Morning :) I feel super relaxed about this tww! We will see how well the relaxation is going when I get past 9dpo 🤣

@orangeloo ahh I must admit it would be quite nice to be furloughed so I understand your sadness of it potentially ending!

@kiza yes the countdown to pregnancy app and dpo chances have saved me from early testing a few times! Are you managing to stay calm?

@Etonmess20 oh yes some women are crazy testers....there's been a few months where I have been in of the crazy testers haha!

I am having a down day now as my friend just announced their pregnancy. I want to be happy for them, and I am, but also I am sad for me 😪

Oh no, really sorry to hear that ☹️ I'd feel exactly the same if I was you tbh, doesn't get any easier. Just try & be kind to yourself, you're not a bad person for feeling sad for you xx

@Annny27 don't feel bad for feeling like that I've caught myself thinking why isn't it me when I've seen announcements from friends and family recently. Really happy for them but tinged with some sadness x

@Annny27 sorry to hear that, it's completely understandable though but awful to have such a mixed emotion. When I look at my tiny nephew who was totally unplanned (my sis didn't even want children) I still get sadness sometimes and a 'why not me?'

Found out my local hospital is doing blood tests so I'm going for my AMH test after work on Thursday. No idea how long it'll be till I get the results though

@Kiza thats good to hear you're now able to go for your blood test. Hopefully the results won't take too much longer than they usually would.

I've had an appointment through today for a HyCoSy scan on 1st June. Should be CD15 for me if this cycle isn't successful. I've been told no TTC & no clomid for a month, will kind of be nice to have a break x

@Etonmess20 aaaah it's the hycosy you're having (think it's more advanced than the hsg I had).

@Kiza thank you for tagging me, I don't actually know what's going on with me atm, I'm missing the conversation on here, but just seemed to have been so busy. Wfh still so I should have more time 😂 im ok thanks, how are you?

af arrived yesterday for me 😞but onwards and upwards. I was going to post todau as we got a call from our fertility clinic this morning, our app was supposed to be this week, so nice they checked in on us. She said they are open and will be dealing with the back log, as we weren't due to start the IVF (tests needed first) we are back of the que which I fully understand. We've been told to expect to wait around 3 months to get our next app, which I'm sure will fly by.

Going back to the first app, my DH got hormone bloods done which came back normal, which is good but it also means they have no idea why he is producing so many abnormal sperm and with such a low count. Anyone one else DH has the same test done?

How are you all doing?

Congratulations to any BFP I have missed! Going to try and stay focused and keep checking in now 😂😂

@Lottiepink glad to see you here again :D sorry AF arrived- its always gutting no matter how many times we have been through it! I am wfh too - can't believe its been 2 months of wfh!

@kiza ahhh that's gutting that your sister didn't want kids but managed to fall so easily. I cringe now when people say "yeah we didn't even have to try" like those words cut me deep 😪

@Etonmess20 you are 10dpo now right? Are you tempted to test or are you staying fairly strong?

@lizzie198 ita hard isn't it as I want people to be super excited when I announce my pregnancy! How are you doing?

Hi @Annny27 hope you're all good! Yep 10dpo here, I'm possibly tempted to do a test when AF is due but part of me thinks I should just wait 😬🤞🏻

@Lottiepink ahhh that makes good they called you and 3 months doesn't sound too far away either. I've not heard of those hormone tests, sorry if you've said before but does it take supps? I know DP things improved when he was taking zinc, lycopene, vit E and Ashwaghanda as he'd read a lot about oxidative stress affecting semen.

12dpo and spotting started this morning, an improvement on previous months but tells me I'm out for this cycle 😢 cycle 21 here we come!

@Anny27 I'm ok still got sore boobs and a bit constipated despite the stuff from the docs. Runny nose this morning so caved and did a test as 11dpo and definitely bfn.

Think I will be out this month as had that heavy feeling yesterday in my pelvis like I get just before AF. It's gone now but I think that's what my body's gearing up to.

I'm not too disappointed and hubby and I have had a good chat and he's on board with a plan for next time 😊

Hoping to see some bfps on here soon as know a lot of us are getting to that point xx

@Etonmess20 I am waiting this month untill AF arrives or if she doesn't i won't test until 16dpo I hope! It really helps that I have 0 tests in the house this month. I do have opks though do I can see me ripping into them 🤣🤣

@lizzie198 sorry about the bfn :( the month I conceived I had my faint bfp at 12dpo so could still be too early! But its probably good to emotionally prepare for AF arriving

@kiza sorry to hear that AF may be on the way with the spotting :( I am the same, if I spot from 12dpo I don't get too stressed but if its earlier than I get stressed

@Annny27 sounds like a good sensible plan, I'm going to see how it goes I think. This TWW has really dragged, I think as it's my first month on clomid maybe I have slightly higher hopes than normal! 😬

@Anny27 I think I need to follow your example and have no tests in the house!

Has anyone tried Maybe Baby Saliva ovulation testing? I've seen it on something I've read on one of the posts on here and thinking of getting one for next month?

I'd never heard of the saliva test you mentioned so just had a quick google, do you get on with urine OPK? I did read somewhere where it said it gave you better results (more accurate fertile days) is this what's attracted you to it?

Ps @lizzie198 sorry to hear about your BFN, never over until AF appears but I know the heavy feeling all too well, hard to remain optimistic from then! But it's nice you & DH have taken the opportunity to decide the way forward😀

@Etonmess20 I've used Normal OPK's in the past and they've been ok but I'm just wondering if this might be a better more reliable option.

Think I might order it on payday as I've got enough OPK's (cheap ones) for next month so I could do them together and compare the results.

@lizzie198 yeah that's probably a good idea, I'd be interested to see the differences. I was thinking about ovusense but part of me thinking's that if I get a peak on the CB digi every month is there any point? There's just so many different things you can buy isn't there? 😂

@Etonmess20 yep it gets a bit scary when you start looking at things that are supposed to help as well!

I've been taking folic acid everyday for must be 2 years now as carried on while we had the break but keep seeing adverts for stuff that's supposed to help you conceive and don't know whether it's worth trying something more specific.

Such a minefield you could spend a fortune couldn't you 🙈 x

@lizzie198 yeah you definitely could, especially when you think so many people get pregnant without going to any additional effort! I used to take more supplements but just take folic acid & the seven seas TTC now.
I do use the CB digi OPK (not sure if you've used them before?) but always found them easier as you don't have to interpret a line!

Hi all, haven't been checking in on here recently so not caught up with everything!

@Lottiepink my DH has low count and morphology as well. I have got some private tests for us to do from medichecks and one of them is a hormone test for him. I think it checks testosterone and FSH. FSH is what is needed to produce testosterone I think and if testosterone is low it causes low sperm count. There are lots of other causes though and I don't think they actually know all of them tbh. A bit like 'unexplained infertility', there is a cause they just haven't got the science to find it yet.

I'm 10DPO and think I will start spotting tomorrow, I have the telltale CM signs. So onto cycle 14!
I keep playing the lottery and thinking I probably have more chance of winning that than actually getting a BFP! Which just makes me depressed!
My DH got a letter rescheduling his next appointment from July 2nd to August 4th. He never even told me he had an appointment through for the July one so I guess I don't feel too bad about that 🤣 don't really see the point in getting his next SA done now though till June or July to give us a bit more time to improve it.

Help ladies, I had a really strange tummy all night so my DP said just take another test this morning if AF hasn't shown.

I have and I think I see a really faint shadow. DP is out at the moment so can't ask for his opinion.

I've posted pics but no idea if you will be able to see anything.
