New thread for those who were on the May/June thread and didn’t get a BFP, think we’re up to 14 people with a BFP 😍

Anyone who will be testing on above dates welcome, I’ll create a list of usernames and testing date and we will then support each other through the TWW, symptom spotting brain ache and AF arriving or celebrating a BFP. Great if everyone could give a little info about them too!

I’m 30, boyfriend is 27. TTC #1 Cycle 3. Tried SMEP last month and using OPK’s. Not even a hint of pregnancy yet for me but hoping for some baby dust my way this month!

Are the tests a bit crap? Have I had a CP? Or was the test just faulty? After seeing yesterday’s I was excited to take one this morning expecting a darker line and just got faced with a big white slap in the face

On to month I think 62 (I wish that was a typo) now?! Hello AF... again

@bookishem you are literally exactly the same as me cycle wise my clue app changed my predicted AF date when I entered my opk result how weird! I have sore breasts but that about it I think trying not to symptom spot, I am going to try and hold out until Saturday if AF is a no show before then 🤞
@Fran2020 yes the urge to poas is crazy especially when you know they are sat there and they say the can detect pg 6 days before AF is due so technically I could do one now but trying to hold out a bit longer

@bookishem I'm due af Saturday too! I'm still deciding whether to test tomorrow or wait until Wednesday. I should be 11/12 dpo tomorrow which is why I'm leaning towards it plus I have some ic's left 🤣

Also, I've just found out one of my friends is due 31 December so I'm feeling a bit sad. Don't get me wrong I'm very happy for her, but part of me is a bit gutted it isn't me 🙈

@Dinosaurus86 I'd do the 4 day ones as will give you more warning. With the 2 day one the only benefit compared to IC is you can use FMU and the smiley face is easier than comparing lines. I used them a couple of of months alongside cheap ones and once cheap ones were darker used CB to confirm. I just use cheap ones now though. I managed to get my clear blue cheaper on groupon.

@Smushty14 its horrible feeling sad when you hear your friends good news. Im fed up of it. I just want to feel happy for people without the sadness and jealousy but it is normal when your trying yourself to feel that way

@FlyRobinFly Argggg its so hard to tell isnt it. I definitey saw more on yesterday's and at this stage they can vary based on time of day and what you have drank etc. Im definitely not testing early this month. Drove myself insane last month but i know how hard it is. All you can do is wait.

@Smushty14 I’m the worst to tell you are debating testing cause I totally cave and test early! Oh I know the feeling my cousin just had a baby and when I was buying her a wee gift I actual felt a pang of jealousy which is so stupid as it’s only cycle 3 for me so I’m sure it will be my turn soon! Sending baby dust to you ❤️

@Egg2020 26 so when I started this I was like oh it doesn’t matter how long it takes as we have plenty of time blah blah but now it’s cycle 3 and feels like forever... nobody tells you time goes slower when you’re ttc 😂

@Smushty14 aww don't feel bad... I've only been trying 1 cycle and I'm suddenly jealous of all my friends with kids. I know kne of them got pregnant cycle 1 without even having af so she raised my expectations way too high I think. I wish we were taught better how long this can actually take! X

Did another test after and it was so white that I couldn't even convince myself there was a line 🙈

@Smushty14 urgh that's the oddest feeling! Like you know you should be chuffed for them but it can totally floor you! Hopefully you'll get your BFP soon too and you can have all her baby clothes

My OPKs came today. AF not due till Friday though! When do you guys start testing? My cycles about 26-28 days, FF predicted day 12 as my ovulation day from CM.

@Littlebee1990 ah temping does my head in. I like it to confirm ovulation but after that it stresses me out. As soon as my temp starts dropping i just know AF is on the way and it depresses me. I don't sleep well at all either when I do it. Ive given up now.It could be an implantation dip on yours but ive had that before as well and not meant anything. Apparently it can't really confirm anything but ovulation but you can read into it a lot in the 2WW xx

@HellloBambinos proper laughing at “couldn’t even convince myself there was a line” ahaha! That’s exactly what I do if I see the faintest hint of anything.
I’m becoming a POAS addict, just bought a huge pack IC’s that came with a pop out cup.

I’m losing hope but app says AF not due till Thursday so there’s a tiny bit of hope there, I feel insanely bloated and uncomfortable which could mean either thing!!

I’m sure my OH is getting fed up of me banging on about it now, he’s like “just test in a few days time and see”. He has no clue of the need.

Does anyone know anybody who’s taken a test in morning and got BFN and then taken one later in the day and got BFP?

Hope you’re all ok. I’m so moody today.. AF not due for a week so not that, I’m also really gassy and constipated (sorry TMI.. I promise I’m a lady really) but it’s so annoying!!! I just wanna go and it’s putting me in a bad mood

@KatieFH i did a IC this morning. BFN. Just took one and I'm squinting, standing on one legs and shining a flash light on it but I think I can see something? 🧐

@RoEP2018 That’s very similar to one I had yesterday! Fingers crossed. I can see the line. Today’s test for me seems to have none or a lighter one though.

Mines got to be an evap line. It's far too early surely. I have symptoms. I actually feel pregnant (I didn't even feel pregnant with my first DD 😂) I actually think I'm getting too obsessed/stressed about this. Will definitely try and chill out next cycle.
