@NightlyBye try not to worry too much. Waiting it out will help, because if you keep getting unsure tests or BFN it's so saddening, isn't it. Hold the faith, a friend of a friend just had a baby - 39. And my old dance teacher had babies at 41 & 43!!!

Hello! I have no idea how many DPO I am but AF due on Friday and I've already cracked out the ICs. I've had 2 BFNs and 2 squinters so I have absolutely no idea how I will control myself for the next few days.

I dare not tell DH either as he's more excited than me to have another child and it's a bit of a rollercoaster just now.

AF has just come for me, a whole week earlier than predicted. My periods are a bit all over the place but it feels like my body is taunting me a bit this month!

Hi all,
I'm 9/10 DPO today and BFN this morning. I had an MC in the last cycle at 5 + 3, so counted first day of my mc bleed as CD 1. Felt ovulation pains between 1-3 of Sept. Boobs are extremely sore, twinge here and there on left hand side, terrible backache yesterday evening and just started to feel a bit nauseous now. But I've got a feeling this is all in my head.

Hi @Katie1109! Sorry to hear about your MC. Keep the faith if you're only 9/10dpo - when is AF due, do you think? I've heard so many lovely ladies say over the past few days, that they were getting BFN up until at least day AF due or even a few days after. Maybe plan in a test for nearer then? Keeping everything crossed for you 🤞🏻

@Gigi318 thank you. AF due 16th/17th so still few days. It's hard to keep your hope up after mc, just feel like I'm constantly wishful thinking and the symptoms are in my head...well my boobs being sore definitely isn't, because they are really, really sore and my nipples are constantly sticking out lol x

@Katie1109 have you got any plans that can distract you until after the weekend? It's so frustrating, isn't it? And I know what you mean about the symptoms. I know my backache is real - it's so uncomfortable and making the rest of my back sore 🙈 Oh really? My nipples are constantly sticking out too and they never do that. They're very sensitive too, but not sore boobs as such. Like when I'm ovulating or due on they're like puffy and whole boob aches! Sorry if TMI (but thats what we're here for as OH can't hear it haha)

Still not getting many symptoms apart from generally feeling off, had a cold last week so putting it down to that

Been trying since Feb to ttc#1 with tests to establish if ovulation was actually occurring and had an early MC in July and now today I am 10DPO with back ache and had some slight twinges and pinching yesterday which I don't usually get before AF but no months seems to be the same for me! AF due anytime between tomorrow and Monday (CD30-33)

I just know I am out this month as when I did fall pregnant I just KNEW (not psychic sally but I seemed to just know) and finding it really hard now not even imagining eventually having a baby just imagining never having one at all 😖

I'm 9 DPO - tested this morning (ahh far too early!) and BFN. I promised myself that i wouldn't test this month until at least 12DPO but I don't know whats wrong with me? I just couldn't resist! Then I panicked because I don't have any more FRER left so I've just ordered 4 more off of amazon! This cycle is the first that I have had any symptoms though (maybe in my head) so I am really praying that this is the one!

@helpasisterout hey! Glad to have you here. How are you feeling today? When are you testing? May hold off for Monday if you can? I'm with you on the back pain, it's driving me mad! And funny you should say that, I very much feel like you can just know. Have some kind of sixth sense. Although others say its nonsense!

@Carolba welcome! Oh no - I've spotted lots of early testers getting frustrated over BNF. But maybe all is not lost. When is AF due? What symptoms are you having, babe?

Hey @Gigi318 Af is not due until next Wednesday so I know I am being silly testing this early! I have felt nauseous since Monday which should be far too early for a symptom but I am still feeling it today. I've also got slight back ache and stomach cramps, occasional heightened sense of smell and very tired! My boobs are a little sore but I am sure that's because I constantly prod and poke them to see if they hurt I'd like to think I will hold out from testing until next weekend but I doubt I will get through the weekend :( x

@Carolba well you've come to the right place, we will try and keep you sane. Have you got anything planned or to look forward to this weekend? Even a Chinese and film can do a world of good! And definitely not silly - just excited 😘 keep up the hope! We seem to be quite similar. I think I'm 9dpo today, nausea and cramping Mon-Tue. Backache yesterday and today. Nipples always point and sore (sorry if TMI) all of this is very new to me and bizarre. But we shall see come next weekend. I'm holding out I can’t bear to test before then!

@Gigi318 Yes we have a busy weekend planned but it's the first thing in the morning that I have an overwhelming urge to POAs lol. I just need to wake up and wee before I think about it, after that I will be fine until the next morning :) Wow yes we do sound very familiar with timings and symptoms, aww fingers crossed for you hun! Is your AF due next weekend?

@Carolba it might sound extreme but maybe get your OH to his the HPTs 😂🙈 might mean you just can't then until Monday? Yes. I think either 22nd or 23rd but I'm waiting to 23rd no matter what! Had lots of EWCM this morn so either things are going well or I'm well off and ovulating on CD20 🤣

@Carolba i nearly picked up a test in the supermarket on my lunch hour, but had to stop myself trying not to test to early, its so hard

Ive been having sone watery CM over past few days but ive never tracked it before so dont know if its normal for me?

Does anyone track their cervical position yesterday it was low now its high, its usually quite high though

@Gigi318 he doesn't know that I am a POAS addict lol he doesn't know I've been testing early, he just knows each month when AF is due and when it comes he is disappointed enough so I don't want to put him through the trauma, me on the other hand is a sucker for punishment! - plus I have my grand plan for when we get a positive and I announce it him, that day will come :) Aww hopefully that is really good sign! I hardly ever have CM, or not that i notice - maybe that's my problem??

@jadelouiselaird it is so hard yes but well done for not succumbing to temptation :) I don't track my cervical position, TBH I wouldn't know what to do and I think my nails are too long 🤣🤣 and like I said above I hardly get any CM throughout my cycle so I don't know what is normal?

@jadelouiselaird eek, I'm hoping that I'll always be able to stay strong with testing (and I might partly because it freaks me out) but we shall see 🤣🤣 maybe make a note of your CM? I've never actively tracked it but have always known when its wet or sticky of EW. Never tracked cervix position before, but I think its high at the moment. There's just so much to be aware of, isn't there 🙈

@Carolba ah yes that would make it hard. I don't say much to my OH as he really doesn't deal well with women's stuff so I'd be the same as you. Eeek how exciting for a gran reveal. Can you tell us or leave it secret til the time? Yes CM is strange, but maybe just look out for how you're feeling, like dry or wet or whatever? I blows my mind how we're all so different. Bodies are so magical!

@Carolba that's what I do wake up and wee straight away! I stupidly bought some tests on Tuesday eve but so far managed not to use them yesterday or today I am not usually an early tester but the urge was so strong

@mrssunshinexxx eeek I'm totally going to eat my words and test early, aren't I? I genuinely think if I didn't have stuff on I probably would test next Friday. I was going to do Sat 21st but then more plans so pushed to Mon 23th. Feels like longest wait ever! How are you feeling?
