Let's all intro ourselves again...so people can use the top of the thread as a quick reference to where we are at and maybe find some cycle buddies - everyone welcome to join the madhouse of the June 2020 bus x

@KateColx @notyetamumbuttrying thanks Ladies 😊 It's good to be back! I'm gonna try and not be a psycho this cycle but in all honesty leopards can't change their spots so I'll be ordering 300 FRERs on Amazon and peeing on sticks 3 days after ovulation no doubt 😂. Where are you both in your cycle? Day 9 for me today and I'm expecting ovulation around day 16 if I follow the same pattern as last month. Before my MC it was always around day 14 so might get back to that so who knows!

@SmileyT I definitely needed it. The weather has been lush so I've just been enjoying chilling in the garden and a few cheeky gins with the OH. I'm feeling much more chill this cycle. Not so OTT excited and sure this is the month but just like I'm going to enjoy the process and it'll happen when it happens.

Last month OH and I definitely got too caught up in just sex to make a baby which is just not is at all so I whipped the under bed restraints back out this morning and it was such a good time 😂

Oh god @notyetamumbuttrying we always have a few series going at once it’s so confusing but it’s the way it’s always been unless something REALLY gets our attention & then we go through it!!

@lucyrp we watched the nest but having been through a legal surrogacy in the U.K. it was a weird one for us, we watched when going through miscarriage which wasn’t great but persevered as I was intrigued to see how surrogacy was shown on tv as it’s quite taboo & we had so many friends & “acquaintances” contacting us asking if it was like that & it was quite legally inaccurate that it was a bit odd. My parents got really angry at it as it suggested the surrogate was exploiting the parents but hey ho, it did kinda show how she never felt the baby was hers which is the overriding feeling. There’s a lovely piece in the times this week which is more realistic about “giving a baby back not giving it up 💕” but fuck me the financial implications are huge

Haha so glad you're back @Noble89 great sense of humour 😁 so I'm cd8, not far behind you!! Gonna start testing from tomorrow as ov early. Would be due to ov Tuesday but hoping the Angus castus has pushed it bk. I've already got my frer waiting in my cupboard lol!
Yeah that makes sense @Minster2012 i think hubs and I are both ocd and need to finish what we Start before moving on lol

@Noble89 BD - if you call it that nobody should do it with you 😂😂😂 yes all about keeping it interesting, I see so many people on other threads that seem so uninterested in their OHs and it's all about fertile week, I really don't want to end up like that. Glad that neither of us have house guests anymore so can go mental 🤪

I'm on series 3 of working moms, need to watch season 2 of dead to me, loved ozark binged that in about 3 days... OH has seen mindhunter so need to watch that when he's out and also started white lines today... the rest I've added to a list, think we all have similar taste so sure I'll love them all - in bed now watching Gone Girl, love this film - not soft porn but so clever.

Ok stats:
TTC # 3
MMC back last April, had been trying 2+ years before that- been on pill since May 2019-feb 2020 when decided we should go again!
CD #2
Should be testing mid June (period should either arrive 1st or 20th)
Taking inofolic to try and get periods a bit more regular and ensure I ovulate as I have one Polycystic ovary

Feeling quite bloated recently - could be ibs (quite literally a pain in the arse)

I was 21 when I had dd1 and am 31 now so will be big age gap!

You need to go bk to it @TheGirlWhoLived it gets sooool good!!
Ha can't wait for all pregnancy related things even the sickness and pains, I'm so ready to be a mum now!
My sister has a big age gap and was 23 when she had her son and is 33 having her second son so plenty of ppl have that sort of gap and it'll be great as you'll have a little helper around

Ladies I'm on day 6 of positive OPK's!! I had a static smiley on CD digital on CD17 then 5 additional days of dark test lines on First Response ovulation test strips (in pic). When is this LH going to reduce?? We've DTD loads of times on the important days (taking CD18 as O day). Hopefully that was correct? Definitely temping next month if not successful in June. I had quite sever ovulation pains on CD18 and 19 so hoping this was indicative of actual ovulation. We will see in a few days I guess!

Oh and forgot to add @TheGirlWhoLived that my sister also had pcos and still conceived her second son, she's due in aug! Hope that brings you some encouragement x

I didn't know you were meant to carry on poas once you got your peak @RiverRoo? I'm not best placed to answer this as I just stop testing once I get the smiley on CB's.

I think you're right @notyetamumbuttrying I only continued as this is my first month using OPK's and I wanted to pinpoint my ovulation day which I'm kind of still none the wiser on given these test results! I was hoping to see LH reduce. I'm still assuming O day was CD18 as this was the day after the static smiley on CD digi. Learning so much now I'm tracking my cycle in more detail. I think I will stop with the POAS for now. Thanks for replying x

@notyetamumbuttrying working moms is such easy watching... episodes are only like 30mins long and there is a bit with opks which really amused me while ttc 😂 I've replaced insta with MN less pg announcements I don't want to see on here plus there is only so many lockdown insta stories I can watch 🙈

@TheGirlWhoLived ozark is definitely slow to start with but then becomes a bit mental 👌🏾 I think a big age gap can be fun, means you get some help with baby... good luck this month x

@RiverRoo I normally get about a week of high tests following peak but yours all look positive, is this unusual for you? Could it be that your body tried to ovulate but didn't quite manage? I'd just keeping having regular sex and then test maybe 14 days after first peak but I don't know really 🤷🏾‍♀️

6DPO now. Usual lower tummy niggles but not sure if it's usual for me and I just don't notice it. Also, I think I'm a little warmer than usual, like have a light layer of perspiration whenever I wake in the night. Is that a thing??

"Such a test" was meant to be "such a twat". Cleary iPhone doesn't know what a twat is.

Oh and @RiverRoo I have never seen first response opks like that. My first thought when I read your post and saw the pics was, umm does she realise she's done 6 very positive pregnancy tests?!! 😂 oops. I hope in a couple of weeks you get the same result on a preg test too! X

@Minster2012 oh yeah i have no doubt it's really nothing like that, it was just a very interesting series to watch. shows how much attention i was paying as i didn't think it was legal what they were doing anyway!😂

🙈 @notyetamumbuttrying my OH said exactly the same thing about me being on this more than insteagram or facebook which i totally now am but i'm seeing it as a good thing because at least we're all having a laugh and there's no judgement on here where as other socials can get a bit too much sometimes! especially in lockdown!

i agree we should totally make our own acronyms and i'm with @Skip86 that i did it because i just thought it was the thing to do on these forums😂 @Skip86 i used to have such a sensisituve foof and even thinking about it i can remember the feeling of dry and sore 😬😂 but alas no more clearly 😂

also CD16 for me and feels very weird not POAS this morning because my static is still there! i have done my temp this morning and yesterday it was 36.81 and today it is 36.37 is this normal ? i was kind of expecting it to stay high today because guessing ov is today ?

Not sure whether to keep taking it until ov day or to just stop today. Might post this question somewhere else as can't remember if anyone takes it on here not.

Yep @lucyrp totally agree with this being better than insta and fb cos there's no judgment. I tried explaining this to hubs but I think he just thinks I'm a weirdo talking to girls that I don't know, but none of my friends are ttc, they're all already pregnant or have two kids cos I'm bloody 34 lol!
No ideas with the acronyms, I am crap at stuff like this. My man will be hubs from now on tho.

@notyetamumbuttrying yes OH thinks i'm a bit odd too but i suffer with anxiety quite a bit it's been so much better these last 6 months or so but socials really do get me down sometimes and like i think it was @SmileyT said there's less pregnancy announcements on here! i'm loving my new found love of mumsnet and you guys🥰
