@Delilah7, between the OPK's going in the right direction and your ov pains I think you know you're ovulating withinin the next 24 hours, right?! Remember the LH surge happens 24 to 36 hours before ovulation, so with your ov pains I'd just get on it for the next 3 days if I were you (better to cover all your bases 😉). It's your DP's lucky weekend 😄

@Crossfitgirl apparently keto is good for progesterone levels and luteal phase, so might at least stay low carb. Sweets are my downfall too. And take away.

Negative FRER this morning at 10 dpo, and spotting, so I think I'm out.

Still not convinced enough to have wine, though! CD1 will be my wine day, and then on to my health plan!

@BambiOnIce80 help me I don't know how this all works! 😂😂 my vagina will not like me for trying to do three days in a row haha. Shall I put that as a positive ovulation stick on today on flo app??

@delilah7 I wouldn’t log it just yet. Would wait and test again later, I think you’ll get a much darker positive later. I think that’s just slightly negative, a bit like my one at 2pm yesterday then my positive at 4pm. I’m so excited for you!!!!

Like @sunshine1987 says, if it's darker later then log it as positive then. If it isn't and it's lighter (because the surge can come and go really quickly), then I'd still log it as positive on the assumption that you've just missed the peak of your surge. Either way, I'd get DTD today and Monday as a minimum lovely and cover your bases (I hear you on the lack of vagina cooperation for overuse 😂).

Remember we've seen loads of lovely ladies on here that have never seen a 'true positive' OPK who are now preggers. So get DingTD and covering those bases! You are in fertile week!x

My husband came back drunk last night so no Baby dancing for us, he’s out for the count this morning. Kind of missed the window now this month which is annoying. I feel so angry at him which is bad I know & I shouldn’t. I’m worrying myself that I’m taking the fun away from it all

@lougg soak it in vanish if you have some. I find it works a treat. Or soak it for a little bit in normal bio and give it a bit of a scrub before you wash it.
@validuser I have a book on low carbs, haven't read it yet but keep meaning to, it's called something like "Why we get fat" I am gonna try cut down on bread and pasta at least anyway.
Meh I hate the spottingness, it's like AF just teasing you isn't it?

@GDOG35 don't go so hard on yourself hun. It's normal to feel annoyed at them. I worry about taking the fun out of it but if my OH can still get it up and do the deed then he obviously finds it fun 😂 keep strong hun xx

@Crossfitgirl yeah I was thinking that. I logged it on flo as @BambiOnIce80 suggested just to see anyways where it would put my actual ovulation and it said tomorrow. Defo twinging in my tummy and back so it's coming xx

@RanchoRelaxo hi darling! Well no 😂 I normally get pains around 13th and EWCM that day and maybe 14th so it's a few days out. I've never done an OPK so who knows whether I was ever right before 😂😂

My fave number is 3 so hoping it's my cycle. Does anyone use pre seed or conceive plus, I've heard it mentioned before?

Also how often to people dtd? Every day? Every other? I attempted smep last month but missed ovulation day. So wondering do I give it another go this month or try just every other day? x
