Anyone else want to jump on board the July bus? AF has just arrived for me after being 2 days late!

Anyway here's my info:

I did another opk just... Still negative. Ran out of them now oopsy!!! Do you reckon it's a problem if I do it again today and tomorrow? Oops ahhh! Sorry for tmi but haven't had ewcm for about 6 days now...

Hi ladies, new here.
I got a positive OPK yesterday, but DH didn't feel like DTD.

DH woke me up early before leaving for work this morning to squeeze in a quick DTD 

The OPK instructions say the day after the positive OPK is fine as well, so hopefully we caught the window (although only once).

I have an event next weekend that is based around drinking (and it will be very suspicious if I don't!) I would only be 7/8 DPO, and so it probably wouldn't show up on a test yet even if I were pregnant... do I just drink in moderation? (It's a champagne tasting evening, so not drinking would be very odd, and my coworkers would wonder why!)

I had hoped to just do a test on the morning, so I'd know if I could drink or not. But then I realised I probably wouldn't get a positive so early anyway!

@Hannah1925 just enjoy it 😁 test when you get back and if it's gone you've had your surge. If you dtd around now you should be covered even for in a few days time 🤞🏻

Ewcm you can have several fertile patches of Cm in a cycle but only actually fertile around ov. Some women never get/see ewcm. Not harm in just carrying on and enjoy it 😁 apparently it helps if there's a lot of pleasure/stimulation for both of you 😉

@wannabemama0812 welcome! It only takes the once so 🤞🏻 for you. It can be 12-36 hours after so I think they recommend 2-3 after as well but once should cover it :)
Test won't show by 7dpo but you're fine to drink til about 5/6 weeks when the umbilical cord forms. Before then can't harmthe baby. Personally in the tww I won't get smashed but I'm 7dpo and planning to go for cocktails later with hubby 😁

3dpo today, boobs still a little tender around the sides and had some very mild cramping (but this is normal for me) - I imagine I’m having one of those cycles where I can feel my boobs for full 2WW. Stupid progesterone and PMS that starts immediately after ovulation.

I’m going out tonight, will enjoy myself. 3 course meal, a glass or two of wine! I’ve been trying to keep myself busy, so bathroom is now clean and I’ve mowed the lawn!

I’ve been thinking about my late ovulation this cycle. I started taking pregnacare this cycle when we decided to start TTC. Anyone noticed that they lengthen your cycle? I think I’m on a 32 day cycle, given my ovulation date, and I haven’t had a cycle that long for about a year! They do happen, but I’m wondering if the pregnacare might have something to do with it?

Hopping on the July Bus as AF has just arrived, 3 days early 😡.

Rather upset that AF arrived so early, my luteal phase seems to be getting shorter. Previous month was Cd27 it arrived. This month CD26. Humph

But concerned that

@wannabemama0812 welcome! I wouldn't worry about drinking at all. Nothing travels to the baby until 5/6 weeks when the umbilical cord attaches. Enjoy the alcohol while u can 🤞🏻

@Lauralozzle hope u have a lovely dinner. I've not noticed any difference taking prenatal vitamins. Never really heard of this happening but I have heard people say to take them if u have irregular cycles.

@Rosetinted47 welcome. I totally feel your pain. This happened to me a few months ago.. AF came a week early. I was gutted. I actually think I felt worse the next month when I was 2 days late staring at a bfn. It's hard but at least u have a fresh start sooner. I've always heard the LP is always the sad length but I track ovulation and mine ranges from 10-14 days?!! X

I'm currently at the end of my 2ww. 15dpo I think.

My boobs feel big and sore (definitely not usual for me!) My temps are high but the tests say no!

It's not over till it's over though, right? 😂

Advice please! I barely get any CM, never enough to notice. But I've just had to run to the toilet because I had a leak! It was white, like a watery texture. According to my app I am due to ovulate in the next few days. No positive OPK yet x

Hello July bus. I had hoped to be off the bus after a BFP last week, but unfortunately starting miscarrying yesterday. I've been referred to the Recurrent Miscarriage Clinic for investigations, as have now had 2 early mcs and 1 ectopic. Not the best run of luck, out of 6 cycles! I'll probably be lurking more than anything, but I know lots about BBT and OPKs if anyone has questions!!

@Abi58 yes and I know 100% it was 8dpo as we only dtd once that cycle due to us being in different countries for a few weeks.
It was right after a MC the cycle before so for it to be a blazing positive I was absolutely shocked.

@mumof1hants some googling suggests I should also DTD! Apparently it's what you get before EWCM. Which I also have never witnessed! Just off to do another OPK!

@Louise190 mine are always darker in the morning. Before I ovulated I did one at 10am that was almost positive then one at 5pm which was much lighter... next day I got a strong positive at lunchtime 🤷🏼‍♀️ x

@LatteLover12 that is a great chart! I would have put ovulation at CD22 though. Is there a reason it's put it earlier? Did you get a positive OPK on day 19 maybe? Definitely looks very promising! Hope you get your BFP in a day or two!

@mussie & @LatteLover12 I'm temping for the first time this month... have had a steady rise since O day (cd14) but today at 7/8dpo have had a sudden drop of 0.4? Can it very quite a bit? I'm worried AF is on her way early... she's come at 10dpo before 😤 x

My temps have dipped slightly this morning but no where near the cover line.

Another IC says no. I reckon I'm out this month but the plus side of all of this is that it's pushed my next AF back a few days so I won't be on my period while I'm on holiday!

@LatteLover12 that is a good way to look at it. Hope AF doesn't take too long making her appearance tho. Did u say I'd tried a FRER? Just in case... x
