AF due on 28th - waiting to test anyone else?

Just that really - trying to keep away from the early testing. Anyone else waiting?

@Curious012 after ovulation, your temperature should start to rise and then stay up and then it starts to go down again if your not pregnant a few days before af is due. Your meant to take your temperature at the same time every morning. Yeasterday morning tho I took it about half an hour earlier than what I normally do and it was slightly lower than the day before but today it's back up again so I don't know but I'm still getting high results on ovulation kit, surely if I had ovulated, I wouldn't still be getting high estrogen results?! As that's the hormone that leads to ovulation. I'm going to keep testing till the end of this week to see if I get another peak and then give up I think and just watch my temperature. I think if I don't ovulate by the end of this week then I probably won't this month as I'm already on cd 18 today. What cd are you on? Are you still dtd every other day? X

@laurah92 that’s good to know,I promise I am of reasonable intelligence normally I just can’t seem to get my head around this ovulation window and how it all works haha.
Did you get any ovulation cramps or anything this month? I had cramps in my right side last night. Done another Test today and it’s dropped from 180 to 76 since the same time yesterday so I think I have ovulated now? I’m CD 18 (thought I was CD19 but I put the wrong day of my last AF in my app) I’ll just keep doing 1 OPK a day for the next few days.
Yeah still DTD every other day but now I don’t feel hopeful just because it feels really late to ovulate. how about you?

I’ve been reading all sorts about short luteal phase but I’m hoping that even if this isn’t the month then AF is pushed back for a few days X

@Curious012 me either, it's really stressful, I thought it would be so much easier than this. Even with ovulation kits and tracking temperature, it's still confusing me. I keep getting twinges down below and the Sunday just gone, I thought I had ovulated but my temperature is still quite low so I don't know. That sounds promising for you, sounds like you have ovulated now. I wouldn't worry about ovulating late, you still ovulated. It's only by 4/5 days later than normal. @laurah92 I know what you mean it’s all so confusing. I think I am just going to stick with OPKs for the next few months to try and get my cycle together as I think logging the temp too will be stressful but who knows. Hopefully we don’t need them next month!! how are you feeling today?
My OPK is showing lower again at 50 Today so going in the right direction to indicate I ovulated yesterday. Fingers crossed for you too 🤞🏻🤞🏻 X

I’m 10 DPO i think. My temperature is all over the place this month so a little confused. This is my third cycle FTTC does anyone else chart their temperatures?

@Curious012 I'm ok, I'm on cd 19 today and still unsure if I ovulated on the Sunday/Monday just gone, I'm still getting twinges down below and still getting high results on test. I did read that you can get another rush of estrogen after ovulation so I'm hoping that's what I'm picking up, it's just my temperature doesn't match so it's just confusing me. How are you today? Yes hopefully we don't need it next month, hopefully this is our lucky month 🤞🤞 x

@Suki2020 yea I started tracking my temperature this cycle and so far I'm finding it so confusing. I was meant to ovulate the Sunday/Monday just gone but my temperature isn't staying up so I'm so confused. How long have you been tracking your temperature? I'm on cd 19 now and still so confused as to weather I actually did ovulate yet x

Hi @laurah92 I’ve been tracking my temp for 2 cycles now. My chart this month is all over the place. My CM suggests that I did but really not sure. What app to you use to track your temp?

@Suki2020 to me that looks like you ovulated on cd 17. Around 7-8 dpo you had a massive dip, that looks very promising, your temperature is meant to dip when implantation takes place, have you taken test yet? Maybe take test in morning? What app are you using? I use 2 different apps, I use Flo and Femometer x

@laurah92 no not taken a test, going to wait and see if my period arrives next weekend. I have roughly a 32-35day cycle. Just seems weird that my temp isn’t very high compared to before ovulation. I use fertility friend.

Sorry probably TMI but I have really gloopy discharge this evening.. almost like glue and very milky in colour. Never had this before. Probably nothing but very strange

@laurah92 @Curious012 - According to my app (I didn’t have a proper test) I ovulated on the 14th. We DTD 11th, 12th & 16th (I had a stomach upset on 13-14th typical!) x

Ovulated 9th April dtd 6,8,10th April. So unlikely I'm going to get BFP as Ovusense only tells you after Ovulation. AF due on Tuesday, fingers crossed 🤞
I never get ovulation pains, find discharge observing difficult, OP sticks never seem to work. I have no implantation indications either.

@Littlebee1990 so you would be about 5dpo? Maybe wait another week and do a test, for me since Tuesday I have been getting really watery discharge and it's so heavy, so werid (sorry tmi) x

@Fawnandwren how long have you been ttc? I've came off the pill in January, I keep getting twinges down below around the time I believe I'm ovulating but that's about it. I always get wcm but haven't seen EWCM yet, I think my body is taking a while to kick start again probably after coming off pill x

@laurah92 probably trying since Nov but with ovusense since end of feb. The sticks were really unhelpful for me I always had flashing smiley faces but only once a static yet ovusense says I'm definitely ovulating. My mucus/discharge looks the same when I have it sometimes it's more or less or not at all, so I can't rely on that. I came off the pill 18months ago, but was being careful until last November. Hope that helps x

@Fawnandwren have you got any children or will this be your first? I only came off the pill in January but I'm slightly concerned that I am not ovulating, I'm getting positive ovulation tests every month but I always seem to end up with two peaks in a month and I don't really get any other sign of ovulation apart from a few twinges around when I could be ovulating. How long did it take your body to go back to normal when coming off pill? X

No children, my DH has low sperm count. So I don't think from blood tests, ovulation tracker that the issue is necessarily me. Although both DH and I were due to have a few more tests before CV came about.
I felt great after coming off the pill, sex drive was really high, had more discharge/mucus than I had noticed when on the pill, skin became worse after 6months :( but my melasma disappeared... So positives and negatives coming off the pill. I did get twinges, but not recently. Would recommend ovusense, lots of people seem to say it has really helped them. It's £200 for a year and the device which is not cheap. I would keep trying for 6months and if nothing, maybe then invest... x

My boobs hurt soooooo much tonight and my boyfriend just grabbed one and said bloody hell they’re solid! Usually get sore boobs just before period but these are bloody really painful!!

@Littlebee1990 same last night and this morning, my boobs and nipples are killing me, so uncomfortable 😣 hopefully that's a good sign for you 🤞🤞 x
