My app says I’m 2dpo but didn’t catch my exact peak just high fertility on clear blue and used cheapies to back up!

Having cramps and sore breasts but could still be ovulation?

Have been trying since around July 💗

I think my bbt is indicating that I'm not pregnant this month 😪 Went from 36.5 - 36.0 this morning

@Ellsbells112 I don’t usually get ovulation symptoms :/ if I do they are so minor.. so it’s hard for me to know, but this month I had cramps from what I thought was ovulation 7 days ago and they’ve not stopped along with sore breasts.. it’s bizarre! I’m so confused.. to the point where I am concerned as shouldn’t be cramping for this many days if I’m not pregnant!
I have a dd who’s 11, I’ve been trying since July time but with her I was pregnant straight away. My dp did have a sperm analysis which came back okay bar the morphology which was a little low but shouldn’t be too much of a concern! We’ve dtd a lot to cover it all.. so no issues there!

I guess I’ll just have to see what happens and try not to stress, what will be will be! I’m definitely not using that clear blue thing tho.. confused me even more 😂 I had a flashing smiley for around 6/7 days!

@KaylieMariie I don’t do temps.. I could stray next cycle! Do you have to test as soon as you’re awake or can you get a good idea by testing in the day? I’ve read people’s temps have dropped and they’ve still conceived?

@sunflower2019 oh I see! What if you're pregnant then?? Sounds like it to me, sounds very positive!

@Sunflower2019 You take the temp as soon as you wake up before you move, talk, drink, basically breathe 😂 I only started temping last month so I don't really know what it all means apart from your temp is supposed to continue to rise after ovulation if pregnant? My temps are better than last month like as last month they didn't ever reach 36 degrees through my whole cycle. So I don't know what's going on because I've got backache, sore boobs and had insomnia past 2 nights. but they can also be AF symptoms 🙄

@Sunflower2019 you are your own worst enemy! Enjoy the spa day. What's your plan for avoiding the hot activities?

Tbh, I'm trying to manage my expectations by not symptom spotting. I wouldn't have any at 7dpo anyway (as nothing could even have implanted anyway, even if it's going to). My eczema patch has almost cleared up though. So that's good.

@Ellsbells112 it's only really cycle 2 for us. I'm just impatient. I have 2 already (19 and 10, because I clearly love a massive age gap) but I've never actually 'tried' before; both were happy surprises. I'm 39 now though, so I think it'll take a bit more time and effort than before.

@Sunflower2019 I use the purple CB OPKs and I had 5 days of flashing smileys last cycle. It was annoying. I was surprised when I finally got a solid one as I had decided it was just going to be some sort of flashing smiley purgatory of a cycle.

@WooMaWang yes, I'm very impatient and also didnt have to try before. I have an 8 year old and this is the third month trying. We will get there! 🙏

@WooMaWang I know right! 🤣 I cant wait to get pregnant again lol it's been a long time! I'm 27 and my now partner is the father to my son but not biologically...so I cant wait to see him hold his own new born ❤❤

@WooMaWang I don’t know 😐 do I test that morning? If no line then enjoy the day and drink bubbly and enjoy all heat.. ?? Might take some of the disappointment away 🤣

We definitely are doing the age gap thing.. best part of it is I’ve totally forgotten how awful the sleepless nights are and the pain of labour so all ready to go 😂

@Sunflower2019 I think you can start whenever. I started on cycle day 15 last month and then have been doing it every day since.

I can't say I'm looking forward to sleepness nights again like 😂 I'm unable to have a vaginal birth ever again so this will be my first C-section so I'm nervous about that!

Also I'm not sure your location but I have always got my Pregnancy tests from Home n Bargain and they have been accurate and picked up hcg really well. Even with my first son it picked up I was pregnant before my drs test did and they told me I wasn't 🙄

@Sunflower2019 sorry I am a little late at replying!

CM well... I normally dry up right after ovulation but I have had quite a lot recently! The thick creamy kind (sorry TMI). I also had really bad cramps for about 5 days after OV and sore nips! (all has stopped now and the CM dried up a bit). However still a little crampy on the right side, like little stings every now and again.

I am only really on cycle #1 so I really really don't think this will be my month. Plus it's been 2 years since I had natural cycles. A girl can pray though.

How are you getting on?

@KaylieMariie if it helps, my friend had a C section 3 weeks ago and she said she will 100% elect for one next time! I know it's major surgery etc etc and everyone is different but she said for her it's been a breeze. The scar doesn't hurt and the only downside is not being able to drive for 8 weeks. Plus no damage to your lady bits

I’ve had cramps, sore breasts, not bigger tho! Feeling sicky, when I drive especially? Cm hasn’t dried up for me either! I’ve looked up about other reasons I may of continued to have dark opks and it says PCOS but I have regular periods so can’t see it’s that!

Just annoying as I can’t pin point anything.

How else have you been? I don’t want to get me hopes up as I know we can over analyse tiny things at this stage xx

@Sunflower2019 hmm yeah the joys of googling symptoms and suddenly you have PCOS, a brain tumour and are dying... I have heard some women say their CM stayed present and lots of it during pregnancy so could be a sign?

Honestly, sadly I just feel like normal now! Other than my little sting every now and again, CM is still present but not as much as it was at the weekend. No idea where I am, maybe 7DPO? I am the worst ever for symptom spotting, I swear if my OH knew he would put me in some sort of home...

I am desperate for a BFP this month mostly because I want to to be able to get an early scan in for before Christmas. We've got distant family over this year (distant being from other side of the world) so would be lovely to present a scan! Even if it wont represent anything like a baby at 8 weeks haha

I should stop being so impatient!

@KaylieMariie haha yeah positive vibes only here! Honestly, I was surprised, she said it's been a doddle! I'm really not sure what I'd prefer? I don't fancy the major surgery but I also seriously value my downstairs and I've heard more horror stories from vaginal births than I have C sections

@ceejla it's my last vaginal birth's fault that's caused me to have c-section from now on so I prefer the major surgery haha but saying that I will have to get back to you in the hopefully near future 😳😂

@ceejla I've been considering the implications of a Christmas of not drinking but not explaining why. That'll be fun.

I had to do the same when I was pregnant with DS2, with the added fun that one of my cousin's kid had scarlet fever and we found out on Christmas Eve when my aunt phoned to say 'No one's pregnant, are they?' These things never happen if you're not pregnant, do they?

I'm 10dpo today. Af due between Wednesday and Saturday (I like to have a date range so I don't fixate too much on one day). No symptoms. I'm expecting AF to turn up. We're on cycle 6 and never had a bfp so not really expecting one now. Feeling less crazy than this time last cycle though so that's good.

@ceejla would love to be able to get an early scan just before Xmas! I was daydreaming about that last week, but now I'm feeling more pessimistic / realistic.

Hi ladies, just catching up with the thread, I love reading all the comments and feeling not alone. I got a positive static smiley on weds night so I am thinking I ovulated possibly Thursday or Friday. Today I had some twinges that lasted max a couple of minutes about my left ovary, although if I wasn’t symptom spotting i probably wouldn’t have noticed. Literally been spending forever googling everything to do with ttc and becoming obsessed 🥴! Are you guys planning on testing early or waiting to see if AF arrives?
