I have 11 days before af is due - we only dtd on cd6 and I have a 29 day cycle so I am not holding out much hope, but still symptom spotting if anyone wants to join me in the craziness of ttc !

Apparently if you’re too far along or it’s multiples there is too much hcg and the tests can’t cope. Who knew

Ah the hook effect, I thought I had that in January but it turned out that my body was just being a twat

Ah I'd heard of the hook affect but didn't realise it can mean that it would surge that early!

YAY go @craftymum01! I just started using the monitor this cycle. Did you get your BFN with the monitor too? Are you testing with other tests? So exciting!!

Thank you yes bfn was on the monitor too. I could have sworn I saw a faint line on the stick but they always say don’t pay any attention to the lines. Something was niggling me though so retook this morning

@tvhearts it’s the Clearblue fertility monitor. It’s for ov mainly but can also test pregnancy. Thanks everyone, baby dust to all xx

A tad impatient now! Can you test yet? I think the very earliest I can is Saturday as AF due on 12th or 13th x

I’m due the 13th-ish so I’ve got absolutely nothing going on. Distracting myself by getting things done at home!

Quick one, so I've had what I thought was AF I came on brown stuff Friday started to go abit more red and heavier yesterday and today it's gone brown and looks like it's going away. Am I right in saying it's pointless doing a test? I'm normally heavy all 5 days and technically I've been on for only 3! X

Af due here in 3 days so won’t test until day after then if she doesn’t come! I don’t test before (no matter how much I want to) as I can’t deal with the disappointment!
