Almost filled the last thread, so thought we'd better start another one. Ladies feel free to tag everyone in.

@diorissimo1985 do you know when you ovulated? You maybe just not as far on as you thought and they are unable to see anything yet and hopefully everything will progress for you got my fingers crossed for you xx

Thanks @Tink20058 - I was tracking with test strips so certain I ovulated 07/05.
I can’t bear the waiting I was hoping they could confirm either way today but it just continues

@Diorissimo1985 will they scan you for definite in a weeks time? Xx

@Diorissimo1985 did they take blood tests? Could you not request them at go to see if hcg is increasing? Maybe worth a try just to put you at ease a little until next week xx

Also, does HCG rise even if it’s an empty sac?

Dont worry this happened to me in my last pregnancy as u must just be a bit too early for the pregnancy to show, i was in agony with pains so they scanned me early as they thought it could be ectopic so it was called a PUL pregnancy (pregnancy of unknown
Location) until i went back and it had grown and it was fine xx thats why they are asking u to go bk in a week or so xx

@Diorissimo1985 they should have taken bloods though to make sure ur hcg is going up every couple of days? Xx

@Diorissimo1985 has bleeding been really bad and did they mention anything about possible PUL pregnancy? Xx so sorry for all the questions you must be going out of ur mind x

@Diorissimo1985 I’m sure if you explain how it’s making you feel to your gp they should organise blood tests just so you know if your hcg levels are rising xx

@Hayleylou89 thank you - bleeding isn’t horrendous but it is there. It’s the pain that is causing me the most panic though.
No blood taken - perhaps I should have asked?
They confirmed it wasn’t ectopic today though.

@Diorissimo1985 yeah they should have offered u bloods definitely and asked u to come back in a couple of days to check they are doubling as thats reassurance before they can confirm on a scan whats going on in a week or so...thats what happened to me but i didnt have bleeding just pains that were on another level, iv got everything crossed that ur ok and give ur gp a calls tomorrow and request urgent blood tests x xx

Sorry, I’ve not posted here before, so you’re probably wondering who the hell has popped up. I am on the June bus, but I’ve been following all your stories while I got the courage to post xx

@MichT4 that’s so nice of you - how are you doing on the June bus?

Not that good here - very tearful and I’m bleeding again. Pain in pelvis and aching thighs. I just know it’s not going to happen and I feel so foolish for hoping again. No idea what to do now as I think going to GP won’t give any answers, and blood tests would be next week I suppose. It’s really hard isn’t it x

@diorissimo1985 oh lovely, sorry to hear that you’re feeling like that.
Firstly, you are not foolish at all! We have to be positive, and you had the result you were looking for and you were hopeful - that’s absolutely the right way to be. It’s tough after MC to get as excited but it’s important to stay positive or it’s all just too anxious. So please don’t be hard on yourself.
You also haven’t had a definitive answer yet.

Did you have a private scan? As I know when I had mine they weren’t able to do bloods. When I bled more I went to A&E, which was advised by 111 but that was pre lockdown. I’d try there as they sent me directly to the EPU and they took my bloods then. The only reason they didn’t scan me was because it was about 4am on a Sunday morning, so they booked me in 48 hours later for scan and second bloods so they could see the trend. So I’d definitely try your local EPU.

I’m ok on the June bus thank you. As you know the girls are all wonderful. Trying to be more relaxed and positive this month. I am trying to think it’ll happen when my body is ready....hard to keep that mindset - I also go through some bitterness 😂 but I’m trying to be less of a pain in the arse

Get on the phone, and let us know how you get on. They should still be looking after you, it’s important and you’re anxious xxx

I am sat at the GP again now waiting to go in. Going to request blood tests and explain how much pain I’m in. Not sure if these splitting headaches are sinister or just anxiety that’s out of control.

Thanks @VP91x - dr took blood and should get result later today or tomorrow. Booked in again Monday for follow up bloods.

Just got home now and passing clots and bleeding is bright red so I think this is now inevitable x

I’m okay thanks @MichT4 - I don’t think things have really kicked off yet to be honest, it’s just slow steady bleeding and aching and cramps. I don’t feel pregnant at all so I reckon it will be in the next 24-36 hours. Went to Boots this morning and stocked up on all the pads etc.! I feel like I know what’s coming and how to prepare myself now.
