March bus

Just thought I'd start a March bus for anyone just edging into the next month for testing/AF due!

I'll start with my stats:

Trying for baby #2 with a 2.5yo DD
Cycle 2 (although first full cycle after having the implant removed)
CD1 today
AF/BFP due sometime after 5th March depending on what my cycle wants to do this month!

@calimommy Oh goodness that's a long time... Its like the summer holidays all over again 😳

@Sausage1990 except we aren't supposed to go anywhere or see anyone!!! 😭 anyho

@calimommy that's really difficult. Were not in isolation atm in the UK but I'm sure it will come.
So where are you in your ttc journey? How many kids do you have? I'm currently on cycle #3 for our 1st...11dpo and actually feeling really crampy this evening (it's 11om here) and feels like af may arrive soon :(

@sausage I am too 11dpo... And really not even testing... I know. I feel empty...

Here in Nottingham (UK) we have no school closures yet. Just rain.

@Sausage1990 we only moved here 4yrs ago, we are from Ireland. I have 3 boys 6,4&2 who are pretty fucking wild I'll be honest, but the warm Cali weather suits them haha I never had any delay getting pregnant although I did have two losses at 9 & 11 weeks in between my first and second boys. I wanted to give myself an extra year before having the 4th baby, a 3yr gap instead of two -because it is pretty exhausting, and now I'm on my 5th cycle with no joy? I'm afraid something is wrong tbh. I know many will read that and eye roll at 5 cycles, but my previous history of 5 pregnancies was 'if I had sex when I ovulated then I always got pregnant' so I can't help but think something is changed. Anyho, 8DPO and crossing my fingers because my DH has declared that this is absolutely the last month ttc -the world is on fire and the markets are dying... no more babies! 😬🤷‍♀️

@calimommy don't be so hard on yourself, try to enjoy the journey too, also things will change but the world is not ending just yet

12dpo and BFN. I really am too upset. Currently sitting in the loo and sobbing. 😢💔

@Adrianoska, I had that at the beginning of the month, cry today and back strong tomorrow

I can't even go back to bed, I don't want my husband to know this terrible news. I really am so worried 😭

@Adrianoska it's not over yet! For your first one you only got a BFP at 15 DPO no? Which cycle is this again, I want to say third or fourth? You'll get the good egg soon, I'm sure of it!

Yes. Yes. That's true... But I know I am not pregnant now, even though we did everything we could again... I am really upset. I can't explain. I am too sad.

Morning everyone!

Haven't been on as I'm a nurse and work has been crazy as you might of guessed.
Congrats to all those with BFP's and to all those ladies still on the Bus 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻.
This is my first month using opk. I used CB digital ones and got a static smiley face this morning. DTD last night and will tonight Aswell.
When do I count as I ovulated then tho? Today or tomorrow?
And I'm assuming I don't need to do anymore ov sticks?

@Adrianoska it won't be never. Although I'm beginning to wonder if it isn't a good time anyway if we'll not be allowed out soon! Nightmare. But when it's meant to be, it'll happen x

I feel so negative...
My husband cried this morning in the bathroom when I told him. And both of us couldn't speak in the car on the way to work. Then I just cried at work.
It's only has been 4 cycles off TTC but I am so worried about my age... I had my 21cd bloods this morning too and I just cried at the poor nurse.
I really want that baby more than anything 😢❤️

@Adrianoska it is hard. I've got another week. But stressing raises cortisol which is bad for TTC! 4 cycles isn't long at all really. I'm on 4 and I agree it feels like forever. I'm also old. I'm also taking a herbal supplement for stress. 😂

Awwww @Adrianoska try not to be too blue. It's still early, wait a few more days and see then... You're not put until af arrives, and she hasn't yet... Try to wait until Thursday or Friday when af is due or late.

God yes Isn't baby fever horrible @newbie0818. Since starting this ttc journey, the broody feeling has got so much stronger... I didn't think that would happen. But we're all in this together 💕

Hi @Bic501... With regards to when do you count ovulation from and do you need to keep testing. In theory you don't need to keep testing anymore just make sure you BD for the next few days 👍🏻

And I count ovulation day as the after your opk peak! I don't know if anyone does any different?? Xx

Yes it is @newbie0818... We had a positive on our 1st cycle and it was a bonkers feeling. Exciting, surprising, terrifying lol. But it didn't stick unfortunately...
God I can't wait for another BFP but a sticky one this time would be excellent!
