All aboard...kickstarting the June bus as trying to remain positive now AF has just arrived.

CD: 1
AF/BFP due: 1st June

Going for number 3, but first with DP. Bit worried about my age and just coming off the pill but cycles seem pretty normal. Doing OPKs and night start temping.

Thanks everyone! Yeah I've done three tests in the last 20 days, all BFN. My temps are all low too, around 36.1. Just a waiting game I guess! Thanks for the well wishes, fingers crossed for you all too!

@savvysaz I’m finally just about over the fact of AF arriving and looking forward to Monday and trying..... here we go again !

This is our first cycle trying, I had my mirena removed 17th May and had a bleed a couple of days later lasting about 3 days. As I had no periods on mirena I was advised to count that as CD1 and work from there. So not entirely sure what will happen this cycle, just trying to DTD every couple of days and hope we get lucky

Hello everyone! CD 21 here. ovia and glow reckon I ovulated yesterday and we put in a great effort to DTD in this fertile week but i’m not so sure. first go at temping — ignoring the few days last week where i had a temp spike because of a stomach bug. it looks like i haven’t ov’d yet doesn’t it? any temping experts able to shed some light? it wouldn’t be unusual for me to ov late, my cycles can be anything from 31-38 days long 😪

please don’t laugh at my ‘great effort’ being 3/7, we’re normally a once a week kinda couple and we have a 2.5 year old, so that really is quite remarkable for us. poor DH can’t keep up 😆

Oh it will be interesting to see your replies @Yorkshiredolls I'm new to BBT also. I hit my fertile window a couple of day who's and my BBT has just been increasing but no change to the OPKs. Fingers crossed for you!

@Yorkshiredolls Are you taking your temp at the same time every day and after at least a 4 hour sleep? They seem very low for the second part of the month? They should be higher if you've ovulated so based on your chart I'd say that maybe you haven't yet. I had a dip like that just before I ovulated this cycle.

@tisonlymeagain yes they’re quite low aren’t they. they’re oral temps and I take them as soon as i wake up between 5:30 and 6:30. I woke up feeling quite hot this morning and thought oh maybe my temps gone up but apparently not. Sleep through usually. although this morning i did wake for a little bit at about 4:30 then went back off til 5:50 when DD decided it was morning 😨

I got my solid smiley yesterday. No dtd for me however. At this precise moment in time I think this whole wanting a baby is one sided right now so I'm gonna be off these boards for a while as I can't keep having my heart broken. I have to finalise my decision as to whether I'm going to carry in this route or have the coil refitted to take away this monthly heartbreak. I just wish he'd tell me if he doesn't want it rather than avoiding me when he knows I'm fertile and making me feel totally unwanted. Which is where I'm at right now

@tisonlymeagain sorry, me again if you have a dip just before you ovulate does that generally mean the day before?

@Yorkshiredolls I would take out the high temps that you know aren't accurate, so that glow can do the maths properly - once you've ovulated and it detects the rise, it'll give a coverline on your chart if it can. The temperature dip is usually day of ovulation (IME) so it's possible that glow has its guess right so far! The only thing you can do is wait to see what the temp does tomorrow.

Although, I disagree with FF - I had static smiley on my Clearblue OPK on the Wednesday as well as positive cheapy trips on Wednesday and Thursday afternoon, by Friday morning they had gone. I think I ovulated Thursday.

AF due on Tuesday. Trying to withhold the urge to POS as it seems a collosal waste given I'm pretty sure I got early doors and after OV. Almost certain I've not caught this time, just want to get AF over so I can crack on (and enjoy some wine for bank holiday Monday)

Another weird AF this month. 3 days light spotting then two days heavy bleeding now nothing. Very unusual! I had CD1 as Friday but maybe I should have put it at one of the days of spotting?

@Rosetinted47 totally with you on wanting to crack open the wine... it's the only small silver lining. I'm not feeling very positive this month either x

I'm (im)patiently waiting for ov. Due to happen on Wednesday according to app so no signs yet. Hope it happens on time! Have started DTD every other day so should be covered.
@mumof1hants I'm also feeling pretty negative this month. No good reason why, I just can't seem to imagine that bfp happening to me.

@Skyla01 sounds like youre prepared & ready. It's hard when ur doing everything u can then get a BFN. A month feels Iike an extremity. I've no good reason either... silly really. Guess we just don't want to get our hopes up. I think I have a few cramps today... could be the start of AF. Joy.

@Skyla01 I'm due to OV on Thursday. It's my first time BBT and OPK so hopefully I'll be able to see when it actually happens. No symptoms yet for me either. Fingers crossed for you!

Thanks. I can quite rationally see that even if you are doing everything right, it could easily take 6 months or longer with no particular reason why. So don't know why I feel so pessimistic! It seems most people swing one way or the other. Wish I could just "relax and let it happen" but no chance of yet. Jealous of anyone who manages to stay chilled out!

I have a few cramps as well today ... I only imagine AF will be arriving soon 😪

AF arrived this morning and I am gutted!
Trying to keep the faith though and hopeful for next month.

Well I'm shocked! We managed to dtd this morning. With the solid smiley yesterday I assume ovulation will be today or tomorrow??? Any advances on opinions? I dont temp as don't want to get obsessed so how would I know???
