March bus

Just thought I'd start a March bus for anyone just edging into the next month for testing/AF due!

I'll start with my stats:

Trying for baby #2 with a 2.5yo DD
Cycle 2 (although first full cycle after having the implant removed)
CD1 today
AF/BFP due sometime after 5th March depending on what my cycle wants to do this month!

@Juno231 what was AF like when you were on the pill? have you been to the doctor about it?

Had an almost positive OPK today which is the darkest I've got! Also got ov pain so think I'm probably ovulating today or tomorrow. We DTD on Sunday and will try to do tonight and tomorrow as well.

@Juno231 my periods are super light too, one day light and then 2-3 days spotting after. I've read that it shouldn't matter as long as it's regular.

@lola871 thanks yeah I try not to over think it as I def know others who have experienced the same after over a decade on the pill and they certainly didn't struggle to conceive.

Now here is my crazy for today - got a horribly metallic taste in my mouth whilst in a gym class and immediately thought omg what if this is a symptom?! Nevermind my AF 😂 - what loon to be symptom spotting even whilst my body is telling me I def did not conceive...

Was registering with a new dentist today and he wanted to take x-rays. It’s the first time I’ve had to say “I might be pregnant” to someone which felt odd. I hope he’s not giving me looks at my 6 month check up now if it hasn’t happened 😂 hope you’re all getting on ok

Mine are fairly light too. Usually 4 days max but only 2 of proper bleeding.

So, just been shopping with DP and I've ended up dumping a load of our shopping into some random man's trolley, then dropped packets of sausages off the shelf and you'd swear with my speech that I'd had a stroke or it was the first time I'd met DP and was all gooey and adoring - that kind of babble.

Am I just a tit or can I put this down to TTC brain? 😂😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Paranoia is setting in already, looking for symptoms of implantation taking in, problem is... I don’t know what they are, if any, nhs is not giving any answers at all, well none that I am liking... help!

Sorry to see more ladies from the Feb bus but welcome all the same!

I am somewhere between 4-6dpo (Fertility Friend is convinced I ovulated on the first day of positive OPKs, Fem is guessing the day after and I'm really not sure because my temp is all over!)

Wondering if I could get away with testing on Sunday? 🤪 I have 5 cheapies I'm desperate to pee on since I ran out of OPKs last Friday!

@littletandme If you're in the right and realistic mind set, test away. You know we're all here to celebrate or virtual hug x

I tested today as Fem wanted it marked, I 100% knew and expected a negative. Think I'll be a bit downhearted if negatives at 10dpo though.

Had the shadowiest shadow of all shadow lines this morning. It's only when you hold it at arm's length can you see it so I'm taking it as indentation and nothing.

Morning! Ov either last night or today. Moved forward 3 days so a slightly shorter cycle but we've managed to DTD at 3 days and 1 day before, will try and do today as well to increase our chances!

Then in to the TWW, don't find the first week of it to too bad but the second week really drags!
Anyone testing early in March? Hopefully we get some BFPs on the thread.

AF has arrived so well and truly on the bus now 🚌😐

Finally getting some higher temps, I hope that doesn't mean I ovulated too late for when we DTD, I haven't had any EWCM since Fem's predicted ov day.

@lola yes, a few of us, I am due af on the 6, hoping to test on the 13, what are your dates?

@littletandme that happened me last cycle! Then fem changed me ovulation date by 8 days! Nightmare 🙄

@whatsthecraic91 ive been here for a little while lol havent been very involved cause im almost 100% sure march isnt gonna happen 🙄 mostly just like to pop in and see if anyone i know got a bfp yet!

@whatsthecraic91 did you get AF late if you ovulated when Fem said you did, or around the right time from your original ov date?

@lola871 my AF isn't due until the 21st so I've got aaages left. I'm hoping I'll be able to hold off testing until then to be honest but we all know how POAS crazy we tend to get here...

Got two friends with babies due on Friday so currently can't wait to see how that goes! One is after several rounds of ivf so is extra, extra awaited

@Franklydear you definitely have more willpower than most of us if you wait a week! I have slightly irregular cycles (by a few days) but luckily after ov pain I'm pretty consistently 14 days before AF so that helps me to pinpoint when it should arrive. So two weeks today (11th), will aim to test 12th or 13th but realistically will be a day or two before!

@Juno231 that is ages away! Assuming you've yet to hit fertile week?

@littletandme I don't know much about temping I'm afraid but even if you ov'd before the second rise it looks like you've DTD around there too! Fingers crossed for you!

@lola871 indeed! AF is over but my fitbit says ov isn't until the 7th so I'll start my OPKs next week to make sure as my cycle seems to have shrunk from 28 to 24/5.
