Who's due to ovulate this week 😍😍

Sausage1990 · 07/05/2020 00:05

Hi @newbie0818 my long cycle companion 👋🏻 I too am now on CD40 and no sign of af but I have quite alot if cramping today so keep feeling like af is going to arrive but I don't know.

I have generally lost confidence in my body this cycle but if I trust my opk then in currently 3dpo but really who knows at this point. I feel completely knackered today so I do wonder if the opk did pick up my peak and this is the post ovulation progesterone rise making me feel this way.

I don't know if I should continue to check opk and keep bd every 2-3days OR if I should just chill... So hard to know xx

Sausage1990 · 07/05/2020 00:05

@runnergirl1 how are you doing? Xx

Pika93 · 07/05/2020 03:27

So AF was due yesterday and hasn't shown her face but HPT was BFN... I'm confused

SmileyT · 07/05/2020 07:02

@Pika93 are your cycles normally really regular? How many dpo are you? Maybe you miscalculated/ late ovulation you are still very much in with a chance until AF arrives 🤞

@BabyG123 I think we will all be shocked if you're not as you've had symptoms for a while so must've been a nice early implantation (apparently that means a boy 😝) plus I always feel like women just know. Will be a nice strong line on Saturday aswell x

Ltay2 · 07/05/2020 07:31

AF arrived in the early hours this morning as predicted. Just glad she's arrived on time and not late so I can get on with the next cycle asap. Going to treat myself to a fitbit as an 'AF present' (any excuse!) so I can track HR and sleep next cycle as well as all the other things 🙈

Minster2012 · 07/05/2020 07:37

@babyG123 Saturday 🤦🏼‍♀️ Ha ha such patience!

@SmileyT what have you added to your list for ewcm? I don’t think I’ve ever had any?

Still with AF here after spotting started Sunday evening, CD1 Monday, this is officially my longest ever AF, so I’m hoping it’s fully clearing After MC & it means this might be a proper cycle. I’m trying to be positive but after row with DH last night & general awful day yesterday I’m feeling down still.

Ladies, Cheer me up...are your streets/towns doing anything for VE Day? I suggested we do a social distanced picnic in our front gardens which was 💩’d now all I hear about is other ppl doing it. We are decorating windows that’s it. I’m also putting out photos of my grandparents & where they served pinned up on our wall, my grandpa died at 102.5 years whilst in lockdown when I was miscarrying, was shit. & ive made poppies to put on the wall

Franklydear · 07/05/2020 07:58

@minster what beautiful poppies, we'll have a games day and a bit of prosecco

Juno231 · 07/05/2020 08:02

@SmileyT @minster2012 I've been taking omega 3 for increased ewcm but also read that it's important to drink enough water. Drinking grapefruit juice daily is also meant to help!

Catching up on the messages from last night it's interesting to see so many low/down messages when I've woken up feeling the same way today. I'm thinking maybe I completely missed my peak BD wise, or maybe I didn't ovulate at all and how I'm definitely not going to catch this month. Self preservation I guess? Would be even more upsetting to be super excited and convinced it worked only to get a BFN.

Em1991 · 07/05/2020 08:09

Hi everyone, I’ve been lurking on this thread for a while but thought I’d finally post, since I’ve enjoyed reading everyone’s messages so much! And congrats to you all who have BFPs! Smile I think I just got mine today! Shock it’s a pretty faint line and I think I’m only 12ish DPO but that’s just based on an app, not OPKs or anything. AF due on Saturday. I’ve got a clear blue digital test I want to take, I think that’s less sensitive? Do you guys think I should try and take that today or wait? Feeling very shocked and overwhelmed right now!

MrsLBear · 07/05/2020 08:15

@Ltay2 sorry af got you!! I really want to get a Fitbit too but not sure how reliable it is. Have you looked into it much? I just cannot do temping anymore it ruins my sleep so much.

Franklydear · 07/05/2020 08:30

@Em1991, it would be better to wait a couple of days, but I don't think I could

Newbie0818 · 07/05/2020 08:31

@Littlepeas2 it’s annoying isn’t it. I hope it’s just random, but something is telling me there’s an underlying issue :/

@Sausage1990 hey 👋🏼 I had loads of cramps too but then got my positive opk’s last week on cd43 and 44, so I think that’s why I was having them. Pretty sure I did ov as I seem to be having lots of progesterone symptoms, so at least that’s something! If you’re having the same I’d go by your opk too, and this means we’re FINALLY in the tww! If I go by mine then I think I’m 5/6 dpo, so not far off you :) I’d just keep BDing.

@Ltay2 sorry about af, but you seem on it for the next cycle!

@Minster2012 those poppies are lovely! Sorry you’re feeling down :( we’re going to have a cream tea in the garden whilst video chatting our family 🌸

@em1991 congrats :) wait a few days and test again x

Minster2012 · 07/05/2020 08:31

@Franklydear thank you, Prosecco sounds yummy, should have got some of that for the nations toast but DH doesn’t like it so no point really! Games is that just for you guys?

@Juno231 that’s the same as me though I’ve only got cheap from concentrate pineapple juice currently was all I could get don’t know if it will help?

@Em1991 congrats! What did you just do the test on? The clear blue should be fine, maybe do it tomorrow? 🤞🏻💕

@Ltay2 glad AF Is here now, we are onto June 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@MrsLBear my Fitbit never accurately showed my actual pregnancy previously, but some ppl swear it does 🤷‍♀️ It measures my sleep well

Franklydear · 07/05/2020 08:37

@minster2012 dh doesn’t like it either, much prefers a beer, but got some as a present, so there you go
Games only for us, want to mark v e day somehow for ds, homecountry didn’t go to the war, so never had memorance day, VE Day or even poppies...

CEW19 · 07/05/2020 08:38

Hi Ladies, thought i'd jump on and ask for some advice. On cycle 3 trying for first baby. AF due on Sunday - my birthday - so really want to test before so that i can either have a birthday surprise or a bottle of prossecco to drown my sorrows! I have two CB digital tests, how accurate are they compared to strip tests in testing early? anyone had experience getting early BFP or got a negative then a positive a few days later? Is it too early to tell? the stress is killing me! haha

Em1991 · 07/05/2020 08:40

Thanks @Franklydear @Newbie0818 and @Minster2012

It was a clear blue early detection one I just used. Was trying to attach a photo but don't think I can, maybe because I'm new?

I'll try hold off until tomorrow to do the digital one. Such a strange feeling! it's my first pregnancy and was trying to stay relatively calm about everything, thinking it probably wouldn't happen this month, now I have a BFP I'm freaking out a little and don't really know what to do with myself!

Ltay2 · 07/05/2020 08:42

@MrsLBear I've been following a few threads on MN for Fitbit and ovulation, it's not scientific evidence but it seems there is a spike in HR when you ovulate so it can be a secondary indicator like temp and also another spike afterwards can sometimes indicate pregnancy. I am so rubbish with temping too I just can't seem to get 4+ hours solid sleep and then I stress about sleeping so I don't sleep!! I am thinking I'll use OPKs and CM as my main indicators this month along with HR to check on and temp if and when I can. I've just gone for the cheapest Fitbit (£69 on Amazon) that measures HR and sleep as I don't need the fancy ones with all the other apps!

Ltay2 · 07/05/2020 08:43

@Minster2012 Love the poppies! My street aren't doing anything as far as I can tell. It's only a small street of mostly elderly people so would have thought they'd do something as everyone seems to know each other but not had any letters or posters!

SS123456 · 07/05/2020 08:45

12dpo today and it's officially the longest luteal phase I've had in the 6 months we have been TTC 🎉. Still a BFN on a cheapie this morning but even if AF does eventually show I feel like my body is more on track now 🤞🏻. I've had sore boobs and been crampy for around a week though

MrsEmilyB · 07/05/2020 08:45

@Fluffkins14 - I think I ovulated yesterday, but I haven't had a positive OPK this month so it's not confirmed yet! When are you due?

@ltay2 - sorry AF arrived! My fitbit has broken so may treat myself to a new one! What's the deal with HR etc?

@Minster2012 - I'm really sorry about your grandad. 102 is an amazing age! Our street hasn't planned anything specific. We'll probably follow the little schedule that's floating about on social media. We have absolutely no decorations though and I'm not breaking lockdown just for that! We'll try and wear red/white/blue and eat some cake on the driveway! Give yourself some time to recover after a big row. This entire situation, baby making, coronavirus, lockdown, economic uncertainty, not being able to go out freely, is really stressful!

@juno231 - I hope you didn't miss it. ❤️❤️

@Em1991 - congrats! HCG doubles every day or 2 so I'd maybe test tomorrow with FMU?

Ltay2 · 07/05/2020 08:53

@MrsEmilyB There are various threads around of people who have used fitbits or other tracking watches for resting HR and they've noticed a pattern in regards to ovulation, possibly implantation and confirmed pregnancy. It's an interesting read. There's a thread at the moment near the top of conception boards called 'using Fitbit to track rhr and possible BFP' or something like that! I used to have a Fitbit, used it once and didn't like it (it was the one that doesn't have any screen so thought it pointless) and then literally threw it in the bin when I was clearing to move house. So mad at myself now - like why not at least sell it?! I am so the opposite of a hoarder 😂

BabyG123 · 07/05/2020 08:54

@SmileyT @Minster2012

I'll be super shocked. Would love either really. Boy because if I am now, there would be 23m between said baby and DS1 but girl because I love my relationship with my older brother!

Omg this morning I've woken up sweating. Can't stop! So obvs I googled it and found this unusual symptoms page if anyone's interested

www.google.gr/amp/s/www.insider.com/surprising-signs-of-pregnancy-2018-9%3famp

I had nothing at the start with DS1 so all this is new to me!

Fluffkins14 · 07/05/2020 09:13

@MrsEmilyB OPKs have just started to rise clearblue digital usually indicates CD 14-17 I'm currently CD13 so hoping over the weekend will be my peak, I have a 11month old daughter but it took us 7years after our first funny enough we stopped trying and I fell straight away I'd like our last bubba close in age with our youngest but I know from history this is unlikely to happen

BabyDust13 · 07/05/2020 09:37

@babyG123 I can't believe you still haven't tested I'd be losing my mind also the list you posted is very interesting
