@lucyrp & whoever else was asking it was my ‘reassurance scan’ I paid for at 7.5 weeks after I felt no different from about 6 weeks that found out my little bean had stopped growing & so I had to have medicated miscarriage which was horrible in lockdown on my own with toddler but necessary. I would have had to wait otherwise & been none the wiser so I would always pay now for that reassurance but always do it at a similar point so you can see the heart beat 7 weeks for most ppl. Though they say 8 weeks is best to see stuff. You need to find a good place though.

@lucyrp I wouldnt be too anxious could it be that someone somewhere is burning a fire but you’re early preg so can smell it more?! We’ve got a fire going outside tonight and it ‘sparked’ my thinking lol!

Interesting to hear about the nhs and how things are done in the UK. In Oz they have standard 6 week tests it seems, is it much more expensive to have private tests done over there?

I’m using my OPK for the first time right now and just waiting for it to show it’s result, why is it so exiting poas, I’ll be shitting bricks come actual testing time this month! @lucyrp I have everything crossed for you!

@lucyrp haha we'll be keeping those early scan clinics in business, they are £70 near me for a viability scan and OH has already accepted there will probably be at least 4 - the NHS gave me one at 6 weeks last time where I saw the HB as I have a walk-in EPU in the hospital near work 😂 well normally the temps stay over the cover line after ovulation but can't see a clear shift in yours, have you been strict with temping at the same time everyday before you get up? I've seen others charts like yours where they don't have such a clear shift but still get pregnant so 🤞 i'd hold off testing and keep hold of hope for at least a few more days. That is very strange about the smell sure you don't have something stuck up your nose 🤔

@firsttimetry yeah your chart looks good... should stay above cover line for the rest of the month now and a shift upwards is even better. The differences in temps is so small that it isn't always clear but I think yours is xx

@Sydgal22 yeah on the NHS you only tend to get early scans if you’d had MCs or CPs before, & usually more than one, I would prob get one due to a MMC & my medical history now but other than that it’s just 12 week scan, when you do IVF you get a viability scan at around 8/8.5 weeks to check it’s ok before being sent into the NHS midwife system so I had booked a private scan a week before my IVF scan as I just hit suddenly worried I had no preg symptoms really & it was when the U.K. was starting to talk about lockdown

@SmileyT I temp within the hour every day between 6.10 and 7.10 if you look at the second picture I attached to that post it says my temperature taking is fine. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I thought my chart was looking good according to the app because you should see a rise 4 days after ov and a dip for implantation which I thought was the last dip 🤷🏼‍♀️ yeah they're £70 around me but you can get them on offers I've looked. OH has said he can smell it today too so I'm not going mad 😂

@Sydgal22 yes someone is definitely burning a fire but OH has said he can smell it today too but its bugging me because I can smell it so strongly and everywhere in the house but he can only smell it slightly and in a certain spot 😂 yeah its about £70 to have a private svan here and our first scan through the NHS is at 12 weeks. I'm shitting bricks already 😂😂

@lucyrp Your temps are so hard cause I am positive it's supposed to stay above coverline after ovulation until a dip before AF or implantation (but I'm no expert so somebody correct me if I'm wrong) & if I was u I would probably go by CB static for ovulation cause your CB done its job picked up estrogen first with your flashing smileys then lh surge, would be different if u kept getting ⭕ all through cycle would think CB hadnt picked up anything atall but still ovulated. Are u taking your temp before even moving in the morning? Member cant even pick phone up to text or go to the loo then take temp it literally has to be first thing u do. But who am I to talk it's my first month tracking 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 just personally I would go by CB.

@KRK05 to be honest it's only just given me a cover line these last few days it wasn't there last week, the only thing that's making me think to go by my temps is the spotting because I shouldn't have spotting immediately after ovulation for 4-5 days should I ? Yeah I don't do anything before I take my temp I literally roll over and reach into my bedside drawer for the fermometer and take it then I go to the loo after 🤷🏼‍♀️ I attached my cycle prediction below which says the test may have detected a fluctuation in my hormone, the wording is personalised to me so that's what it's saying 🤷🏼‍♀️

Have DTD yday and 2 days ago. Will try again tonight and tomorrow if OH cooperates. We're out all day today so I'm worried OH will be too tired for his baby making duties!

Please test like middle of next week 😂 buttttt on the bad side doesnt give us much positivity for CB considering it didnt even pick up your first Lh surge of ovulation 🤷🏼‍♀️ so not sure how much I would trust CB after that 🙈

Morning girls, tested BFN this morning on an amazon cheapie at 9DPO. I'm thinking I might go out to get a FRER later as I'm starting to second guess these test sensitivity and ability to pick up at this early. I have clear blue digital sticks also but now I have found out that they are in fact higher than the cheapies 😩😂 I know it's super early but I'm crazy 😜 thoughts?
