June Bus

All aboard...kickstarting the June bus as trying to remain positive now AF has just arrived.

Going for number 3, but first with DP. Bit worried about my age and just coming off the pill but cycles seem pretty normal. Doing OPKs and night start temping.

AF/BFP due 6th June

Came off the pill in Feb and started tracking cycles but didn’t start TTC until April so just come to the end of my first cycle and was a bit gutted as loads of people I know got PG first month.

Used OPK last cycle and have just bought BBThermometer to start tracking temp. Though I think this month I’m going to take a relaxed view on it (she says! 😂) my fertile window (according to app) starts on my birthday and we’re on holiday from Wednesday until the following Friday so for my entire fertile window we’ll be away and DTD care free all week hopefully! So yeah I think I may give OPK and BBT a miss this month and just relax and DTD and have fun! Anyways, that’s me, sorry for babbling on!

The last 2 days I've had chronic lower back ache and been a right miserable and tetchy fecker 😬 glow has just told me I've got a positive OPK but I'm very sceptical as it's still light compared to the other line (was only a 2hr hold)

I'm using Ovia, P Tracker and have just downloaded Glow. This will be my first cycle using OPKs and I'm going to get a BBT thermometer. I have also ordered some preseed lube so going at this full force. Trying to be proactive and optimistic!

Well O day is here! I've been working nights since Sunday and I'm coming down with a cold and possibly Cystitis 🙃 not the best start to TTC 😩😅

However managed to DTD on the 12th and 10th so you never know might be some miracle sperm swimming around FX 🤞🏻

Do you use opks or an app? My period was a week early last month so I've no idea when O day is! X

@mumof1hants I've been using the Ovia and Flo apps. They say O day is 14th/15th but been reading up your better to try the few days before O rather than on the day or after so who knows!

This is our first month of trying after coming off the pill so not worrying too much, we were going to wait until June but we're too impatient 😂👏🏼

Peak solid smiley on my ClearBlue this morning which has put OV as tomorrow, just one day earlier than predicted. DTD for the past two days and will get on it tonight and tomorrow and then I guess it's onto the 2WW  This means AF she has moved to 30th May so technically I should be back on the May bus but I'm keeping one foot on both!!

CD15, positive OPK. I'm away on work tomorrow through to Friday night so I'm not sure this is our month to be honest, but have had a few BDs this week for good measure.

Hey @Frillyfarmer good to see you here. Sorry again for your loss. I guess all you can do is get in one last one before you go. My first pregnancy (mmc) I ovulated three days after the last bd on our honeymoon. We joked the turbulent flight home rocked the egg out. You never know!

I'm cd 6 and running through what I can do differently this time. I'm using connected clear blue Opks but won't start until cd 10. My ovulation can be sporadic. Last month day 36 so it may be a long road ahead. Hopefully not as I've also been known to O on cd 14.

Due to OV any day now I think - ovia doesn't have a clue what is going on so I'm working from previous months to see if we time everything right! Anyone got any recommendations for an app which can handle mcs when it's working out dates? Ovia just thinks I have occasional really long cycles.

@Navy123 you can report MCs to ovia and then I just logged my MC bleeding as a period this time. To be fair it has got my OV spot on after this MC, 15 days after MC bleeding started. I was told that FF was better at recording MC but I just can't cope with too many apps 😂

@Navy123 have you tried Glow? I only downloaded it yesterday but it seems a lot more intelligent than others. I just did a search and it seems you can log mc.

AF/BFP due: 18th June.

I have had one early miscarriage (cycle 3) and then an ectopic pregnancy (cycle 5). Fortunately it was caught early so still have both my tubes, so my chances shouldn't be affected. We had to wait 3 months after the ectopic to TTC again, which is finally over. Looking forward to getting back on the rollercoaster that is TTC. Though I'm worried about my cycles - for months it's been like clockwork, but this past cycle I ovulated a week late and my luteal phase was a couple of days longer as well, so I really hope my body isn't about to make that a habit.

I'm using BBT (with Natural Cycles) and the clearblue digital OPKs.

I'll have a read through the thread now - I see other people have also recently suffered losses - so sorry to everyone who's going through it. 🤞🏻 for February/March babies for us all!

I'm going to jump on the bus for sorne support after AF arrived today and got me pretty down.

I'm really struggling with knowing when to DTD. I usually ovulate around day 16 (I think) but last month was day 11 because I had a really short cycle. Today is CD12... we've already DTD 4 days in a row in case I ovulate early again. Quite frankly I'm exhausted! I feel like I need to keep going at least every other day though in case it's later. I've had no positive OPK's and this is my first month using them. Not really sure what to do or how to approach the coming months?!.....

...and to think I wanted to be relaxed about all this!! 😂 x

@Frillyfarmer how do I log it with ovia? I log positive tests then negative when I start bleeding but other than emailing me to say congratulations on my pregnancy 🙄 it doesn't seem to take it into account.

CD15 and OV day today according to Glow, had my peak on Clearblue yesterday and positive cheapy strips yesterday, did a strip first thing this morning and that was positive too. We've DTD CD11, 13, 14, and already today ha so I guess that's as good as can do and now on to the 2WW. Determined not to endlessly symptom spot or test too early.

Have been temping this month too so interested to see if that actually confirms ovulation, it should do tomorrow or Saturday if I take my temperature consistently!

How is everyone else?

I'm on CD 10! DTD on CD 7 and 9! Hopefully we will be able to keep it up the rest of the week! But it looks like my Trip to London might be cancelled! So I'll be with OH on predicted OV day!

CD13 for me, first month of OPK testing and currently all tests are negative although I can see a good line, it just isn't the same darkness as the test line. OV day is predicted as Saturday/Sunday. I'm hoping it's right as DTD will be a lot easier over the weekend!

I'm still trying to work out how not to pee all over my hand!!!

Body beginning to return to normal. I've been temping, which has shown that I have ovulated, but I'm waiting for my next cycle to TTC again.
AF hopefully returning next week (never thought I would hope for AF while on this journey!)

So comming to the end of FW now, was planning not to symptom spot but can feel myself wondering if we've caught on already 🤦🏼‍♀️😩🙄

Been invited on a day out to the races on the 25th so looks like I'll have to test early (end of TWW supposed to be 29th) to see I I'm allowed Pimms all day or not 😂👏🏼

I'm 32, TTC Number 1, cd2. This is my first real cycle after having to wait a while for cycles to get going after stopping the pill. Almost certainly the only time I'll be happy to see AF! Hope my cycles will be regular from now on. Not planning to start OPKs yet, just lots of DTD and fingers crossed!
