I keep thinking you can go to gp after 12 months of trying but what will they do? I’ve had bloods which say fertility good, dp had his sperm done, which is okay.. so 🤷‍♀️ I know I only started in July but it seems crazy to still not of fallen pregnant, no contraception, having sex at the right time, what else can you do! I know they say stress doesn’t help but a lot of people fall pregnant who are under a lot of stress.
It’s so bizarre! Anyway rant over! Cd2.. due to ovulate 27th but we will see! Xx

@Sunflower2019 I know it's frustrating! I'm going to gp on Tuesday to see if they will do bloods etc (only been trying since August but just want someone to tell me all is ok!)
If they just tell me that all it is is a time thing and nothing wrong I feel I would be ok with that but I just know that with each month that passes I'd be sad thinking why hasn't it happened when everything seemed to be right.

So frustrating! Maybe the stars just need to align perfectly or something! Having said that the moon was so low and big tonight and almost full. Super orange as well. I'm a midwife and we are quite superstitious when it's a full moon as it always tends to be busy.,,.maybe this moon will be in our baby making favour!!

So after ds1 we tried for over a year without success. GP did bloods to check I was ovulating first. Then we were referred to a fertility doctor where DH had his swimmers checked & I had a die test (to check tubes) it didn't work so I had a laparoscopy) all this took over a year so i'd say anyone in this position go as soon as you hit a year. At that point they'll discuss iui or IVF. Unfortunately both my tubes were blocked so I got a diagnosis of secondary infertility and not eligible for NHS IVF. We decided against private & just got on with life (after a while!) Fast forward to now I've had ds2 & 2 mc's so something's working again!

Also my current GP did bloods for me after mc2 even though I was clearly ovulating! Think they just did it to reassure me (I'm 37 now so time isn't my friend) it did make me feel better so worth asking.

Thanks @MrsA2019 and @Ange211 I’m definitely going to wait about 3/4 months then go back! My dp said he may get checked out privately, we will see!

@MrsA2019 sooo weird me and dp were talking about the moon and I have a horoscope app and it said it was 85% I’m hoping I fall this month, currently on cd3 of af, due to ovulate 27th so hoping I’m all relaxed and it just happens this month, think I’ll stop with the bbt stuff this month as I kept waking early and was shattered! Xx

Bleeding has finally stopped for me after 13 days, yay! clearblue app is showing blank circle for the third day so I suspect I might ovulate next week around xmas, so that could be interesting as we're away for the whole week.

I'm still testing every day as absolutely no idea when AF due. It's been 5 weeks since MC so could be any day really. Bfn every day though :(
Pretty sure we haven't DTD often enough though so gearing up to try smep next month.

@Quiffy only saw your reply! He’s happy to try but he’d ideally like to wait, but he said nobody is ever fully ready so 🤷‍♀️ He said he’d back excited if it happened. He’s just not taking it all seriously like id hope too, he still vapes and isn’t willing to giving it up although there are studies to say it affects sperm. Xx

@Katie1109 I have a dd already but I do love having a daughter and would feel more at ease having another, but my dp would love a son and I’m sure I’d be just as happy too! It’s the getting pregnant part that gets to me!

most of people who started to ttc after us have fallen pregnant now starting to appear with bump I'm very happy for them but something in my mind is say is there something wrong this time

Nhs guidelines are after a year if under 36 but sooner if over 36 (or existing infertility issues) . I have personal experience of having fertility tests and everything takes ages once you start the process. So go sooner rather than later is my advice.

I’m back home to my thermometer and pee sticks now. I put my back out today so the last thing I want to do is have my hoofs in the air but needs must... Think we’re planning on starting dtd from tomorrow onwards. Fingers crossed for some red nosed festive spermies and a ripe egg nog 🤞🤞🤞

Af has just finished today so CD5 and dont think I will start Opks until CD10 as seem to be ovulating around CD16 at the moment and dont want to waste my CB ones. I'm actually going to hold out DTD until FW so we are gagging for it by then and then it won't seem like such a marathon haha.

@symptomspotter86 cd8 for me and due to ovulate Saturday 21st all going to plan. We’re the same this month, not done anything for awhile (mainly due to busy) so really looking forward this time around!

@katie1109 @Sunflower2019 hey girls didn't test didn't need to!! I'm having the heaviest painful period ever urghhh and I'm on an absolutely bloody beaut island!! Hopefully the bleeding settles it's so bad!
@Sunflower2019 looks like you and me are cycle buddies again I'm due to ovulate around 29th or 30th xx
