I can't work out how to reply on the app... can anyone help?

Basically came on here to have people to talk to as well! It's my first time TTC. Cycle changed from 5 weeks to 4 weeks last month randomly and so not entirely sure how many DPO I am! If 4 weeks (and signs seemed to suggest it is) then AF is due today or tomorrow. If I have gone back to usual then it's next week!

Trying to resist testing...

2WW is so weird. I swear I have spent my whole life being scared of getting pregnant and now DH and I have FINALLY decided to go for it you realise it's a minefield!! I'm looking for symptoms all over the place but also all of them seem to be similar to if AF is round the corner so no idea...

I've had a few events this month so trying to get away with not drinking has been fun...

@Wowthisisreal i had the exact same thing last mnth i had a 33day cycle when i normally have a 42day cycle. I tend to just drink unless im in the tww ive been ttc on n off for2 yrs now couldnt go that long without a drink lol no chance of being pregnant before u ovulate neway..do u temp and/or use opks?

@thisisouryrfx18 not sure what OPK's are? But no.. I've been using an app since I had my implant out 18 months ago so using that and also keeping an eye out for other natural signs such as CM which seemed to correlate with 28 days...

I meant drinking in the TWW 😊 but it could be a 3WW - that's the thing!

Not sure when to test? My head is saying hold out but just want to know!!

@Wowthisisreal i know the waiting is torture im trying to hold off to test on sun! Aaggh feels so far away opks are ovulation predictor kits i really would recommend using them. I know ur just starting out and u could be lucky and get pregnant really quickly, but ive just started using them and i do feel as if ive increased my odds cause ive had loads of sex at my fertile time. Fx for u neway x

@thisisouryrfx18 ahhhh honestly so far the app has been scarily accurate with ovulation - I've found it so fascinating how MN works! - but I will look into using them for the future 😊

@Wowthisisreal i know the things u find out when ttc are quite interesting lol idve still rather just got pregnant tho lol what app do u use? I use fertility friend just started using it this cycle and its free thats always a bonus!

@Prembabymum how prem was your baby? My first was 6 weeks prem! Wouldn't know it to look at him though!

Urgh it's such a mine field I think we may be missed our chance this month even though we dtd when I was ovulating. I think we should of dtd a few more times.

@cookielove he was 10 weeks early. Doing great now too! Did you ever get a reason? They don't know for me, which does make baby number 2 a scary prospect tbh! Had awful hg throughout too so feels like a crazy move to risk all that again :( how are you feeling about it?

I'm 8dpo today and stupidly took a test, couldn't resist, it was just an internet strip so obviously bfn. Is there still hope?

Hg is often called sevear morning sickness but its a lot worse; vomiting blood, puking 8/9 times a day, constant neausea and months off work; its blooming miserable!

@Prembabymum i had no official reason given but I was unable to urinate and it was discovered he was crushing my bladder so it could have been a cause ShockShock

Luckily I had only nausea with my pregnancy! Hg is awful!!

Well, I'm now 8dpo and I have managed to not buy a test so far. Sending lots of moral support to the others who are trying not to test too early - you can do this!

Hi Ladies, I'm either 13 or 8 DPO and AF is is either due to come today or 23rd. When would you test?

My cycles are always usually 32 - 34 days but last month it was 28 days! I had EGCM from day 10 - 18 and cramps on around day 18. Do we think this means I'm on a 28 or 34 day cycle?

As an added element I am doing a weight loss programme and this week I lost weight which would NEVER happen if I was due on - since I have been doing it I always either STS or gain in the week AF is due.

I had a dream last night AF arrived so woke up this morning expecting it to have happened but nada. Woke up and needed to pee but really tried to hold it in while I talked myself into / out of / into taking a test (my mum always said you take them in the morning?). I didn't take it.

Cd39 BFN! Oh well, it's getting to the point that I don't think I'm pregnant now. No symptoms apart from fatigue and bloatedness. But that could be that af is gonna show. Good luck to you all 😊 if I do get a BFP by some miracle lol I'll post it up xx

Definitely thought I felt ovulation last night and me and DP considered DTD again and then decided we'd done enough and we'd just have a chilled tv night! But then later we both got the urge so a few more swimmers en route after all Blush I'm glad it was because we wanted to and not because we felt we should. I'm sure those days will come so I'm happy there's no pressure on it just yet.

Now I'm trying to figure out about testing. So from reading the boards it seems implantation is about 6dpo and early, but not too early, to test is about 10-12dpo. Is that right? I have a works thing on the 25th when I'll only be 9dpo. If I don't drink at that they will be very suspicious and I don't want to have a conversation about it. But if I test and it's negative it could still be too early anyway? So would it be safe just to have a few?
