New thread for those who were on the May/June thread and didn’t get a BFP, think we’re up to 14 people with a BFP 😍

Anyone who will be testing on above dates welcome, I’ll create a list of usernames and testing date and we will then support each other through the TWW, symptom spotting brain ache and AF arriving or celebrating a BFP. Great if everyone could give a little info about them too!

I’m 30, boyfriend is 27. TTC #1 Cycle 3. Tried SMEP last month and using OPK’s. Not even a hint of pregnancy yet for me but hoping for some baby dust my way this month!

Today is 9dpo for me

Ive woke up this morning with the boob pain of all boob pain...i feel like someones gone over them with a rolling pin 😭
I normally get this but right after ovulation so its a bit later this month.

@motherofdinosau this sounds promising!! I’d be optimistic about it... when are you going to test?
3dpo for me and obviously no symptoms yet!

@motherofdinosau That does sound promising! I’ve only just realised that I can add in my positive OPK in to the flo app and it’ll change the ovulaction to when you actually did.. such a novice! It’s not changed my AF date from 1st July to 29th June so thinking I can test this month now 😆

2DPO and I’m bored of waiting already, cycle 3 (ish.. first cycle we decided half way through and probably missed ovulation) for me and I honestly admire people who have been doing this for a while, it’s so thought consuming.

@BookishEm do you think?! Im trying not to read too much into it ha ha!
Will be checking tp every time i wipe for the next 5 days waiting for af to show !

Im not sure when i will test...keep plodding along and try and make it my first month without early testing lol...will prob fail at that though!

@Littlebee1990 me too! We started half way through the first cycle so I never know when to count it... I say it’s cycle 3 but it’s really cycle 2.5 😂
@motherofdinosau I know the wait is soooo hard. You’re probably best to wait as long as you can but trust me I have never and will probably never manage that myself 🙈 good luck and keep us posted!

@Littlebee1990 completely agree, I dont thi I I can cope with this lasting more than a few months! I've no patience.

@motherofdinosau same, my boobs are kiiiilling me, I get tender boobs before AF but not like this 🤞

I haven't bought any tampons, positive thinking and all 😁 10 days to go.

I scrolled back through my ovia app this morning and was surprised to see the month I conceived my DD was still recorded!! Thought I'd share 🥰
So I was livid at the start of my fertile week because DH was ill 🙄😂 My order of OPK's hadn't arrived until 1st July so I hadn't done any. Basically thought that month was out. Static smiley on 1st by chance! Ate soft cheese and drank a lot of wine and gin the following week still thinking we were out that month 🤣 On the way home from Wales on 13th July I had the most sharp pain in my left side. Not like a period cramp. It was weird! Then my stomach just felt different. I can't really describe it more than that!! Took a test when I got home, 2 days before AF due and there it was!!

@motherofdinosau sitting trying to resist the urge to test this morning. Have no symptoms what so ever ATM, I only have one step and easy at home tests, the frers I have wouldn't detect anything yet. Then part of me wants to just make myself go for a pee and then I can't test today. Why do we do this to ourselves? I know it's too early lol.
I would take the boob pain as a definate positive, fingers crossed for you.

@Mamainmaking1 when is AF due? Honestly it's so hard to resist temptation isn't it!

Well after yesterday AM and PM peak opks, I tested again this morning and it looks like it's going down, so presumably I will ovulated today? We didn't DTD yesterday, but did Sunday. Do you think that's ok or missed the best chance yesterday?

@dogmam I still think you're in with a great chance!! Fingers crossed! Would doing it tonight be worth it? 🧐 I'm exactly same point as you I think! Ovulated on Sunday. DTD last night. They are getting lower today. Thought I'd just DTD for the hell of it. Catch those swimmers 😂

@dogmam I'd say you're in with a good chance. Worth DTD tonight if you can.

I wanna test so bad! 5DPO kinda feel like AF is close though the way my belly is today is usually what my belly is like the day before AF. But AF isn't due for over a week

@dogmam I always feel this way like have I done it enough and on the best days 🤔 I think you will be in for a good chance from doing it Sunday but if it makes you feel more confident then do it again today! I ovulated Saturday and dtd Thursday and Friday but didn’t Saturday and Sunday and now I feel like that was completely stupid! Oh well... it’s done now 😂

@Nottherealslimshady I feel the same as you. I have had period like symptoms ever since I ovulated and sore nipples. Seems to have stopped today though and back to no symptoms! Really wanting to test but going to hold out and do a frer on Sunday. Fingers crossed for all of us!

@dogmam not until Monday and I have very short 24 day cycles so apparently it can take longer to get a positive but I have no symptoms whatsoever so I have kind of accepted that this might not be the month. I did the test and ofc it was a negative but I am only 8po at most so I will test again maybe Thursday or Friday.

@Nottherealslimshady @SVC11 hope you both can hold out longer than I managed to it's not worth it testing early.

Does anyone use any essential oils ? I have the diffuser going with a women's blends mix but just hoping it's safe just incase a BFP does come.

@SVC11 the clear blue early one says 6 days before a missed period so it wouldnt pick it up amd would just be a waste of money, so I keep telling myself!

Sundays 3 days before AF for me so wondering if it'd worth it lol. Should get picked up on a frer so I'm told. We will see!

Popped into boots today to get some bits and the queue lines on the floor that I had to stand on was RIGHT next to all the pregnancy tests. I was so tempted to buy a FRER but at £10 I thought I'll hold out longer!

I wish I had regular cycles, mine can be between 24 and 26 days so I know if AF doesn't come on day 24 those 2 days until 26 will draaaag! Roll on next week 🙂

Oh and last night DH walked in on me checking my CM so I had to pretend I had a wedgie, don't think he believed me

@Fran2020 i think 7 days after ovulation is better as progesterone should be at its peak by then. So you've timed it perfectly.

Im CD16 and this is the longest wait for ovulation ever. It should be Thursday. Although i may have miscounted CD1 im not 100% sure. My OPK is still completely negative. I think mine go from nothing to positive really quickly though rather than a gradual increase so hopefully it'll be Thursday. Do anyone elses do this?

You'd think after 11 cycles i wouldn't worry about not ovulating but i do.

For once i cant wait to be in the 2WW. It seems a lot of people on here are a bit ahead of me so hopefully hear some positives soon xx

Hi ladies

I am 2 dpo here now I think. Don't worry about including me in the dates etc Littlebee...there are so many people testing in the same week !

I just wanted to say it is all consuming and I don't think it matters how long, some people can get obsessed with POAS from cycle 1 haha (I did!). I am now coming up to 2 years but have definitely missed over half due to partner working away a lot and only facing tracking on and off.

We must keep on keeping on!
