How you getting on @BellaBella84?
How are you @Rma13?
Nothing to report from me apart from my smear was all clear! Dh has his scan booked in for next week, so hoping to get answers re him soon. Still waiting on our referral from the nhs. I know it's gone through guys and St. Thomas though.

BellaBella84 · 06/11/2020 19:53

Hi @notyetamumbuttrying my super faint lines got much more convincing. I'm 5w+1 by LMP giving me a due window of between 18th June and 23rd July. Just 32 to 37 weeks to go now! 🤞

LT103 · 07/11/2020 06:58

Hey can I join? I’m 38, partner is 32 and this is our 6th cycle ttc #1.
Have always had regular cycles but this month is a crazy one and despite doing opk and bbt, I have no idea if I’m 13dpo or 7dpo? Either way I have no symptoms and a bfn this morning.

Rma13 · 07/11/2020 10:20

@BellaBella84 congratulations!!! Hope everything goes well
@notyetamumbuttrying sorry I've been so ill! Not coronavirus just really ill! I havent done my test yet as really didn't want to force a period when I was so ill, going to go get the tablets this week. Hope your DH scan goes well

notyetamumbuttrying · 07/11/2020 16:41

@BellaBella84 wonderful news!! You booked your scan in yet?
@LT103 heya, recognise your name from the other thread. Welcome over here. Hope all goes well for you! Are you gonna start investigations if this cycle isn't successful?
@Rma13 sorry to hear you've been so unwell. Do you know what it is? Hope you feel better soon! Thank you 😊

LT103 · 07/11/2020 16:47

@notyetamumbuttrying yeah. This is turning into a really long cycle. I’m cd34 when I’m usually 27-32 so once I find out what’s happening either way I’ll give the docs a phone. I’ve already had some bloods done a couple of months ago which were fine but I think 6 months is the time to look at starting checks when you’re over 35. I expected things to take some time but I still want to make sure everything is ok. Not sure how much is being done just now so might look at going private if the waiting lists are really long.
How are things with you??

NamechangeTTC · 07/11/2020 18:07

Hello, can I join?

32 TTC number 1 since March - this is our 5th cycle as we stopped a bit due to covid.

Hoping to be able to chat with other folk in the same boat!

Rma13 · 08/11/2020 10:48

Hi @LT103 and @namechangeTTC welcome to the chat!

@notyetamumbuttrying its been my galstones! I've been so ill with it 🤢 im starting to feel better now though so hopefully its time to start ttc again!!

NamechangeTTC · 08/11/2020 13:13

Oh no @Rma13 I’ve heard that’s awful x

notyetamumbuttrying · 09/11/2020 22:16

@LT103 I started mine in Aug/Sept and they were relatively quick with bloods. The scan took longer to come through. They did Dh SA quickly, but results took a while. We got a referral based on Dh's abysmal SA results and we're still waiting on it now. His sperm was so bad that he got a urologist appointment through as well. He's had bloods and gets a scan on his testes tomorrow!
@NamechangeTTC hello! Best of luck 🤞🏾
@Rma13 ahh sorry to hear. Glad you're nearly at the other side of it now. X

LT103 · 10/11/2020 06:31

@notyetamumbuttrying oh that’s really quick!! That’s reassuring!
I’m still in limbo here. Either 10 or 16dpo (no idea this cycle), af cramps last 2 days tho now stopped, temp dip yest but right back up today. Forgot I was going to test today 🤦🏻‍♀️ So if I want fmu I’ll need to wait til tomorrow

notyetamumbuttrying · 10/11/2020 15:01

@LT103 prob best for tomorrow anyway in case you are 10dpo. Good luck n keep us posted!

LT103 · 11/11/2020 08:35

@notyetamumbuttrying I’m out this month. Here’s hoping the next month brings the best Xmas present ever!!

notyetamumbuttrying · 12/11/2020 21:42

@LT103 sorry lovely. Here's hoping 🤞🏾

notyetamumbuttrying · 18/12/2020 13:56

@LT103 @Rma13 hi guys! How are you? Hope gallstones are gone now?! I have my first ivf appointment on the 22nd feb Grin
Should be signing the funding paperwork that day and getting my amh checked. Dh will get his second SA. What's happening with you two?

Rma13 · 18/12/2020 14:35

Hi @notyetamumbuttrying that is amazing news good luck!!! And keep us posted!

I still have galstones and have been feeling so sick with sore boobs again! Felt like there's no point taking a test because of last time! Xx

Hi I'm new to mumsnet. I'm 36 years old.

Currently 13dpo. Planning to test tomorrow.

Periods have always been irregular so no idea when I'm due. Last months luteal phase was 12 days. Previous month was 15 days.

We're still is shielding (have been since march) and I need to input my online shopping tomorrow for the last delivery before Christmas. So need to know whether I need to order alcohol! Lol x

LT103 · 18/12/2020 18:01

@notyetamumbuttrying wow that is exciting!!!! Not much happening here and I haven’t been on here as much. Was so badly hoping for a bfp before Xmas but nope. I’m booked in in January for bloods and my partner has to get his first SA done so at least we have the ball rolling a little

Wombat84 · 19/12/2020 08:45

So 14dpo. Cd26. BFN. Temp is highest it's ever been. 🤷‍♀️

notyetamumbuttrying · 19/12/2020 10:27

@Rma13 thank you 😊 will do!
Sorry to hear you still have gallstones. Have you been tracking ov? Could be worth a test if you're late?!
@galatea098 hi, welcome! I usually use them and find them fine. I use cb ones so no guess work involved! Best of luck for your bfp!
@Wombat84 hi, welcome! Sorry it was bfn! How long have you been ttc for?
@LT103 yeah I'm pleased we have a POA now! I'm glad ball is rolling for you too, it'll help calm your mind as well x

notyetamumbuttrying · 23/01/2021 21:14

Hi all! How is everyone? Any updates? None from me. Still holding out hope that our appointment goes ahead in feb 🤞🏾
@Rma13 hows the gallstones?
@LT103 how'd bloods go? SA back yet?

Rma13 · 11/02/2021 19:10

Ho @notyetamumbuttrying sorry I didn't reply, had some sad news at end of last month. They've give me one more prescription clomid if that does not one, my only route will be IVF which I cannot afford. I am trying to think positive that clomid will work again, but I'm scared!

How are you getting on? Hope you're doing well

Rma13 · 11/02/2021 19:11

That should have said, one more prescription of clomid, if it does not work it will be IVF 🤦‍♀️

notyetamumbuttrying · 11/02/2021 20:54

@Rma13 oh no! Hope you're ok?! Will you not get ivf on the nhs? Hopefully it will work!
I'm ok thanks. I think my appointment will get cancelled as had a VM from the scheduling team today, will call bk tomorrow. So we're gonna pursue private as we have some savings. We're not prepared to wait around for months and months as I know the hospital is extremely delayed now. We're not getting any younger! Dh birthdays on sat in fact!
