Basically you can dip for ov and implantation , and most peoples rhr will rise and drop before af. Continuing to rise can be a sign of an impending bfp xx

@Ltay2 thank you 💗 just ordered a Huawei fitness band (cheaper and synchs with my phone)

@mrsemilyb rhr supposed to go quite high in first trimester - something about increase in blood flow. If it tapers off before AF it's like a drop in bbt and signals you're prob not pregnant.

@GMay1991 you don't need to leave your wee out to reach room temp - that's only if you refrigerated it first!

@Juno231 ah right!! I did wonder about the whole room temp thing but strangely the test that was done 30 minutes later showed a much clearer line and a lot faster too so god knows. I will test again tomorrow 🤞🏼

Right ladies... how the heck do you guys get flaxseed to blend into a smoothie? Every other seed I’ve tried has blended nicely, but flax seed leaves me with bits in my teeth for for ages 🤢 No matter how powerful the blender!

@Newbie0818 I haven’t tried but you can buy flaxseed already ground up! (I tried it once, it was awful 🤢)

@RobinRose I don’t mind the taste just the texture 😖 I’ve got loads of the bloody stuff too haha, I’ll get ground next cycle. Though I’m hoping I won’t need it then! 🤞🏼

@Newbie0818 the texture is what didn’t like either! Can’t even describe it but it’s not pleasant, probably wouldn’t notice if it’s blended in with everything else? I hope you don’t need it either!

If it’s any consolation I have gotten pregnant three times now , twice of those straight after the previous without a period in between! GP told me this was perfectly fine! You could your af from the day you start bleeding with a mc or cp. hugs hun xxx

@mrsemilyb that’s a good idea, might give that a go.

I think I'm out guys, every month around AF I get a spot in the same place and this evening the place is sore and red 😭

Thank you @Mrsi2020 I totally feel AF is coming! Waiting for hycosy test. Feeling like writing any hope off until I get that! I'm 39 though and feel time ticking!

As far as symptom spotting goes its 3.20am and my temp is up and down like a yoyo! Nausea is getting worse by the hour! Back pain is coming and going! Headache has woke me out of my sleep and I'm walking the house because restless legs are shocking!!
Deffo going to be a zombie tomorrow!!

BFN this morning 😭😭 pretty sure I'm out at 11dpo. Cervix is quite high, but hard, and spotting is a lot more red than yesterday so pretty sure that's AF getting me. I'll be on the July bus now as we can't try next month as if we did catch we'd be due around his sisters wedding! I'm so sad.
