Sorry @Delilah7, didn't mean to sound so negative 😂 I've got that previous diagnosis of unexplained primary infertility though, so really do need a plan/be optimistic but realistic 😏

@MrsC87 I work from home so it's just too easy to POAS!! I must have stared at the stark white test for a solid 5 minutes twisting and squinting.

I was so good at not testing the last two cycles I don't know what happened!

Sorry you also got a BFN. Got everything crossed for both our BFPs on Friday!

@Delilah7 no positive opk for me either and according to flo ovulation tomorrow. Sure I had ewcm last month and ovulation pains around 21st August but got first af after stopping bc on 29th. Been doing the Ic opk 3 times a day and nothing yet. Sigh!

I got the torch on my phone really checking for a line lol @Lougg
As they say we are not out until AF arrives so I am remaining positive!
Also super relaxed as I joined a yoga class tonight- was really good 🧘‍♀️

Didn't manage to seduce DH- he was barely snotty. I was very unsympathetic!

Got grumpy and gave him a biology lesson so he know about ovulation now. Also he seems to think he we do it when he has a cold there will be something wrong with the baby?? Oh dear.

@Delilah7 I am with you on the opk frustration! I am sure you will get your positive soon, mine could be a few weeks away though if last month is anything to go by. 🙄

I just jumped on DH! 🐎 He asked me if it was ovulation time and I told him no and he seemed happy that I initiated outside of fertile week which is good! (He even inputted it into the app!)
Now fertile week just needs to hurry the f up!

I am telling you all for accountabilities sake - I WILL go to the gym tomorrow!!! You have my permission to heckle me if I don't and cheer me if i do! 😂😂 🏃🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♂️🏊‍♀️

@Delilah7 it means I tried to get pregnant with the ex for 3 years and nothing happened - had every test under the sun and they couldn't find anything wrong with me. So they labelled me with infertility that they can't explain that isn't caused by any other disorders (that's the primary part). That was 5 years ago though, so god knows what my hormone levels are like now 🙄 As I say, trying to be optimistic but realistic at the same time... and have a plan 😉

Haha I hear you on the gym flapjackered I really should get back into running, just finding all the excuses not too at the moment which I know I shouldn't!

Well I'm just excited to be back in my own bed tonight! We've had a week and a bit on our sofa-bed waiting for carpet to be fitted! It's been fitted today and looks beautiful! More reason to jump on DH! 😂

CD 25 here in Spain...no period (always day 24/25) I know things may take a little bit of getting back to normal, but the urge to poas has just gone to another level! Sore boobies are still hanging around and my fingers have swollen so much I can't get my ring anywhere near off! Going to try and resist testing until we get home. So much positivity around from you all! Love it x

Hi all, I'm not a complete stranger as I was on one of the old threads and I've been keeping up to date with all of you and your journeys (I was the one that had a small mishap with the lube!). You are all so lovely and it's so refreshing to see! Congrats to all the positives and fingers crossed for everyone still trying.

I put another thread on the conception topic but I haven't had a reply. I was just wondering if anyone here knows or had a long luteal phase? I've been using opk this month and it turns out I have a 3 week luteal phase rather than 2! I have search the deepest depth of Google and can only find information around short luteal phases.

I'm wondering if it's anything to be worried about or should see the Dr or weather to just keep trying and see what happens.

I am afraid I can't help you on the luteal phase front, are you sure you're ovulating when you think you are? From what I have heard longer isn't as much a problem as shorter, but I am not an expert sorry. I am sure someone else on here will know their stuff on it.

@Delilah7 Seeing as you're pretty regular you probably only need to do them for one cycle. Hang on in there babe!
I have been making a super geeky opk stick chart thing with my temps and symptoms. It is so over obsessive it's funny but I have no shame and love it! 😂

@FlapJackered I'm just getting stressed out hun, I've had a few weird pains last night but that's it. This cycle seems to go on forever especially waiting for ovulation 😞 no hope I'll fall pregnant this month xx

@Delilah7 do I have to tell you to be positive shit head?! 😜 I think you're going through exactly what I went through when I started using the OPK's too early, lovely. Even though your logical brain says "I'm not due to ovulate for another 3 days" the BFN's are still BFN's and really, really bring you down 😕 Chin up chuck 🙂 I'm sure your OPK BFP is only a few days away 🤞

@Delilah7, you'd best warn your DP that he'd better be thinking sexy thoughts for the next few days because you're going to leap on him at any given moment 😂 He needs to be ready or woe betide him when you get that BFP OPK!

@BambiOnIce80 he is having no choice in the matter when I get the positive OPK 😂 I'll put my sexy outfits on and just seduce him. He knows that something will be up if I do that. Haven't done that since the new year 😂😂😂
