Anyone just starting the tww?

Hi all!
Either 1dpo or on ovulation day here! Been trying smep this month but hoping for a few lovely ladies to go through the tww with!
Age: 26
Ttc: #1
Cycle #2

@Ask1984 I'd definitely say do one with FMU and see! (Assuming that one wasn't FMU if you were tipsy) 🙈
Should give a stronger result if it is a BFP!

I agree with @TheMagicTorch - if you do one first thing tomorrow - it should hopefully show up stronger with FMU and an extra couple of days 🤞🏻

I am 3DPO and my insane symptom spotting is well and truly underway 🙈

I've officially started symptom spotting! Had a slight cramp this morning for a while and convinced myself this must obviously be implantation pains 🤦🏼‍♀️ will be 12 dpo on Saturday. Is this too early to test?

@donna474 it’s definitely better to wait if you are able to - I never am 🙈 I’d say 12DPO is ok - especially if you’re using an FRER - but it does depend if you’d want to know if you had a chemical pregnancy too

Hey ladies so I did a clear blue one this morning and it was negative, no line at all :( maybe the first response one was just a evap line. I'm really sad, oh well back to the grind 😞
How is everyone else getting along?

@Ask1984 oh no sorry about that. The only thing I would say is I have heard that the blue dye clear blue are less sensitive than the FRER pink dye ones. But I don't want to get your hopes up lovely, it's still pretty early so don't count yourself out yet x

Oh are they! I really hope so, I literally just ordered some more first response tests! Testing early is such a downward spiral...last night I'm was dreaming of getting a positive result 🙈

Morning, so I took another first response test this morning and it was a bfn.
Period is not due for another 4 days but think I'm out for the month.
Sad that I got a positive and then a negative...maybe it was a chemical pregnancy 😞 I didn't think I would be this disappointed, feel the need for Netflix, pj's and chocolate and definitely don't feel like going to work today 🙁

@Ask1984 Ah no I'm so sorry to hear that. I had a chemical two cycles ago and it was really tough.
Can you have the day off? If not, just look forward to getting home and putting your PJs on and chilling with Netflix. Take care, thinking of you x

@Ask1984 sorry to hear that, I don't know how I'd cope with having a positive then a negative. I'm 9dpo today and am fairly certain I'm not going to get a BFP when I do test. I've heard a lot of people saying that they just 'felt pregnant' before getting a BFP and all I feel is normal but with swollen glands and a headache. Doing my best not to symptom spot but it's so easily done, a headache isn't even a sign of pregnancy!!

@donna474 I really wish I hadn't tested...I'm a sucker for self torture apparently. I'm about 10dpo I think, so 4 more days till AF is due to rear her ugly head...let's see what happens but not optimistic.
You are definitely still in the game...I would hang in there, stay positive! Lots and lots of baby dust from me to you 😊

@donna474 I don't want to get your hopes up unnecessarily but this was the cycle I had hardly any symptoms - I didn't 'feel' pregnant, the only symptoms I had were a stuffy nose (which I didn't realise was a symptom) and a spotty face

Anyway 🤞🏻🤞🏻 when are you planning on testing?

Can I join? I think I'm about 2 DPO but OPK's never work for me so can't be sure! I've also been trying smep this month.

@TheMagicTorch I'm actually sat here with a stuffy nose so who knows, maybe this could be my month! I was thinking of just holding out until AF due but I know I'll just spend the time leading up to it symptom spotting like a mad woman, I'll test on Saturday so I'll be 12dpo then, if BFN then I'll just wait for AF. Who would have guessed baby making would be such an obsessive sport!!

Keeping everything crossed for you @donna474 (I’ve seen headaches come up as a symptom of pregnancy in a couple of places).
I’m struggling with the two week wait this cycle - it’s all I can think about!

Today is the day I am due to test but I am holding out until period comes. I don't have any symptoms nor 'feel' pregnant so I'm going to try to hold out a few more days until AF either arrives or doesn't. How's everyone else going?

@donna474 - I don’t feel pregnant either. I’ve been symptom spotting here and there - but all things that could easily be explained by just normal day to day changes. I’m 8DPO today so a bit early to know but I’m not feeling hopeful.
@wimsywon - I’m sure the last 8 days has lasted 8 weeks 🙈 I ovulated quite late this month too which just makes the cycle feel even longer! Fingers crossed for you too 🤞🏻

Thanks LucyC10...i even put a small mouth ulcer down to being a post ov symptom! I may go nuts by the 20th waiting for symptoms lol fx for us all

@LucyC10 I'm 13dpo today and have been full of cold so think I'm more focussed on feeling rubbish than symptom spotting. Kind of just want AF to come so I can focus on next cycle!

Poor you @donna474 - make sure you get totally spoilt and looked after today. It can’t be fun to be ill on top of the tww. I hope you feel better soon! X

AF has knocked on my door today, 6 days until fertile window opens for round 8!
