TTC after MC - June 2020

I'm 31 TTC #1 after a MC in March this year, AF has just finished and I'm on CD6 and all ready to go for my 2nd full cycle.

This month I will be tracking with opks, CB connected, BBT and following SMEP plan.

@HE88 so strange day 5 bleeding and I passed a large clot today. Totally not expecting it as I was only like 3+4 weeks and AF only 2 days late

@1990EM I test twice a day from fertile window according to my apps and then when I start to see the line get darker they recommend testing every 4 hours

@2020wish aw I hope it settles quickly for you our bodies can be so confusing at times! Xx

@HE88 thanks lovely, I'm feeling much better today, I guess we all have our down days in our cycles but it's good to have so much support. How are you feeling?

@1990EM yes hopefully it was the 1st team strikers out tonight and they've done the job 👌🏾 hope you are doing good... and I use ic when I get in from work at about 4.45pm at the moment, when they look like they are picking up I'll switch to every 6hrs or so until peak reduces x

Oh I'm sorry AF got you @Ejb86 but at least you had a longer LP which is a positive that cycle is regulating.

@VP91x was there not even a little line this morning? Keep testing tomorrow as it might just be the concentration of fmu this morning 🤞

@SmileyT no, nothing there's line a grey shadow indent line of where the line should be if that makes sense. Now I have gotten up, I'm feeling crampy so maybe AF will make an appearance today after all. But then last makes me have an LP of 10 days. Which is another issue to contend with all on it's own. Let's see xx

@VP91x well it's a positive that temp is staying high, means you are producing loads of progesterone still... I'm feeling good this morning actually. I'm pretty sure I ovulated last night based on the signs (we'll see by temps over the next few days) that puts AF due on the 13th so think I will test on the 11th, I'm staying hopeful it will happen before August which is our unofficial 'review options' stage.

Yep @SmileyT a 9 day lp is much better than a 5 day one! And it is much more like what I've had previously.

@VP91x def AF. Crampy as hell. On to the next cycle! So last year, my bro got married on 15th of June. The only day we dtd that month was the morning after, and we conceived the twins. This year I'm due to ovulate around DH birthday, 3 days after my brothers anniversary. Part of me wonders if this will be my month, so we almost replicate the dates my girls should have had.

@1990EM I'm so sorry for your loss. You just never know with PCOS, ovulation could be sooner than you think! My last one was on CD71

So I lied. I said I wasn’t temping this month but I’m decided I am . Going to try and stricter with it just so I got data incase the RMC ring me and I have data for them to look at my cycles

I have just started with ovulation tests( first cheapies and when I see some coloring, i will use clear blues.
I have actually ovulated on cd 10 last month. My cycles were not back ( or perhaps will never be) where they used to be after Mc in March. So as I literally have got no idea when I will ovulate I start with testing early.

@VP91x how are you feeling now? Anymore cramps?

@Ejb86 it would definitely be significant if you fell next month, everything crossed for you... with your cycles you'll be testing in June won't you?

@2020wish sorry if I'm being dim but what is the RMC?

@HopeForRainbowbaby what day are you now? I've been using opks all through my cycle, just in case I have a 2nd surge (hasn't happened but I read it could so thought I'd cover myself 🙈) I think with the CB they do say to make sure you test before you get a surge so it can get a baseline or you might miss your oestrogen surge, but don't know if that's just so they get you to use more sticks 🤷🏾‍♀️

@SmileyT no, actually. More of like a dull ache now. Although CM is more sticky though today. So I reckon AF is probably imminent.

For some reason I didn’t get any notifications for posts on this thread - so just caught up!! Sorry to see the bfn - 🤞🏻 It’s just that it’s a bit to early!! I’m cd8 - but thinking of doing a more relaxed take on SMEP - oh found it a bit stressful last time which probably doesn’t help!! So think I’ll leave it so start a few days letter bless him - and I’m not going to tell him when I get my peak this time!! 🤞🏻 This is my 4th cycle post mmc - am now taking coq10 (as is oh) to help with egg and sperm quality! The things we do!!

Girls, I'm so sorry to hear about the negative tests/AF's. I totally sympathise. I have woken up feeling really down today and really hoped for some lovely baby news on here. This tww is an emotional rollercoaster (6dpo now). I am dreading getting to the end of the two weeks to see a negative. I also stupidly, after never having tracked my cervix before, decided last night would be a good time to do so, and it feels low and hard. I know it's daft as I don't know how it should usually feel but it's not soft and after being up until 3am Googling 6dpo pregnancy symptoms (again, daft I know!) it should be soft if I have conceived. Gah.

@SmileyT if my cycle is 33 days again I'll roll over into July! I guess it all depends when my body decides it wants to ovulate this month.

@Jazper You are almost there! When do you plan to test ? I'm not sure about how to test the cervix but I would rely more on pregnancy tests.

@SmileyT I'm 5CD. Therefore very early. I'm still miscarrying but the bleeding is definitely decreasing. I hope that it is over tomorrow.
I might do CB as of 8CD just not to miss the ovulation while doing cheapies. I think I already crossed the line with my spending on all tests .... i have stocked up and should be enough for next two months😅

@Bellabubble I don't tell DH when I ovulate as it is putting more stress on him. I notice that it is best to keep him relaxed 😂

@Jazper I really wouldn't worry about CP! Just like with CM it is such a variable between women. Don't stress over it xx
