TTC after MC - June 2020

I'm 31 TTC #1 after a MC in March this year, AF has just finished and I'm on CD6 and all ready to go for my 2nd full cycle.

This month I will be tracking with opks, CB connected, BBT and following SMEP plan.

@Hayleylou89 got my static around lunch time:) was still flashing this morning but noticed cheapies getting darker so had my interview this morning and then re done a cheapie and CB afterwards and got my peak 😁👌
Been drinking shit loads of grapefruit juice the last week .. got my fert illy and pre seed ready lol

Yeah I had the bad sickenes all day too ... I'd say was like feeling constantly hungover too xx does feel rubbish but itll all be worth it 😘😘 xxxx

@Hayleylou89 ah, the nausea is crap isn't it. I had such crappy sickness with my daughter till about 20 weeks. Hope you are not suffering too much. Won't be testing until the end of the month xx

Ladies, I have had such a long afternoon. My little girl has been an absolute nightmare today. Tantrums from hell, and just generally being unpleasant. She is normally quite well behaved. Then my cat got injured and so had to get a vet to see her, she might need further treatment they are trying to avoid surgery to close the wound. Definitely having a G&T tonight!! Xx

@Renna how was your interview? Hope you get the job!

@2020wish Im ok, will hopefully feel alot less anxious if everything goes well once iv had my scan on monday but so far, still feeling very nervous about it, weve got the step kids at the weekend so hopefully itll go nice and quick with entertaining them xx

@Renna ahh fab that happened with me i got an afternoon peak least u know uv got the full 36 hour window to dtd 🤞🏻 xx

@VP91x pineapple core actually isn't bad I thought it would be really hard but very similar to the fleshy bit, although DP thinks I might have an allergy as throat gets itchy but whatever still ate it

Thanks ladies x interview went ok .. did best I could :) it's for a promotion in my current company I've been there a year and just thought I'd give it a go! Didnt actually think I'd get to this stage had to do an assessment first. But not too stressed if I dont get it as I like what I'm doing now but thought why not try!:) x x

Hooray for all your peaks!! I’m on the other side of ovulation, sitting and waiting with gallons of grapefruit juice 🙄. Just want the fertile week to begin so it feels like we are doing something.

@Hayleylou89 I get motion sickness a lot anyway, even when I’m not moving. Threw me off the last two cycles, so I can only imagine how bad it is in pregnancy 🤢. I look forward to having a good old happy moan about it 🤞🏼
I’m determined not to test until I’m late. Stop me if I start umming and ahhing and wanting to test. Especially after testing last month with the nausea and boobs - I think I might be imagining symptoms. I feel positive and hopeful now, but also don’t want to see a BFN, so I’d rather AF just appear if we don’t catch it this month, so I can try to keep a level head 🤯 (is there such a thing when TTC?) 😂 xxx

Oh and @VP91x, well done for remembering it! 🥳🥳. I don’t know how much you are meant to drink to be honest. I just have a glass ish a day at the moment xx

@SmileyT I'm good babe just in the waiting game - not sure but I THINK I'm in my TWW. Not been testing but my app says I would have ovulated on Monday. Will test on the 15th as AF is due 19th

@MichT4 pineapple core and sesame seeds are supposed to help with progesterone and implantation in the TWW not sure how much they help (if there is no fertilised egg all kinda pointless) but I like both so thought why not 🤷🏾‍♀️ xx

Ahh I have missed so much!! New house doesn’t have the internet yet and the 4G is awful! At work lots forums are blocked (primary school so e-safety stuff) and the 4G there is pants too!

I feel like I’m missing out on the grapefruit jucie tip! I do have calc fluor wsitong for the tww this time, and started taking coQ10! Hubby is currently struggling with baaaaaad hayfever - he’s been getting really bad nosebleeds (he is a gusher!) so dtd hasn’t happened much this week as it seems to bring them on 😕 although I’m cd13 and still have negative opks - so there’s still time!! We’ll just jave to deal with it when I get the peak!!

Hi everyone, hope you don’t mind me jumping on the thread. I’m TTC after a MC at 5 weeks with #3. We’ve been trying for 3 years to get pregnant. I was on the list for IVF but was cancelled due to coronavirus. Last month was my first BFP test since trying so I was so over the moon but miscarried 5 weeks later. This is my first cycle since MC and I had my CB flashy smiley face yesterday so I’m hoping this month is it.

Tested this morning on a FRER and BFN. One app says I'm 10DPO and the other 11. I'm not doing another test I'm just going to wait for AF now as seeing the BFN is too depressing x

How is the move going? Ah sorry that he isn't having much luck with the hayfever. How crappy that it causes nosebleeds!! 😩

When are you expecting to peak? They are getting darker so can't be too far off.

@chloedancer897 welcome to the group. Sorry that you're having such a long TTC journey and you have suffered a MC so recently. How frustrating that it was cancelled. Do you have any idea when they might be starting again?

@Dipsy77 ahh, what day do you think you have OV'd? Sorry it was BFN, either way it is still early. But definitely try and see if you can hold off until AF or day before ❤️

@vp91x Heya!! The move has gone pretty well - I was lucky enough to have stashed away a lot of house bits over the years we were at my parents, but there’s still so many other essentials that I just didn’t have (luckily my mum is a hirder so we managed to collect some bits that way too lol!) it’s lovely to have our own space though!! I think my peak is likely to be Saturday, the last 2 months I have done it, it suddenly goes really dark, then back to light pretty much the next day! Pretty handy as that way we have the whole weekend to dtd and can hopefully aboid any nosebleeds 😂 How are you doing? x

@VP91x I had my peak on the 25th then back to high on the 26th so could be either day I suppose had symptoms both days temping not great due to sleepless nights with D.D. so not reliable xx

@Dipsy77 does your temp show any indication at all? I hope your LO starts to sleep better too.

But it could very well be the next day, its between 12-36hrs isnt it xx

@Bellabubble ah amazing, glad it has gone well. Especially under the circumstances where you can't just keep popping out to get certain bits or things haven't been open. Hopefully you get to enjoy shopping for those last bits 😊

I'm okay! CD6 on the last day of AF. I think I still have another long wait for peak though. Last month was CD21 😴😴 xx
