I've join poas Friday today and it's a bfn. Af due next Friday, the 13! Last Friday 13th was when I started bleeding with the miscarriage. Let's hope this Friday is a better day.

Aw @cakelaur I’m sorry. With the spotting at 7dpo I thought this would be it, but thankfully you have a gorgeous puppy to look after next week!! You’ll be busy! 🐶

@cakelaur - so sorry for your bfn. I had mid cycle spotting last month and unfortunately I think it was just my cycles being all funky after the MC.

I think I’ve realised that this isn’t something that I can control. No amount of additional effort will help guarantee a BFP. I’m trying to take control of other things in life and trying to just relax....haha- yeah right!

I read a quote yesterday - never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish. The time will pass anyway.

Seemed to make sense to me and I guess I’ve accepted that this will be a long process!

Ridiculously AF started yesterday for me yet I still did a test this morning, just in case it was some kind of crazy pregnancy bleeding. Bfn obviously, because I'm on AF! Aaaarrgghh, I need to get a grip!

I was at the park earlier with my toddler and was getting so sad watching him play on his own. We should have had another little one joining the family in 3 months time, someone else for him to play with. I'm really worried it'll never happen for us and he'll be in his own with just boring mummy to play with him

I'm feeling really hot today so 😉😉😉

@laney79 Thanks for checking on me! I started bleeding heavily with clots last night so decided to hang off the hospital and medical management today. It's continued so hopefully I'm getting there. The risk is that it will just drag on, of course... How are you doing?

@ek78 sounds odd to say but I'm pleased your body is helping you out without the hospital lot, fingers crossed its nearly over. As for me-sadly all bleeding has stopped now. Nada. I'm drinking buckets of this raspberry leaf tea which is foul, I've taken the dog out twice, done the shopping, lifted heavy sewing machine and been on all fours priming and undercoating a wooden bookcase (twice). So I'm really fed up, and starting to panic my body is going to hang on and on. I'm nearly 12 weeks now (scan was meant to be Monday coming) so bean stopped growing seven weeks ago. Surely my body will realise soon?

Going to try and switch my brain off tonight with the help of a certain mr Jack Daniels. Nothing else is helping today xxx

I'm sorry- that's really hard. I know the feeling too, I just want my little one to have a sibling....we just have to be positive and hope it will happen soon.

@Laney79 Eugh sorry it is dragging- it's really a difficult time. I asked my doctor if I should go trampolining to kickstart the MC but he just looked at me as if I was mad...
In the end i found meditation helped me (even though I've never done much before) and just kind of speaking to my womb/body and telling it to let go- and imagining the womb cleansing itself. Not sure if it worked but within 2 days after that I did start bleeding naturally. (This was a few weeks after the foetus had died)

@Cakelaur I'm so sorry about bfn but yay for puppy!

So my update I'm basically exactly a month from when my last miscarriage started and even though I have been bleeding/spotting up until a week ago I think AF is here. So I'm kind of happy because that means the cycles are cycling! Which is a positive thing.
I saw my Chinese doctor again today
She told me my hormones are still all over the place and again warned me to not get pregnant for at least 3 more cycles.
I definitely agree with her- my body needs a break. I have basically been pregnant and or miscarrying since August- 3 back to back MCs must have caused havoc with my everything!

So I am still lurking on this page

I am just going to hold off until at least July I think - and wait until my hormones are regulated and my Xi is balanced!
Until then- I've decided im going to get fully back into my yoga and I've told my boss I am working from home 3 days a week.
He has been very understanding and told me his crazy story:
Him and his wife couldn't conceive for 10 years! They did IVF 9 times in 9 different countries - they tried everything but kept failing. In the end after 10 years their marriage was on the brink so he said enough is enough. They decided to adopt. The day their adoption papers were supposed to be signed they found out they were pregnant! Naturally! With no help nothing! Then 3 later got pregnant again! Naturally! Then they tried for a 3rd for 3 years but it just wouldn't happen for them.
Anyway
Just thought I'd share that- because no matter how long it takes- just trust that when it's supposed to happen it will!

Hello all just updating myself with all the news after a week off. Sorry to see the BFNs and those of you going through miscarriage at the moment. Keeping my fingers crossed for all you symptom spotters as well!

@cakelaur so sorry to hear about your BFN, you tried absolutely everything you could this month. I guess even when we do all we can things aren't guaranteed in this game. Still you must be gutted and I'm sad for you too, hope you're ok. Hoping to see lots of puppy photos next week!

An update for me, just off holiday and been DTD as much as possible, hoping those holiday vibes can work their magic . Ovulated later than expected I think, normally I'm around day 14 but I think it was CD16 this time. Was beginning to think it would be a anovulatory month because my temps were so stable but they went from 36.03 to 36.70 today, so I think I'm officially DPO1!

Hi ladies, I have been lurking but I don’t post very often, mainly because I’m not ttc at the mo as we’ve been staying with my parents for a month.
Just dtd for the first time since my mc 6 weeks ago and I’ve been bleeding and having cramps since. Anyone experience anything similar? I’m on cd14

@rdm10 it could be that you are ovulating! Or it could just be some blood leftover from miscarriage? When did you stop bleeding from the miscarriage? X

@beck1988 I stopped bleeding after 2 weeks then had af 2 weeks after that. Fingers crossed it’s ovulation although never bled or had cramps outside of af before.

@rdm10 I never had it b4 mc but last 2 cycles I've had a bit of blood around ovulation so keeping 🤞For it to be a good sign! X

Hi ladies. Thanks for all the support, I'm all good here. Having a glass of wine, awaiting af! Finished a manic week at work. Getting ready for puppy. And then I have 3 weeks off work and a trip of a lifetime (was booked as babymoon) to Mauritius where I'll be spending my next TWW!! Haha.
Hope everyone else is ok. It's probably been the most chilled out month I've ever had. Onto 2019 babies!!!

So I just got home from the airport and of course decided the first thing I should do at 11:30pm is an opk as I ran out of them on holiday so was having withdrawals. It came up massively positive in about 3 seconds! I don't think I've ever had such a positive one. So pretty sure I'm not 7dpo as l was hoping and I haven't bloody ovulated at all! It's gona be a long cycle 😭😭

@bobo I've had some really late ovulation since I starting tracking. For the first few months, I thought I ovulated around cd14 as my cycle length was 28 days. However it wasn't until the third cycle I realised I wasn't ovulating until cd 23 so was completely missing it. That month we conceived. Since my MC it's steadied out to be about cd21 but was cd27 one month. So you never know.

@Boboelephant Maybe Holidays mess with your ov too!! DTD and see what your temp does. I'm could be your temp was up because of the heat.

@Daffodils86 congrats on the opk. It's a tough choice whether to jump back on the wagon or wait a bit. What did you decide in the end?

@dulwichdays love that quote. And I'm sorta In the same mind set. I did EVERYTHING this month, and it didn't happen. So now I'm just going to try and relax and I'm only going to temp up until my temp shift to confirm ov and I'm going to focus on me and my health and get fit for summer and play with my puppy, and hope that one day I get to hold my baby in my arms.

@zarala hopefully your body will have a nice rest for when you try again. Thanks for sharing that story. I have a friend who did ivf 4 cycles after 6 years of trying (they had one baby already) they implanted 3 eggs in the 5th cycle of ivf. All three caught, then sadly lost two of the babies had their miracle child. Then three months after he was born found out they were pregnant naturally!! So now they have a 10yr old, a 2 year old and a 1yr old.

Looks like lots of you have been away and DTD and are now in your two week wait. Next Friday is gonna be an awesome poas Friday!!

@Beck1988 I never had random bleeding after the mc, but I did have a lot of cramping for weeks after. I did however have spotting at 7 dpo this cycle.

@boboelephant my acupuncturist actually said to me to not be surprised if my cycles are a bit longer the first few months of doing acupuncture...no idea why, I really should have asked. So it could be a combo of everything. Will be interesting to see your temps in a few days. Oh and get BDing!!

@peachesarenom 😂 never thought about it like that! I try to bulk buy them in boots, they usually have them 3 for 2. So more like pee on a fiver 😂
@zarala I think it’s a good idea to give your body a rest after all you’ve been through. Not only physically but for you mentally to have some time to yourself. July will come quicker than you think!
