@Katie1109 I genuinely have everything crossed for you! 12dpo is definitely long enough to get a result. But, IF it is negative, try not to let it get the better of you. We're all here for support! Let us know how you get on ❤️

I've definitely fluffed up this month 😂 no confidence in myself at all, have hardly DTD, typical as I really didn't want to conceive in Feb again and have another baby in November 😩 although in the grand scheme of things that really isn't the end of the world is it 😬

@Sunflower2019 I'm the same! I've had sore boobs pre AF before but when I was pregnant it was like I couldn't bare to touch them AT ALL. Made me feel sick 🙈

Hi ladies ... Sorry I don't post on here much. My partner gets angry if I just sit on my phone in front of the baby 😬😬😂 and Christmas has been really busy! Back to work next week and will have a chance to catch up with you all at breaktime!
I'm very impressed you are not all testing yet! I'm allegedly in my fertile week and so we are having loads of sex ... fingers crossed! I'm not testing for ovulation so just using physical symptoms and I don't think I've ovulated yet so we'll keep going!

Who tastes their CM?????? How can that be in any way helpful or necessary?! 😂😂

@Mumofboys17 before I started TTC I was obsessed with not having a baby at Christmas. I think now I’d take anything 😹 if it’s next cycle it would be October and I could have lots of Halloween themed parties 😻😻

Well what a surprise it’s a BFN 😂 as stark as they come. I think it’s safe to say I’m out, I will not believe that at 12 dpo you can get a bfn and then BFP few days later x off to the next cycle x af due tomorrow or Sunday @Ellsbells112

@Quiffy omg Halloween parties!! CUTE!! 😍 I conceived DS1 on 8th Feb and he was due (and born!) on 2nd November lol, would have just liked a gap in birthdays! But like you say, I'd take anything now 😉 we had a newborn niece arrive over Xmas and I spent all of Xmas day sniffing her 😩🥰 made my boobs twinge and uterus flip 😂

I can now feel that raging anger overwhelming me. Why is my effing body failing me so badly?!?! It’s not disappointment, it’s pure anger now.

@Katie1109 how long have you been TTC for?

You don’t have to take my word for it, but please know I mean when I say I REALLY understand how you feel. It took me 18 months to conceive the first time, during that horribly long time I saw the arrival of 3 ‘accidental’ babies and one of a friend who got pregnant first cycle of trying. And I FUCKING HATED THEM ALL!!!
For me, I did need medical help to get my cycles working ‘properly’ again (long term use of the pill left my body in limbo) and then constant OPK’s, folic acid etc the lot. It’s shit but for some of us it just isn’t easy. I’m starting to think it’s going to take another year for us to conceive a second time as well. And I know I already have one baby, but it hurts just as much being so difficult a second time too.

You’re not alone in this, we’re all here together to get us through it. You’re allowed to be angry and pissed at the world because it’s so bloody unfair! It will happen for you eventually. Please be kind to yourself xxxx

@Katie1109 I'm sorry for your bfn. It is so gruelling this whole journey. I agree with @mumofboys2017 though that we are all here with you.

I've never been pregnant before so it scares me that I never can....but it has only been 4 months of trying so i cant get frustrated yet. Especially when it took my sister in law 7 years and 5 ivf treatments.

Still doesn't make it easy when my best friend gets "accidentally" pregnant recently and says she really didn't want kids

@Mumofboys17 thank you very much I really appreciate it x I would describe my situation fully but it is very outing and if someone I know read it they would know straight away who I am x I’ve been trying since June, came off pill in May. Conceived but had mc in August at 5 weeks x I’m just angry. I don’t feel like my af is coming, normally day before I am cramping like hell but feel nothing but little twinges in my left side and I’m full of energy x ehhh...jest waiting for the witch now 😭

@Symptomspotter86 thanks so much hun x everyone around me seems to be pregnant at just had a baby and it makes me sick to my stomach especially when they say ‘it was an accident’ makes me soooo angry! x

@Katie1109 you’re definitely not alone, I’m wondering if the drs have missed something or maybe my partners sperm test wasn’t right as it’s taking so damn long! At times I feel like giving up but my dp has no children and I feel mean not providing.
If nothing by June I’m going to drs for tests.. maybe before! You’re still not out, some people don’t implant for ages.. remember 6-12 days! So got still have at least a couple of days to get your bfp!
I’ll be there with you too In 2 weeks if you’re not as I’m definitely out, I just have a feeling this month isn’t it! My birthday end of Jan so maybe have a couple of drinks although af due 10th so prob be ovulating on my bday ffs!!!!!!!!

@katie1109 I'm sorry 😔 It's so hard isn't it. Try to be kind to yourself. This baby making thing is about a specific moment in time happening (all the stars aligning if you know what I mean) and it can be cruel. The more we try though the better we know our bodies and the we can do to help the aligning happen. I find it helpful thinking about it like that rather than as a failure on my / my body's part xxxx

@Mumofboys17 thank you so so much for the support x within 2 hours I have gone from anger to thinking maybe it is too early. I'm on CD26 of what usually is 28 days cycle. When I had my MC in August I didn't get a positive until I started to MC on CD34, so maybe, just maybe there is still hope for me if she doesn't arrive. I know how stupid it sounds and I'm writing this while thinking "you are kidding yourself, stop giving yourself false hope you idiot".
It shouldn't be that difficult to conceive when both people really want it. How the hell do people conceive on a one night stand?! What are the chances of that come on!!

@katie1109 I’m so so sorry on bfn, totally heartbreaking. Like others have said, it is so much down to chance to don’t be hard on yourself. Plus, there is still that chance and you could still get it, especially if you’re feeling different.

Bloody TTC is a nightmare.

That’s the great thing about this thread. We can all vent and share our feelings. Especially when those around us seem to be getting pregnant so easy!

@Katie1109 I have always thought that about one night stands!! I know everyone is different and has their own circumstances etc, but doesn't it feel like everyone else can just look at a willy and get pregnant 🙄 urgh.

I’m not sure DH realises tomorrow is AF day. Don’t know if I’ll tell him, as usually he makes a comment about “ooo better get my stab vest out” and if I don’t get my bfp soon I might actually stab him. Decisions decisions 😉

@Quiffy my OH is clueless when it come to dates doe he has no idea when my af is due x and as yours it is tomorrow according to my ovia and premom app x

Forgot to mention, my cm since yesterday is lotion like and a bit pink tinged so I’m sure that’s preparation for af arrival x

I already think I'm out 🙄 in the beginning I was so hopeful lol now I'm just like nope it's gonna be a bfn or af is gonna come. I feel the same as every other month around this time

Evening update : still no af cramps, boobs sore. Quite wet down there but no cm on panties, when I poked around 😂 it is still lotion like and pink tinged x so af will probably arrive tomorrow or Sunday as expected x
