End of August bus

Hey guys decided to make an end of August bus as there is already an August bus and by the time we get to the middle of aug we will need a new one anyway and it will keep us all around the same time in our cycles.

Going to do OPKs twice a day from the end of AF 😅 and DTD every other day if we can and the 3 days around ovulation I think x

@mrssunshinexxx I had a shed load of discharge but that was before I got my positive opk, then dried up, then a few hours after I got my positive opk I had more discharge and that's when I had the ovary and back twinges. So yep, may well be ovulation. Jump on your DH as soon as he gets home tomorrow!! X

Got online and ordered my OPKs tonight 💪🏻💪🏻 ready for my next cycle, OH has reminded me that this journey is supposed to be fun and we should just enjoy it and it will happen eventually 💕

@mrssunshinexxx hopefully that's a good sign I normally O after I get EWCM and I've had twinges in my ovaries all day yesterday but my EWCM hasn't come in full force yet so I know I haven't O'd yet. Is it still there this morning? I get it for the day after I O too but it's only there if I check and maybe a few times when I wipe 🙈

My OH gave me the best news yesterday his shift is different next week so he's off Mon and Tue(Cd16and 17)

@mrssunshinexxx Now I have the option to BD CD 13-CD17 5 days in a row is a bit much so I think I might just do CD13,15,16,17. Surely thats enough.

We're on day two of faint BFP AF was due yesterday but I ovulate late in my cycle so I'm around 9 days post ovulation (I think)

Sorry i've been AWOL! After AF i just forgot about ttc for a bit especially as we were away for the weekend. I had a look and CD 10 (Monday) was the day we were coming back so figured that was perfect timing for jumping back on the bus! Have been temping and doing OPKs since then. Was planning to try SMEP this cycle but missed the first couple of days we were meant to dtd (CD 8 and CD10), i think i ovulate a bit later than average (CD16) though going by last cycle so hopefully starting CD12 will still be ok!

Today is CD14 for me, temp is still declining but i have quite bad ovulation pains. Yesterday i had some EWCM, not done an opk yet today...so confused!

@NamiSwan Hi welcome to this bus! I'm sorry you find the start of the cycle stressful - i'm usually quite calm then and it's now, around the middle i start to stress! I would stick with the temping - it seemed a bit of a faff to me at first but then i felt like it really worked and lined up so well with the opks that i don't have to be as fanatical about them!

@Lauralozzle I find my opks sometimes go a bit lighter during the days up to my ovulation and then when ovulation hits they are super dark and the differences between the first ones don't look so apparent!

Here's hoping. I've had quite a lot of lower back pain since the start of the week.

POAS is way to addictive though. My husband keeps asking how many test I've used as I do sporadic ones through the day too 🙈 I have a clear blue but don't know when's best to take that's on but the IC.

Going off flo im 5dpo as still had no joy with the OPKs, all O symptoms stopped on the weekend too. DTD on CD 9, 11, 14, 15 and 16 so hoping ive covered all grounds. On Cd19 now, feeling really nauseous today just dont feel myself at all

congratulation @lornz i can see lines on the 2nd one, which is so impressive for only 9dpo.

I'm on cd13 negative OPKs, but app says I'm not due to Ov until monday so that good as plan to dtd sat, sun, mon but now OH might not make this weekend due to work, so that might be me out this month until Sept. oh well, what will be will be, at least i can have lots of

My right ovary has been tingling off and on today and I've got a bit of lower back pain. I've also had a headache the last day or so. I'm really praying this is it this month. I'm on 5 or 6dpo though so who knows... dtd at the right times this month.

@lornz Try stop testing for a day or 2 and then you should get a much stronger line. Congrats try not to use your CB until your late so 15 DPO because they normally don't show until your late

@Tamalama fingers crossed this is your month. I'm really happy that I can DTD all the days and have a really good chance to this month.

AF was technically due yesterday - I have strange cycles I ovulate very close to my period it would seem.

With my first I got a strong positive on the day AF was due. Then his due date was a week and a bit later than going from my last period.

With my second (which was a missed miscarriage) it took 10 days after my period to get a positive but obviously wasn't meant to be then.

Then this time very faint when period is due, will just have to wait it out to see what happens.

It's very helpful having people to share it with.
