June Bus

All aboard...kickstarting the June bus as trying to remain positive now AF has just arrived.

This is me...

TTC: 3
Age: 39
Cycle: 2
CD: 1
AF/BFP due: 1st June

Going for number 3, but first with DP. Bit worried about my age and just coming off the pill but cycles seem pretty normal. Doing OPKs and night start temping.

@mumof1hants I just don’t get it I was the same last cycle I’m always 29/30 days and was 25 last month, 34 this month with only my 1.5 day bleed 😂 our bodies must be confused 😐

@Savvysaz mines probably wondering why it's getting some much action! 😂😂😂 im hoping it was just one random month because I'm on cd24 now with no Af (altho have had cramps last night). The 1.5 day period is very bizarre tho... I assume u did a test? X

I did at 12 dpo and it was very faint second line and then spotting when wiping started then my 1.5 day bleed and now nothing but with that amount of blood even with only 1.5 days I can’t be pregnant I’m pretty sure!

I was just thinking that! Never had so much sex I my life as I have since March 😂

Honestly I wish I knew where in my cycle I was. I know most people still ovulate on the mirena, so hopefully I was in that category, but without having any periods to judge it by it's really hard to tell. I could be CD8 going by when the withdrawal bleed was, but I could have ovulated at any time (or not at all).I just find myself actually hoping for AF so I can start tracking properly. I know I'm only cycle 1 but I have zero chill apparently

AF arrived this morning, 27 day cycle this time. I'm on holiday for predicted ovulation this time so who knows if we'll get a chance but I'm hoping. The early arrival of AF makes me think I ovulated earlier than online calculators told me, so I'm not surprised really as I thought we'd 'missed the boat' . Hopefully the wait will bring lots of BFPs on this thread and positivity will spread!

Well thanks to clearblue connected I know my peak was Saturday and Sunday so assuming Sunday as ovulation. I used the cb connected to establish if and what my cycle was doing. Was quite an eye opener to be honest. I have 15 sticks left so unsure if I'll use it again next month or sell it. So it seems I'm officially in the TWW. Worst part of the cycle haha.

For anyone unsure about their cycle I would definitely recommend the clearblue connected. Not cheap but well worth it. I got mine sealed off eBay for £25 as opposed to about £45 at boots.

@ohana6419 I like your comment about zero chill! That definitely sums me up too! I don't know how people can be relaxed ttc when you end up analysing every little thing! I have been off the pill since March but only 1 cycle so far. Hoping for another ovulation soon to get cycles back on track but no sign of it yet...

@mumof1hants I just checked it’s now totally negative as predicted. I kept the other tests do you can see line, faint line, no line on the tests. But that’s a good sign I think, so fingers crossed for this month 😊

@Loti92 yes first half of the month I'm quite optimistic... then as AF gets closer I start feeling negative... not sure about distraction. It's all I think about at the moment! X

@loti92 I actually count from after AF comes to find out when I’ll be 12 weeks, 16 weeks, 20 weeks etc if that month is the lucky month 🤪 not sane....

I could not have summarised that any better myself.
We are early on in the process, which I have learnt by reading through this forum. It’s still crushing when AF makes her appearance.

I am a big believer in what will be, will be. But it doesn’t make it easy to accept!

@Loti92 I am so sorry for your MC, I have everything crossed for you.

I would say probably 3-4months, I understand that is quite early on. I was naive and never realised it doesn’t ‘just happen’
Both me and my DH were naive about the process.
We have always discussed adoption but we would like to try for a baby first.
I never realised how much I wanted a baby until the last four AF have felt crushing when they have arrived.

@Loti92 I can relate to everything you have said. The obsession, the devastation and the need to be pregnant before your due date arrives. I mc in Feb and now its nearly June... I too had hoped for a speedier fall on but it's just not happening. I don't want to not be pregnant when my due day in August approaches either. I think I've literally just landed in the TWW and I just know it's going to be the same old torment. One minute believe we're in with a good chance but I'll quickly talk myself out of it then when af shows back to feeling devastated and depressed again. It's a shitty time... Good evening all. I can't stop peeing today. I had almost convinced myself it might be an early pregnancy sign, but I just looked at the calendar and realised I'm probably only about 4 dpo (I don't use OPKs or temping). Probably not, then! Funny how we all look for any little possible sign!

AF is due today and BFN of FRER so I think I'm out for now.

@Loti92 @mommato3 I can relate - I was also due early Sept (and Xmas day - two MCs this year 😩) and I'm so desperate to be pregnant before my first due date arrives.

@Loti92 @mommato3 @Savvysaz can completely relate! When AF arrives I put the next set of dates in the conception calculator to see when I would be due if I got pregnant the next cycle. Then a couple of days before AF is due I count myself as out and calculate the next due date. Oh dear!

@YouWhoNeverArrived I'm so sorry hun. 4dpo is mega early. You're not out til the witch arrives. The dreaded TWW and symptom checking is just the worst isn't it xx

@Loti92 It is crushing. At the time of my mc every single one of my closest friends were pregnant. Now they're all having their babies, there's only 1 left to be born and he's due in about 2 weeks. I'd have only had 3 months to the date left 😢
I think if people know then that's a little disrespectful to be honest 🤷‍♀️ Hugs xx

@Annie20019 I believe in that too but it definitely doesn't make it any easier at all. If af shows next month it will be my 4 af since mc too. We all need to have a little faith that somehow, sometime, it will happen. But that wait it destroying isn't it... I so get you there xx

@MeganMama28 I thought I was bad! I get depressed if OH doesn't reciprocate when o is due and when af arrives and usually spend the TWW symptom spotting although I do always check when I'd be due if it was to happen this month etc! We set ourselves up for a fall really don't we doing these things! We ought to learn to let nature do its thing but when it's something you want so badly it's so difficult.
I'm so happy this forum is available to rant on coz I can't tell all this to my OH. I know he'd listen but he'd also have something to say that I didn't want to hear! Even though generally speaking he's right!!

I’m going to try and take a more relaxed approach this cycle as I went completely over the top on the last one!

Does anyone else stalk these boards looking for answers that can literally only be found on a pregnancy test?
