at CD19 and then ovulated CD21 according to temps so it'll happen at some point this week 😒 xx

@VP91x I’m CD22 today so I think I must have 🤞🏼

@VP91x not sure I’ve ever said, hard to keep track in here sometimes. I have long ones, usually about 33-35 days. I came off the pill in November so they were on their way down in length each month and then I fell pregnant. So I don’t have much to go on but the one before I got PG was 33 days I think and then since the MC they have been 35 days. Everything feels extra long and tests my patience 😂

Right, that's it. Flurry of BFPs has me inspired. AF due tomorrow. This is day 3 without a drink (I know, I know... it shouldn't be that difficult...) and moderate caffeine. I've been for my first run in a fortnight and have signed back up for slimming world. I'm gonna stock up on the grapefruit juice and may even invest in some POM. My body is a temple and I'm doing this

I've a fairly regular 28 day cycle. I know a few of you are waiting on AF too. Any cycle buddies out there?

Unfortunately AF arrived today so onto another cycle that is 🙁 feel super deflated-feels like we are doing everything by the book and it's still not enough sigh
@elliew818 we are both on cycle day 1 and we are both Ellie (I assume) so I'm thinking that's a good sign😉 fingers crossed x

Love that @Banbi. It’s so important to look after your body and make it a lovely home for a little Bub. I’ve decided to take back focus on my training and eating too, as it’s fallen a little by the wayside while I’ve been feeling sorry for myself.
Although you aren’t out yet if AF doesn’t arrive, so you might have a lot of grapefruit juice and not need it!

Sorry AF arrived @Eli2020. It’s hard when you’re throwing everything at it. But I think maybe all these things take time to have effect so keep at it and keep positive.

It’s so lovely seeing BFPs though, gives so much hope and is just wonderful news to share xxx
