Tww starting tomorrow. Ovulation today. Af due 24th. Someone join me and help me stay sane please.

Flashing smiley again this morning.
Noticed EWCM late last night so maybe the apps are right predicting ovulation tomorrow.

Have been DTD every other day - trying to reassure myself that even if I don't know when I ovulate, EOD plus a bit extra this weekend is enough BD-ing for a BFP.

How's everyone else doing this morning?

@GreyWolf it sounds like u have all bases covered! We did plan the smep but we didn't stick to it as well as we planned. Still on the flashing smiley too but I'm not due to ovulate until Wednesday-Friday by fertility friend x

@GreyWolf aww how exciting 😊 I’m on day 3 of blank circle, CD12 but I think I’ve been miscalculating my cycles and starting CD1 at the start of spotting not full flow, so wonder if I’m more like CD10?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Have you all been testing with FMU?

I never thought TTC would be this confusing @Bumpingalong84 - I thought it would be so obvious which day was CD1 and which day was ovulation!

It's so reassuring knowing that others are in the same boat.

I was using FMU for the CB tests, until the last few days - did an afternoon test on Weds and Thurs, then did a late morning test today. I got my flashing smiley with FMU the second day of using CB.

@GreyWolf tell me about it!! You’d think it would be simple! I fell pregnant fairly easily with my first and didn’t really pay much attention to much. Funny how I’m far more stressed about it second time round!

I might test tomorrow afternoon instead of morning. I stupidly tested again this evening and another blank circle! What a waste 🤦🏻‍♀️

That’s good @Bumpingalong84! It is confusing isn’t it. Feeling a bit down as don’t think again we have given ourselves the best chance of TTC. Thinking next month won’t tell me husband when the key days as think it is putting him off. Still in with a chance though so will keep hopeful. Guessing ovulation was yesterday so am officially in 2ww. Good luck girls! Bfp here we come

Hope you don’t mind me jumping in! I’m 7DPO and it’s my first month TTC so chances of me getting prego first time aren’t great but I am experiencing lots of gas, runny nose, super tired, mild abdo cramping, lower back pain, sooo hungry and hormonal. In the last 2 days I’ve had short burst of pains in my leg at night but I do not have sore boobs!!!!!! Help me :( I don’t know if I’m being super sensitive to everything I’m experiencing or I am actually pregnant

Hi @makemeamumma. The symptom spotting can be intense! Normally pregnancy symptoms aren’t until implantation (day 9 or so) but some people do report them earlier so hopefully they are a good sign!

Hi @becca3210, I did think it was very soon but I’m sure I don’t have these symptoms when I’m due AF but then again I don’t pay much attention!

Exactly. It is hard to know because you don't normally pay attention when not TTC. Last month I got heartburn a few times and achey hips... both of which are not normal for me so was hopeful but turned out wasn't anything. Very strange! This time going to try not to read into anything but almost impossible not to! :)

@becca3210 aw tell me about it. All the symptoms I’m like yes this is it then one minute I’m like no I’m defo not. I can take a first response 6 day early test tomorrow, would anyone recommend these or shall I wait?

@hopeful31 you do! It becomes obsessive. I’ve tried to stop researching but I can’t and I don’t want to be left disappointed!

They are the best tests to use as very sensitive. I don’t think worth testing before at least 9dpo personally - ideally 12dpo but see how long you are able to resist testing!

IC strips are gradually getting fainter (still quite high, but definitely not "peak") so I reckon I ovulated yesterday and am officially in the TWW, 1dpo

Hi ladies. So I was on a role with my flashing smileys. Went away Friday and came home today. Was with the girls so I didn't use my opks. I tested there becAuse I'm home and got a blank smiley. Do u think I missed ovulation? App says that it's Wednesday-Friday.

@hopeful31 was there a 48 hour break between testing? It's possible that the stick has just "reset" as it thinks you're now on your next cycle.

If that's the case and you were already on flashing smileys, you should get flashing smiley again tomorrow - assuming that you're still in the lead up, and assuming that ovulation won't happen until Weds - Fri.

I'm no expert, so this may not be the case. Fx you get a flashing smiley on your next test

I'm feeling quite happy, I think because I know that this cycle I've done all I can (well, after another round of BDing tonight, just for luck )

The hard bit now will be resisting POAS!
