End of August bus

Hey guys decided to make an end of August bus as there is already an August bus and by the time we get to the middle of aug we will need a new one anyway and it will keep us all around the same time in our cycles.

Yes it was a very faint plus when I took the test but now has faded to almost nothing. 2 days ago was getting positives on a few different cheapies and my hubby saw those too. I think it might be a chemical, I've not had one that I've known of has anybody else? Will I still get af around the same time if it is? Last time I had faint lines that did not progress it was ectopic so I'm a little nervous but still only 10dpo so trying to relax a little until missed period. Not doing a very good job though lol!

I'm going to DTD once more tonight just in case due to EWCM I think it was a bit more watery and only a little stretchy so maybe just then end of it! DTD for fun only then after that if we have the energy 🤣🤣🤣

Discussion--- I totally agree about not testing early etc etc.

But part of me thinks, at least if I've had a BFp then I know I ovulated and dtd all at the right time?

@Sophieb15 Last month I did spot for 1 day before AF so I think it might arrive tomorrow, I feel like she’s coming. Not due for 6 days according to the Flo app though. I did have quite a sharp pain in the lower abdomen on Monday. I don’t want to start the whole mad symptom spotting thing but I guess there’s a chance it could be implantation pain/bleeding. I’m definitely not testing before AF due though, not worth the disappointment.

@flissity You can get a blood test on CD 21 (or 7 days after suspected O if you have longer cycles) and it checks your progesterone levels over 30 means you've ovulated. I had one done 5 days after confirmed Ovulation and mine was 45 and my doctor said that's really high for 5 days after so I know I'm ovulating. Had mine done in May and now I'm on Cycle 7 TTC.

@flissity thankyou, I am okay I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Hoping to see someone gets there bfp this month, sounds like a lot of people on here have got the timing right so good luck everyone I'll be waiting a few more days and testing again x

@rosina38 Yes def not worth the disappointment. What DPO are you?

@Olivebranch26 Stay positive there may just not be enough hcg in your system yet. Wait until you are 14/15 DPO if you can and if AF hasn't arrived you may get your BFP.

@Sophieb15 thankyou I do feel a little better now and like you said still early so will wait till Sunday, even though it's hard it's not worth testing anymore till at due.

@Sophieb15 thanks. Trying to figure it out is the hardest. Once I've done a few cycles of actually using OPKs properly hopefully I will have a better understanding of when I O. I am hoping it won't take that long though 😩

@Sophieb15 didn't know that.. I guess being older (36) I will probably ask for that if I am still trying in 6 months.

@flissity this is only a GP blood test so not with fertility doctors so you can get it done as soon as you want.

I feel like I'm going mad I'm 2 DPO and my boobs are tingling and itchy not normal at all for me. Maybe its from all the action [sceptical] I normally just get sore boobs around 6/7 days before AF and they get sorer and sorer each day.

@Sophieb15 today I am prob about 3dpo and I have had a stabbing pain in one boob. Still slight groin twinges

Cervix is firmer now.

And the firmer cervix is a completely normal post-ovulation thing. So don't know why I am even mentioning it 😆

@Sophieb15 I done one yesterday morning stupidly, gonna get my partner to hide the tests😂

@Sophieb15 from about yesterday evening nipples felt sore. Usually boob tenderness after ovulation is at the sides until closer to AF where they just turn heavy and painful.

No tenderness at sides at all - all nipple (sorry - TMI).

Though, that could be a result of DTD. Not looking into any of it though, it’s too soon to be anything but hormones due to ovulation.

Morning everyone, so I had a positive opk day before yesterday and thought I'd ovulated yesterday but took my temp on waking this morning and no temp rise is there any chance I did ovulate even though my temp didn't rise today (clutching at straws) or is it an anovulatory cycle?? I thought for sure with the LH surge and pain in my side yesterday that I ovulated but now worried my body is playing tricks on me

@Tamalama @Sophieb15 @mrssunshinexxx looks like I am out as AF has arrived this morning, 4 days early. Knew I felt funny yesterday ☹️
