@Peanutbuttermummy no twins in the families at all. They are in there own separate sacks so have their own placentas as well which freaks me out in the most amazing way!

I too am completely over the moon, I know, I know, this is a trying to cocieve thread so im going to duck and run soon, but when I saw your messages how could I not respond. You both have supported me and so many other women through the bad times and the good, through every high and low, offering advise and compassion to absolutely everyone here. And @SunnySideUp2020 your a twin! This is legit magic baby dust at its best. I hope one of my twins is as good a twin as you are 😍

@Annny27 unfortunately BFN again today 11DPO but no sign of AF so although I’m seriously feeling down and sad about it day I’m just gonna take the positive that my LP has at least gotten a bit longer

@SunnySideUp2020 glad to hear the 21 day bloods came back good! Hopefully it’s good news for this cycle🤞

Found out last week that 2 friends are expecting their 1st babies in Autumn.. I'm also in a baby group with all the other mums I spent mat leave with. 1 has had her 2nd baby theirs month, another is due in September and one had a miscarriage on jan and got preggo a week later. She privates msgd me today before telling the others which was lovely of her but I can't help but feeling totally heartbroken that I'm the cursed one .. anybody else in a similar situation? Sorry to pour my heart out but I'm just so upset today and have to be strong for my little girl most of the time..

@scrumdiddly123 ah nice! My twin is a dude 😊 so definitely not identical!! But wouldn’t change it.

@leok sorry for the bfn today again lovely... you can be sad. It is pretty sh** to see the blank test but as you say at least your LP is longer now...
also you re not out until AF arrives. 😘

@Annny27 i paid 10 euros for the blood test (i know ridiculously cheap)
So tbh i kinda hope to get pregnant here to be able to get all the bloods done if i feel anxious...

@Leok83 sorry it was a bfn today. If 10dpo is too early, 12dpo isn’t that much different, keeping fingers crossed for you. What are your temps looking like?

@sunnysideup2020 if you don’t mind sharing, what was your day21 level? I’ve had two, one was borderline, second was better (30) but then I ended up having only an 8 day LP which was so annoying because I was really happy with better progesterone

I’m really hoping for better LP this month too, would love to see cycle getting back to normal

And i found that over 30 confirms ovulation so that’s that at least.

So far my LP always has been 14 days - well since i am tracking so since november.

It does sound weird that your progesterone 30 but the lp 8 days.
What day did you have the blood done then?

I also read that during the day the level can vary in blood so the first one you had might have been bad timing?

Feel like my gp is minimising the issue. First result was 21, they said it confirms ovulation but isn’t great and thought it might be timing. Did CD19 the second time and gp said 30 is all good but then I had the super short cycle. I haven’t spoken to them since because of the Covid situation. I hate not knowing whether there’s a problem.

@MilsCookie I’m CD7, app telling me to test in 5 days. I hope I get that far!

@Melds22 welcome, and sorry you’re having a hard time. All of my prenatal group have had a second and lots of friends who had their first a year or more after me have had their second so I know how you feel. Hopefully it will happen for us soon!

Honestly i am not too familiar with the progesterone thing.but 30 is definitely a normal result... and it might well have been the timing.
I know the feeling when you just wanna know if everything is ok or how can you make it more optimal but there nobody to even look into it for you or give you a clear honest explanation for results...
it is very frustrating and the covid thing is not make it any better.
But for having read a few threads on progesterone level yesterday i can assure you that 30 is a good thing!!

Do you get any sign of ovulation?

Also sorry my level i think were in nmol/L not ng/ml which are the two units for measuring

Ideal is above 10ng/ml (mine was equivalent 16) and above 30 nmol/L

Thanks for that link @sunnysideup2020 and for your reassuring words! I know 30 should be ok, but I guess there are other factors in a LP defect (units were nmol as well). I think my doctor wants me to calm down and not overthink but doesn’t really suit my personality 😅

I get about 3 days of ewcm and usually some sensations on peak day, not pain as such but, I don’t know, ovulation feelings! I had a positive clear blue OPK for about five months in a row. Have given up that habit now though.

I’m hoping a few more months of temping will give me a better picture as well.

Hopefully all this obsessing will pay off for us soon!
