Had another acupuncture session and she has warmed my uterus to nurture it! Still super relaxing even if it doesn't do anything!

@MrsH497 how does she do that? Sounds bloody delightful 😂

@Lozzlepop it's called Moxa she lights the end like an incense stick then essentially between my hip bones she (and hubby has this as his job for now!) holds it about an inch above my tummy and slowly goes across. Does this for 5 mins or until my skin is pink. Apparently a cold uterus is a very common problem

It was amazing my tummy inside and out feel warm! Xx

@PippaPug - your honeymoon sounds awesome! Don’t worry about the sickness, loads of people aren’t actually sick, just nauseous and it can strike any time only the day or night!

Hello ladies, just thought I'd pop in and get some advice please 
So my cycles are 24days, I thought I ovulated on the 24/25th of this month. Positive ovulation test afternoon of the 24th, this is the first positive I've had using the tests in three months, Had cramps in my lower left side on the 25th (Thursday) then that was it. This all lined up with my ovia app falling within my fertile window. But then Sunday 28th I had the cramps again, very very tender nipples and I was in a horrendous mood, I just couldn't snap out of even though I was fully aware I was being a mare. I'm a little confused with my ovulation day. My af is due on the 6th and I'm very regular. I still have tender nipples now slightly but it has eased. I've never noticed all of this before around my ovulation period.

Sorry for the essay just wondered if anyone could shed a little light 

Anyone else due to test Aug 7th/8th??

Hey guys hope you don't mind me joining this thread, I'm expecting baby number 1 around March 2020 and I'm trying my best to remain positive even with it being so early! I've been TTC for 3 years and finally got pregnant after starting Clomid for 2 cycles. Found out yesterday 1 baby, but slightly earlier dates than I expected so no heartbeat yet. Got another scan next Wednesday hoping to see a heartbeat then! Anyone else have an early scan to find out they were earlier than expected? Is this still a positive outcome? I feel deflated at not seeing a heartbeat but I'm trying my best to remain positive x

@PippaPug - I’ve joined a couple of pregnancy threads now (I can link you if you like?) and for some of the ladies, they didn’t get nauseous/sick until week 8, so I think symptoms are just so individual :) they’re really supportive though!

Morning ladies! Well we managed to DTD last night (it was around 1am, so technically early this morning..) hopefully we've caught it. Did one more strip test today and it's gone back down to negative and temp took a dip this morning 🤞🏽🤞🏽

@Anny27 we did the 'paper' gift last year, but were just thinking of booking somewhere to go away for the weekend in September, rather than an actual gift. DH is very difficult to buy for, plus his birthday in is December so I was very happy with this plan 😂 What are you thinking of getting?
That's great! Hope AF finishes fast so you can get busy again 

@Lozzlepop wow that is long! I think if I hadn't been away last week, we would have done it a few times, but in the end only managed 3 before positive OPK, so not too bad!
They do say that you are most fertile after an mc, so could be possible. I hope it doesn't happen again, of course, but it would be good to get tests and have some answers!
Could the cramps be due to your body just adjusting after everything? Did you get a darker OPK last night?

@ELW85 haha thanks lovely! DH woke me up at 1am to DTD and I definitely wished I had some chocolate for a sugar rush!

@PippaPug ooh amazing! Did you do a safari trip whilst there? We had the same 5/6am starts whilst in Botswana in June.
I think we're just doing dinner somewhere and going to try and plan a weekend away for September (try and miss the school holidayers!).

@LokiCat good effort 👌🏻 I’ve got my fingers crossed for you! Haha yeah it was getting to the stage we were sick of the sight of each other lol! So done an OPK last night and this morning and they are both high so looks like I’m gearing up to OV and that I have just gone back to a normal cycle where I was thinking it would take a bit longer like last time 🙈

@Lozzlepop thanks 😊 that's great that your cycle is back to normal, I guess because it was an early mc this time? It is confusing trying to figure out bodies out!

@LokiCat fingers crossed for you, that's good going at 1am 😱 we dtd last night and night before, my predicted ovulation was yesterday or today, just waiting for temps to confirm it, probably tomorrow I'll get the rise. Might dtd tonight just to be sure we caught it ha!

@Lottiepink - Beach is stunning! My best friend knew (as I knew the bridesmaids were wanting to drink the morning of the wedding, so she drunk mine 🤣) and the photographer knew because I was getting really really cranky with the couple photos and I ended up just saying I’m not being a pain but I’m hot, hungry, cranky due to being pregnant (one of them when to go and get me some food 😂) other then that no one knows! Loving the honeymoon but I’m excited to come home and have a scan already.

@ValidUser this is my 4th I missed a week because of work. It's relaxing if nothing else. SMEP is hard work I just couldn't stay awake but I had my positive OPK Tuesday night (DTD then) and will make up for it tonight as I'm off work until Tuesday!

I woke up this morning feeling pretty drained but I've decided to stop temping and setting an alarm for 6:30 so had a lie in! It feels nice letting go and not putting pressure on. Have the view that whatever will be when I go for my second scan at the epu on the 14th.

@LokiCat hope you enjoy your date night and make the most of your time with DH.

Anyone got any nice plans this weekend? Anyone due to test? Xx

@LokiCat we did manage to DTD again. Today my app says not fertile and it’a Nice to feel the pressure is off! It definitely changes how I feel about DTD! App currently predicting AF for 13th August but got some nice plans for a London weekend and a weekend in centre parcs before then!
@hopeandpray1988 sounds like a good plan to stop temping and get some rest.

@LokiCat we did paper last year but think we will just do a token small gift and then a day or weekend away as thats always so much more fun than a gift :D

@Lottiepink you have been doing well - did you do SMEP?

@Macbless i totally know what you mean with the pressure of DTD on the fertile days. Think my DH feels the pressure as well as usually he is in the mood a lot more but its taking its toll on us!

@naylor19 it might be best to ask on a pregnanct thread as most of us ladies are still ttc and have never been pregnant. Hope you find your answers :)

This month i am thinking of DTD every 3 days at start of cycle untill it gets to my apps "fertile week" prediction and then go to every other day and then when i get peak OPKs probs a few times in a row (i remember before ttc i said i would never be one to schedule DTD......yet here i am 😂😂)

@Lozzlepop glad to hear your cycles are getting back to normal quickly.

Not sure if we'll get to do SMEP DP very stressed at the moment.

@hopeandpray1988 - definitely stop temping, I was given that advice a while ago and I’m pleased I did :) you’ll need your rest and it can fluctuate so don’t let it occupy you unnecessarily!
