Feeling pregnant but no bfp yet

Hi ladies,
I've been pregnant before and feeling similar symptoms but AF not due for a few more days. I have tested a few times with different tests, all came back negative. AF is due in 5 days so I tried a clearblue digital but came back negative. I know it might still be early or I might just be imagining my symptoms. Anyone have a similar experience? Did you end up being pregnant or not?

@Louise392 it is hard to believe when you get the bfp ☺️ So happy for you!!! First time around i tested for 4 days after my bfp 🤣
I can see a line too but it's just so incredibly faint Idk if a bfp is a possibility or not...

Wait another 2 days and see if it darkens. I see a faint line. Is the test dry? Sometimes darker if you photo 5 mins after doing it.

Only issue is that getting a faint line now and then a period in a few days gives the signal you've had a chemical pregnancy.

@NeurotrashWarrior i guess the only way I will really know is in a few days whether AF comes or not

That bottom one @mum637k looks like it has a pink line, i have everything crossed for you.

When did you say your af is due?

@Louise392 thanks☺️ I am mot 100% sure when AF is due but normally 28 days so that's this Sunday. But I ovulated around cd 14 and last time we got pregnant I ovulated at cd9 and got a clear faint positive 14-15 dpo. I am currently around 11-13 dpo. I had cramping today on and off and it was like light menstrual cramps but no bleeding yet. Very unusual for me but I wonder if my cycle has changed from after the mc. I'm so lost 🤷‍♀️

@mum637k so potentially you could get your BFP in the next couple of days then :)

I ovulated CD16 and I got my BFP CD30 at 12dpo - i am 31 days cycle

So you got a bfp 6 days after ovulation before so if thats true this time it would be cd20 to get a bfp/af
What cd are you on now?

Joining the thread as a total newbe to mums net. On cycle 2/3 (2 full cycles plus one iffy one which was the first one when I came off the mini pill).

Using BBT to predict ovulation along with LH strips (got the natural cycles app and it tells you when to LH test). Currently 12dpo. AF due yesterday/today but no sign yet.

Have had very faint stomach cramps since Tuesday this week so I've been expecting AF to arrive but so far no sign - cramps feel lighter than they did before my last 2 periods and it doesn't feel the same. I was doubled over in pain with the last 2 to the extent I bought a tens machine and considered sacking off this TTC lark and going straight back on the pill and getting a dog instead - the pain was excruciating reminding me why I was put on the pill by the GP in the first place. Persevering for now and using the tens machine when AF does make an appearance just to get through the first 3 days, it's tolerable after that.

Anyhow, my app says to test on Monday if still no sign. Only my second cycle of trying (I'm not counting the first one as that was the first time off the pill since 17 (now 34) so wanted to let my system work out what's what when not pumped full of contraceptive hormones. Boobs are in total agony too which isn't a symptom I normally suffer with when AF is due (this is based on 2 AFs so far, plus the one immediately off the pill so I'm aware that's not many to go off but sore boobs is a new one on me). Dunno whether I'm just wishful thinking or not though! Suppose I'll find out on Monday.

@Louise392 yes potentially could still get a bfp in the next few days since i ovulated 4-5 days later than last time. I got the bfp cd 24 last time and i am currently cd 26. This very confusing time is so hard because there are things that make me think I should be gettig a bfp but I'm not seeing on tests yet.I will certainly keep you updated 😆 how many dpo were you with your first test?

do you normally get any cramps, sore boobs etc before af that you have or havent got now?

I think you are onway for a BFP, those tests you did defo had a line and if you got a bfp cd24 before you should get one around cd28/29 so any day now :)

When are you going to test again?

I did loads of internet cheapies one steps and they all said BFN up until this morning, even yesterday when the frer said BFP so i got my first bfp yesterday at 12dpo.

@mum637k last cycle I over tested and unless they make the tests free I'm hanging back a bit now and waiting. It's killing me though especially as I have 2 more in the bathroom cabinet.

@Louise392 you know, I don't feel like AF is coming but I don't want to jinx it. I remember these cramps from first time around but last time they only started from the day AF was due. I do usually get sorebreasts but not since we conceived last time. So no sore boobs to go off of... I have never had cramps before AF bleeding. It always starts with spotting/light flow and then a few hours after that I get cramping. But the cramping progresses to REALLY terrible cramps and I need to take pain killers. Today's cramping is mild and on and off all day. Oh I am so hopeful one second and then the next I am so disappointed telling myself to expect AF, this emotional rollercoaster ride is crazy!🤣

Aww @mum637k I know what you mean, mine used to be awful before i went on the mini pill after DD was born, never had a single period for 6 years was ace but when you want a little one you have to put up with the pain again, luckily i only had 2 and now i am expecting.

I really have a good feeling about your BFP on the way :)

Yeah @mum637k it was amazing lol I will defo be going back onto it after this baba has arrived, this will be my last one too so no more periods.
I really do :) your af is only 2 days away its easily going to not arrive at all and it will be monday and you will have a bfp in hand :)

@mum637k I can defo see a line on both of them tests, i have just had another look and i dont have line eyes anymore :)

When do you think you can hold out til? Tomorrow morning? Sunday?

Oh I really hope it gets darker then!!!!😁Definitely till tomorrow morning at least. This one I just uploaded was from this afternoon so I imagine it can't change all that much by morning,can it? Or would I be wasting a test tomorrow morning and do I hold off longer?

They say it doubles every 2-3 days, that is why i am waiting for sunday as by then it will be 3 days and it should be so much darker.
If you can hold out til sunday too you would hopefully get a much better line? You can do it!!!! :) :)

Couldn't resist waiting til Monday. Did a test. 2 pink lines. Didn't believe it so did another. Didn't believe that one either so went to tesco and bought 2 clearblue tests. Just got my BFP. I feel something between excited and sh*tting myself now! Not a clue what to do next. Calm down for starters...
