@ceebee21 no not yet, I thought I'd see how things go and call them when they open tomorrow. It is shit. I'm hoping if it is what is happening that it's just like a heavy period and I won't need to go to a medical centre at this scary time, I don't know what to expect as my 1st was different being 3months and second I only knew I was pregnant for 2 days then period. Would be a miracle if it's not but I have all the signs. It's a nightmare isn't it! I hope your doing ok xx

Hey all, sorry I've just replied, nothing has really changed since yesterday, I'm still spotting so day 4 of that. Feeling quite crappy today feel exhausted and headache and the past week I've been freezing cold! I dunno if anyone else is feeling cold but I do remember feeling constantly cold in my first pregnancy it's weird.
I couldn't get frers yesterday chemist was shut so gonna get some today and I've not called the dr yet as I wanna do the test first so I can tell him the results. So kind of just in limbo still. Do you think I should do the frer today after hold or just wait til the morning?

Hi @dizzy85 I don't want to give you false hope for you to be more let down but I honestly felt like this for the first couple of months, constant spotting, constant cramps and constantly feeling like AF was about to arrive. I was convinced of it and it just never came. When did you last do a test? If it's been 48 hours then it should have darkened regardless of wether you wait until the morning and I think with FRER they're that sensitive the time of day never really mattered for me? Keep us posted we're all right behind you x

@dizzy85 what @BabyB19 said, there are so many different symptoms, and they all seem to overlap between pregnancy and af.

I have had cramps, very similar to AF, so keep thinking something is wrong.

I took an FRER yesterday afternoon and it was a lot darker, so yes, definitely don't think time of day makes a difference the further along you are. In the first few days after implantation, it does make sense to do FMU as there is probably smaller amounts of HCG etc.

I have ordered one more pack of FRER and some CB digitals with weeks, then that is it, I am going to leave it and just see what happens.

I do feel I need to book an early scan - there is no way I am waiting until 12 weeks, if I were to get that far.

@BabyB19 @ceebee21 Thankyou it's nice having your support ❤️ well I'm not gonna get any hopes up coz I know the harsh reality of what could happen but I do have a tiny ounce of hope still in me, as you have to. I used my last cheap test yesterday and there was a line but not as dark as the frers but then they haven't been before anyway as they're not as sensitive so once I have the frer today I'll just do it later and see how it's looking. So nervous to do it.

If things aren't going wrong for me then I will definitely book an early scan too xx

@BabyB19 @dizzy85 yes, it is nice to have support and people to talk to.

We have made the decision to to tell anyone, no family or friends, I just would rather keep it to ourselves at the moment.

I am hopeful, but unfortunately just feel like the worst is going to happen - hard not to think that!

@ceebee21 @BabyB19 I told my sisters the other day just so I could talk to them about it as they both have kids and yesterday I told my best friends as I've all of a sudden gone quieter and stuff on our watsapp groups and they said they could tell something was wrong so I feel better that they know what is happening. I'm not gonna tell anyone else until I know what's what though.
It is horrible and I wish we didn't have to feel this way but just got to have hope that it will be ok. Xx

Well I did the frer but I can't really decide if it's lighter or not so I'm gonna do one in the morning and see coz I only held my pee for about 2 hours and I did drink quite a bit of water whilst I was walking to the shops and back so I can't say for sure so I guess tomorrow will be the deciding test 😬xx

Have you got pictures @dizzy85 I would be inclined to say that if it's still positive it's still positive 🤷🏽‍♀️ surely it would be fading if not? Xx

@BabyB19 yes just done another FRER and it's just darker than the control now. Also got 2-3 weeks on a clear blue.

Had bloods done at GP today as well to check thyroid levels and something else, not sure if progesterone or HCG!

So you are progressing nicely aren't you @ceebee21 I'm so happy for you. I hope you enjoy it and not spend the entire time anxious x

yeah, I am 16dpo now.

I think I will constantly be anxious until at least 12 weeks.

But nothing I can do for now.

Hey sorry I've only just replied I feel like crap 😞 I'm still spotting and had bad headache for 2days and I'm sure my tests are getting lighter and I'm just waiting for the worst to happen now. Here's pics of tests the top one was today bottom yesterday.

Have you got a comparison from your tests last week?

It is still quite a strong line, but hard to compare against anything else xx

Hey @dizzy85 I know this is so stressful but please try to stay positive, as @ceebee21 said that's still a strong line. There's no question it's still showing positive. Is the bleeding still just spotting? How many dpo are you roughly? Xx
