@Littlemisssugarplum88 I'm not sure! Mine is just red streaked ewcm when I wipe but this is only the second time in my life I've ever had it. I think it can vary a lot from woman to woman but from what I've read, if it goes on for a few days & isn't just spotting then to go and speak to someone

According to my ap in 4dpo we dtd this morning just in case I have an long cycle but my cm seems to match my app so feel like we’ve done all we can do this month. I’m sure l cave and test before the 2nd when I’m due.

Morning folks. I'm in the tww now but not hopeful as I don't think our timing was great this month - life getting in the way as it does. So already looking ahead and thinking about using opks next month. Where/what brand have you all bought?

Am super broody after meeting my brand new niece yesterday so really want to maximise our chances next month!

@piglet81 I just use cheap ones from amazon. They work fine and I can have super long cycles so I can use one every day for like three weeks without worrying about the money.

@NoseringGirl how're you finding the Ava bracelet?

I have used Clearblue this month bought a 20 pack on amazon for about £15. I found the supermarket ones difficult to get a certain result and I’m regular so it was frustrating to feel a little blind. But the cheaper ones I think measure LH only whereas Clearblue measures eostrogen rise too so very easy to see fertility window. I’m 5dpo now and timed it before and during Ov. With previous two chemical pregnancies I seemed to get pregnant the closer I was to OV rather than the times we did it in advance.

Thanks piglet my bbt dropped this morning so im feeling abit fragile emotionally.. af date looming in 2 days. I did another frer (bottom is todays) and it still looks good but i cant shake the anxiety 🙈

@HoneyCake86 test looks good. I've heard it can be helpful to stop temping after a bfp as it can be a little all over the place and cause unnecessary stress.

@HoneyCake86 that looks much stronger today! I've seen some pregnancy bbt charts with temp drops after a bfp so fx for you. Xxx

You are definitely heading for a BFP honeycake - congratulations! Looks like hcg is rising nicely.. perhaps pre book a docs appointment for after af due, it will give you something to focus on x

@Littlemisssugarplum88 I have pcos and random spotting isn't unusual for me. I put it down to the hormone imbalance. I was on metformin when TTC DS2 and fell pregnant within a couple of months after trying for well over a year before that. Hope it works as well for you!

@felicityheather it's not arrived yet. Will let you know how it goes when it gets here. I'm very excited about it!

@HoneyCake86 that test definitely looks darker. I remember worrying about my BBT dropping with my last BFP. It was all fine though and my friend banned me from continuing to take my temp!

Ahh that's interesting @NoseringGirl. I've never actually had any signs of pcos, it was only picked up on a blood test. The metformin has some horrible side effects though doesn't it, I'm feeling exhausted and dizzy all the time.

Congrats @HoneyCake86. You have quite a dark line considering af isn't due yet xx

@Littlemisssugarplum88 yes the side effects are pretty grim but ease off eventually! Taking it with food helps.

@Littlemisssugarplum88 I stopped taking it after DS2 was born and we're only just starting TTC#3. I'm going to see how it goes and if we're not having any luck will ask for it again.

Hi! Hopping on having got my copper coil removed on Saturday. GP said it was ok to start trying straight away as the coil removal shouldn't affect my cycles. I'm not sure how long it takes your body to get rid of the all copper ions or whatever after you have it taken out though so it might well not be possible this cycle.

DH wants to spend a few months doing the whole not preventing but not actively trying thing but I think I'll end up caving and buying some OPKs next cycle. This month I'm going to try and keep track of CM and just make sure we are having lots of sex. I'm sure DH will come round to my way of thinking once I've exhausted him!

Joining the Feb Bus even though I'll probably be trying to keep my distance from MN until (fx) I ovulate as I've just had another anovulatory cycle and am finding it quite difficult!

Just got my pos opk cd13 so now I have to convince DH to dtd... we've done it the past two nights but he goes away v early tomorrow morning until Thursday morning for work so tonight would be our best shot this cycle 🤞🏼 time to dig out the sexy undies...

OPK was positive this afternoon, thankfully DP was home before me this afternoon and already half undressed in the bedroom when I found him 😂
Now for 2ww (and more bd tomorrow hopefully!)
