God having a rough day. Just bought bile up 🤢 boobs seem big finished period about 4 days ago what's going on?!

@thumper59 I am good thanks, I know it is so lovely out there I cant wait to get a chilled fizz in my hands later 7DPO today, feeling good so far and managing not to SS, fingers crossed it continues for another week lol

@MrsH497 oh no are you ok? Have you eaten something that's maybe disagreed with you?

@Lozzlepop don't know felt really off and hot/dizzy have started iron so don't know if it's that. Really weird xx

Hmm I'm not sure. I should be 11dpo, so there shouldn't be any fertile cm but who knows. Will just see if AF shows up on Monday!

@Lozzlepop no made sure I didn't but I've only had a couple of days of the iron. Felt much better once I'd had a Diet Coke! Think I'm just over tired!

Sorry to hear your not well tho, I've had iron tablets before and they didn't agree with me either at first :(

One more day of work before DH and I get a day off together to revisit the waterfall he proposed at :)
We managed DTD last night so still on course for SMEP!

@LokiCat awww I'm so glad you had a fab time, its nice to get away and take the pressure of TTC too. Sounds like a good weekend, hopefully there will be some good weather to enjoy! My dinner was lovely, sat and played with her little one and enjoyed a few gins in the garden 😉

@MrsH497 maybe it'll just take a few days for your body to adjust to them! Glad you are feeling better!

@ELW85 we have a fairly quiet weekend planned hopefully get out in the garden and head for a spot of lunch . Awww that sounds lovely 😍 good going with SMEP. Its a chilly day here again so had to get a coffee on the way in to warm myself up 😂

Ladies - I’ve been thinking; does anyone know the science/stats behind only having a 25% chance to conceive per cycle? I guess I’m just wondering why it’s so low if you time everything properly?
Thought I’d ask in case someone had researched it before I get lost in the internet!

I think the stats are so low because not every embryo will form properly and therefore are unlikely to implant, and even normal embryos don't always implant.

Then you have the possibility of a dilute load of semen, or the egg not having been viable in the first instance.

@ValidUser - thank you for that; makes total sense :) sad that we have so many things to overcome, but absolutely makes sense when you break the factors down like that!

Hi ladies, I'm back after a couple of weeks. I ended up going back on the anti anxiety meds as I just wasn't myself, Dr's have said the ones I'm on won't make a difference so that's reassuring. I did go to acupuncture too and I've been again this week. They are very thorough, even checked my tongue, off all things!! My first one was initially about the anxiety but now I'm a bit more stable we're focusing on both anxiety and conception which is good. It is very relaxing and I really don't notice the needles. I do feel bad as we chat away and each time she's gone over the time, I always apologise but she never seems to mind. I'm also now taking kefir as I've taken quite a lot of anti biotics in my life and this will help restore the balance, rather expensive though so not looking to make it a regular purchase after I've finished the 4 litres of the stuff. It does not taste nice either, that's for sure!!!
