You are still really early Lovely! Are you sure when you ovulated? And implantation doesn't always happen till around 10-12dpo if it's on the late side. They do say every pregnancy is different so FX PassTheAfterEights

@PasstheAfterEights Same boat! It's so rubbish getting a BfuckingN, especially when you've had a positive at the same point in another cycle. It's still early days, let's keep fingers crossed 😊

clairehr totally agree there. I'll be 7dpo tomorrow and that's when I got a BFP last time round. The urge to test is ridiculous

The three minute wait is such a rollercoaster. I go from "omg I can't actually have a baby though" to "didn't want to give birth anyway" to "we will adopt" to "at least I can have a drink at my bro's birthday, do bloody love wine" to "how hard is nine months though" to "I'd surely manage to deliver a baby one way or another" to "fucking fucking fucking white fucking screen of doom we managed this once already and there's no doubt tadpole and oeuf are meeting each month so what the fuck is wrong with you both, get your shit together and start dividing, how hard is it" [flings test to the side and returns to bury head under pillow occasionally savages DH for good measure]

Morning ladies! What is everyone doing this Friday 13th? The food bank has just turned me away with a bag of chocolate because they have no use for Easter eggs! Plus it's raining! Plus I have a child saying why constantly and a DH in a mystery bad mood! I might go back to bed till tomorrow 😆

PassTheAfterEights that's too funny... I also regularly mock myself for even wanting to have a baby as I always said 'nah, not me, labour is horrible' etc etc. Then I started working with small children and the broodiness got too strong!

I've been really open about ttc and kinda regret it because my mum asks me 'are you pregnant yet?' every time she sees me.

starwishing just eat it yourself haha! Rain is horrible this morning. I had an early morning meeting at work so treated myself to a proper fancy breakfast beforehand haha, I feel as though I need it on such a crap looking day! Plus its Friday (usually get a Maccy's brekkie on Fridays anyway!)

EnglishIrishRose yeah I made that mistake too... Dad and my sisters are the worst for it, especially as my sister had no issue conceiving #2 (11 months between her kids). Then on the other hand my mum and MiL are bothering having a go at us for considering another baby already (DS is coming up 11 months so not that crazy I don't think!)

Hi, I'm new here but have been ttc for approx 4 months but with long cycles (37-40days) so feels like forever. This month I missed tracking ovulation somehow. Had a break from temping and doing opks and started 5 days before fertile window. I suspected symptoms earlier like cm but thought nothing of them until after. No sign on opks and I did them for a week. I've had possible symptoms since but find they are so similar to af symptoms.

I'm so confused and I'm kicking myself for not testing all month as I don't know if I ovulated or not. I had a temp shift between cd 17-19 (early for me) so suspected ovulation then looking back. But this would make me a minimum of 15 dpo and I got a bfn this morning!

Any advice would be much appreciated as it's driving me mad!

@TwittleBee I can't have chocolate ttc. It has dairy and sugar and caffeine and they're all a hard no! My mum bought them for my dc yesterday when we went to see her despite me saying no to any sweets for him because we don't like sweets in the house. He gets books or toys or clothes for Easter/birthday/Christmas/treats.

starwishing oh no bless you! That is tough to resist, especially as it was rejected from the foodbank too! Any homeless people on your way back you could give them to?

I'm giving them to another mum nearby who is going to melt them down for cakes in the NCT bake sale 😆

Really trying hard not to get excited now... only 6dpo....today I have got my sciatic pain back (suffered badly with this throughout pregnancy/birth with DS) and just threw up at work (been feeling nauseous all morning...) but generally feel okay apart from tiredness

I'm due AF on the 20th, second month of trying, no kids currently. Feel a bit fed up this month and like I definitely won't be.

The clear blue study is awesome! Free advanced monitor and six months of test sticks! Love it! The diary and food monitor is hard work sometimes because it means no cheating 😆

vickywood3 yay well done! and enjoy it, hopefully you wont be in the control group! I had no luck, think it was because I stated how I have PCOS (appears no one with PCOS is getting on so guess they want straight forward people)

@starwishing are you testing a different product ? i'm testing the new clear blue connected which doesn't have a food diary
