@Mondayblues7 ah thank you! I'll have to wait until tomorrow and nip up to boots 😔 local supermarkets dont sell the frer just the rapid result ones and clear blue.

Mumof2boys18 · 26/05/2019 14:49

Congratulations @tisonlymeagain 🥰

I'm the same as you @mrsc1987 although I'm 6/7 dpo. We have same symptoms. I'm
due AF either Friday or Saturday zz

Mondayblues7 · 26/05/2019 16:55

One cycle I got to "22 dpo" without AF. Then she turned up. I drove myself crazy.

Isntthatalwaystheway · 26/05/2019 18:51

@Mondayblues7 Oh my gosh! Really!! I would have been crazy too, my AF has only been by a day late once in the 8 Months we've been trying - she's turns up on exactly the date expected x

tisonlymeagain · 27/05/2019 06:34

Just did another test because I am neurotic and I got a positive on a Clearblue Digital which I had fully expected to be negative. Feels more real now and will tell DP when he gets home later this morning.

Good luck to everyone waiting to test!

Anyone 9DPO and not tested yet?? Pls join me
Isntthatalwaystheway · 27/05/2019 06:53

@tisonlymeagain Such great news, congratulations again! I bet your DP will be over the Moon! I tested FRER this Morning, annoyed i caved and tested early and now fed up as I got a BFN! Oh well... Sure I'm not out just yet, and if I am then it's ok - there's always another Month! ☺️

Bethy1995 · 27/05/2019 07:24

Woken up feeling VERY sick this morning...please let god not bless me with morning sickness this pregnancy I was lucky last time and was only sick twice...sicky on and off in the day yesterday I'd say about 3x throughout. Off to buy a frer once I've finished work at 1. Does anyone know what time shops are open until today?

mrssunshinexxx · 27/05/2019 07:27

@tisonlymeagain congrats how many dpo are you? X

@Bethy1995 I think it's usually sunday hours so 4pm

OP posts:
tisonlymeagain · 27/05/2019 07:30

@mrssunshinexxx I am 11dpo today

Isntthatalwaystheway · 27/05/2019 07:32

@Bethy1995 I think Bank Holidays are Sunday Hours, so they'll likely open at 11 x

mrssunshinexxx · 27/05/2019 07:32

So exciting !!

I tested yesterday and it was a bfn at 10dpo I'm laying in bed desperate to test again 😫😫😫 @Abi58 help meee Grin

OP posts:
Abi58 · 27/05/2019 07:41

@mrssunshinexxx you can do it! If negative test after 48hours give your body the chance to build up hcg!!! 😁🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Abi58 · 27/05/2019 07:42

@mrssunshinexxx again give it 48 hours not sure that wording made sense (not had my coffee yet!)

mrssunshinexxx · 27/05/2019 07:45

@Abi58 so basically I just shouldn't test ?!

OP posts:
Abi58 · 27/05/2019 07:47

@mrssunshinexxx it's up to you I read somewhere if negative beat to wait 48 hours to give the hcg a achance to build. Will you drive yourself mad if you test again now?

mrssunshinexxx · 27/05/2019 07:54

@Abi58 probably !! I'm gunna see if I can wait
I'm either due wed or Saturday depending which app, annoying they aren't the same

I don't feel as bad as yesterday because af hasn't actually came so it doesn't definitely mean I'm out yet x

OP posts:
Abi58 · 27/05/2019 08:52

@mrssunshinexxx you can do it! I'd either try tomorrow or weds if think you're due weds?

I caved after an evening of feeling like I was about to be sick and there is a very very faint line!!!

Concerned though as my temp has dropped so worried I've got my hopes up for nothing!! 😢

mrssunshinexxx · 27/05/2019 09:04

@Abi58 that sounds good have you got a piccy ?

Yes I'll see if I can wait until wed I do feel very tired which is unusual for me.

How do you track your temps is this with opks? What do you have to do are they expensive / worth it ? I want to try not to get too obsessed but I also want to fall pregnant ASAP Grin

OP posts:
Abi58 · 27/05/2019 09:11

@mrssunshinexxx for some reason it won't let me post pics it says I can only post 6 in a day and try tomorrow. I posted a few yesterday but none so far today 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'll keep trying!

I hope so I'm just worried temp is going down and it might not have stuck properly :( going out later to get more tests to try again in the morning hope it's darker! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Just with a digital bbt thermometer (a digital thermometer that measure to .00 (2 decimal places)

🤞🏻🤞🏻 for you! I felt really sick (could feel liquid in my throat) and my nipples were really sore and bigger (boobs also seemed a bit bigger and fuller) and had bumps on my nipples

Confused38 · 27/05/2019 09:39

Hi can I join.
I. Very confused. I had a miscarriage 28th March. And had my first period 2 may. We have been trying since then. I’m normally between 28-31 days and my next period is due 1st June. I have been feeling nausea for 2 weeks and my breasts are quite big.... just seems over a couple of days they are nearly spilling out of my bras. And I had a terrible headache 2 days ago which lasted 15 hours. I am about 9dpo now. I also been having some twinges and very mild abdo cramps.
At 02:30 this am I went to the toilet and there was some spotting on the toilet paper..... I have been 3 times since and there is still some spotting. Not bright red more of a browny red. I under stand this may be implantation bleeding. But when I look into the toilet basin I can see a drop of it too.... I have been wearing a pad since 02:30 and there is nothing on there.
Also when I have my periods they are very heavy with clots and I suffer from bad pain....
I have never had this before but resigned myself to the fact that this might be my period coming (even though it has never happened in this way before) and I’m not in any pain really either. I guess it’s easier to think this following miscarriage. Does anyone have any opinions
Thank you

mrssunshinexxx · 27/05/2019 09:51

@Confused38 hi I'm not sure to be honest I would say implantation but I'm sure someone with more knowledge will be along soon.

Have you taken a test ? X

OP posts:
mrssunshinexxx · 27/05/2019 09:57

@Abi58 oh that's annoying hopefully it will let you post later are you going to re test in the morning

I definitely feel abit nauseous I hope it's not my mind playing tricks on me I'm going to try my hardest to wait until wed as I'm pretty sure that is my correct af date according to last month anyway xx

OP posts:
Confused38 · 27/05/2019 09:57

Hi mrssunshinexxx.
No I do not test until after my period is due. Last time I tested 1 week after period was due. It is due on Saturday ( if this is not it) so I had planned to test next Monday

Mondayblues7 · 27/05/2019 10:32

@mrssunshinexxx a guide to temping

1.) Buy a BBT digital thermometer, which measures to two decimal places
2.) Download the. fertility friend app
3.) Put thermometer by your bed and take temperature at the same time every morning before you get out of bed. I used to set my alarm for 6, stick thermometer straight in my mouth, wait for the beeps. Record it then get up. If you get up and use the loo first or have nookie it will effect the reading
4,) log on to FF the temperature , that will pin point for you when you ovulated based on the shift in temperature AFTER ovulation. I was lucky that mine always dipped the day of O so I figured out after the first month that when I get my dip it's the big day.

It then counts for you your dpo.

It didn't make me obsessive, the opposite in fact. If calmed me tremendously.

mrssunshinexxx · 27/05/2019 10:41

@Mondayblues7 thanks for that really helpful. Do you not think the apps are accurate for tracking o then?

I think I'm going to try again in June just using apps and if no luck I will try temping May be back with more questions if that's okay x
