Trying to get my head around all this period/ovulation maths I had negative opk weds night but dtd anyway, then did another test yesterday morning and got a smiley face but didn't get to dtd until evening, so assuming the swimmers survive for a few days we won't have missed our chance this month right?! Tia

I use Cycle app and plan DTD around that. Had a few unusual cramps
a week before AF last cycle so planning to go for it all month this time in case I ovulate later than predicted.

Had what I think was a chemical last year and then stopped trying for a few reasons. Back in the game now!

AF due 9th of feb and according to my app I ovulate in Wednesday.

Sorry to hear about your chemical pregnancy 😢 that sucks. You’re ahead of me in that you know when you ovulate... did you use a test?

Hi! No test....just been tracking with an app. It’s just an estimate so dtd tonight, tomorrow night then every other night after. I’m a woman with a plan!

I have ov tests and might start using them if I remember. Are you using tests?

@penny31 I sent DH to the shop for the clearblie wones; they’ve got 21 in a pack so you basically wait until the end of your pd, then start peeing on them every day. Awesome. He came back with some Sainsbury’s own brand ones that have 7 in a box... so idk like you’re meant to guess your fertile week and then start peeing on them so you can nail down the fertile day(s). Bloody useless! If I knew my fertile week, I’d not have bothered buying them! So no. They’re firmly in the cupboard, I’ll probally give it until after my period and then start using them? But I’m trying not to think about it too much... what I’d like to happen is to just get a bfp without having to track it. But I already have 1DC in the bank so to speak ;)

Just entering the TWW after a fairly well-timed but solitary attempt this month. DH has been ill at the worst time! Pretty sure I O'd on Thursday night after DTD 24hrs prior (I get horrible ovulation pain which peaks at what I presume is the point the egg bursts forth).

I already have a nearly 3yo DS so I was surprised how disappointed (irrationally!) I was when I got BFN last month, up until we started TTC I had been putting it off. DS was a cycle 2 baby.

Haven't been following any plan so far, so probs wasn't trying at the right time (last ovulation cycle was over Xmas) so I am definitely on the February bus!!

@Hopehope20 TTC can be lonely, cause you try and not become this obsessive monster around DH! Nice to talk with like minded TTCvers 😂

Is there any test which does not need FMU? I have a line but it's faint and want to re test, struggling to wait until tomorrow!

@HoneyCake86 getting on with it thanks hun! Cd 12, lots of ewcm but negative opk's so far. DH is away for work Tuesday-Thursday so praying that I get a pos opk today & I don't ov while he's away 😭 how're you getting on?! X

Morning ladies! Lovely so see some more newbies this morning.

Well I'm about 7dpo I think as got my positive opk last Saturday so the test I took this week was a deffo evap as couldn't have implanted already.

A few drinks last night turned into a lot of drinks so currently nursing a hangover and as I haven't drink since Xmas I think that's why I'm feeling it. But also feeling a bit guilty in case I am preggers. May test Tuesday x have a great day everyone x

@sophherts big fx for you, i often wonder how you are. That pre-ovulation wait is incredibly boring imo lol im ok thanks. I got a faint bfp yesterday at 10dpo, it seems barely visible with fmu though so im really a bag of nerves after the mc last month. Everytime i get cramps my heart is in my mouth 🤮

Just started, we decided to try for just one very small baby.

I'm on my period at the moment, hoping for a bfp in the middle of February.

@HoneyCake86 eeeek that's def a bfp! Everything crossed for a sticky bean this month for you 🤞🏼 the pre-o wait is the worst I think, it's so difficult to juggle dtd with DH's crazy work hours and not get stressed about it and stress him out too. X
