Positive test but I’m bleeding

I started bleeding a week after my period finished today which was weird so I took a test and for the first time in my life, it was positive. Obviously I then immediately took about 40 more tests Blush

I’ve attached my Flo app screen which is accurate and I know I ov’ed on the 5th because I tested.

WTF is going on and why am I bleeding? Am I early miscarrying? Sad

Bleeding is when I wipe and there was a little bit of cramping earlier. My period on the 17th- 20th was completely normal.

Do I need to call 111?

Good lord I feel rough. Bleeding is only as heavy as a heavy period (pad change every 3 hours) but it’s been 3 days of this level now and over a week since I started bleeding.

I’m getting dizzy when I stand up and I’m out of breath walking up stairs but I don’t know whether I need to call someone because I’m not filling a pad an hour and wouldn’t say the bleeding is out of control? I’ve got a constant low level headache and I feel exhausted despite doing nothing all day.

No cramping today, just a constant trickle of blood and what I’m guessing are symptoms that come with that Confused I’m super thirsty and drinking tons. I’m not passing clots, just a constant bleed.

Blood pressure is normal (a bit low for me but at 123/85 so fine) and temperature is normal (37.9). Ive checked both in case of sepsis/ blood loss and neither are at worrying levels, so I’m not sure if I go to the out of hours they’ll do anything for me? Can they do anything to stop me bleeding?

I'm sorry you are still going through this.
I would definitely call someone.
