I got a BFP today!!!! I'm pregnant!!! Yay! 3 weeks today! So happy cycle 2. Good luck to all you ladies! Me and both my pregnant friends conceived the night we had curries and wine 😂😂 so get on it!!! BD for u all!

Ahh @bearlove congratulations to you!! That’s brilliant news. I’ve just entered my fertile week so curry and wine it is haha!

It's not a good day over here... a good friend has just said she's pg with #2 and another friend has asked me to be with her while she has an abortion. All I want is to be pg!!!

@puppyl0ve lol trying grapefruit juice here too but just making it watery not had much ewcm yet despite having a poss opk. I hope I actually ovulate.

Just explained to dp the process of positive opks and primed him for dtd again tonight haha! Had some mild right ovary pain and left ovary pain so who knows!?

I'm so impatient. AF finished yesterday and I am holding off on the OPKs. DP leaves on Wednesday for his on call week so fingers crossed when he comes back on the 23rd it's soon enough.

Is anyone else feeling a bit disheartened? I spent Saturday with a heavily pg friend who is lovely but complained a lot. I didn't say anything as I know she's uncomfortable and totally allowed to say so, but inside was I like "but you get a baby, be happy!!!"

@sophherts oh god that sucks. Are you going to go with her? You must be a very good friend for her to feel like she can ask you.

@owlpatrol haha I'm giving my DH biology lessons as well! He honestly just assumed I would be pregnant after the first time we DTD. I wish! He's not as excited about DTD every other day/every day as I imagined he would be so I hope we manage to properly do SPEM right to the end.

My CM is the same as yours. I wonder if the grapefruit juice is actually just making it more watery and lose its eggyness. I should peak on Fri/Sat so hopefully things improve by then.

@caoraich I know what you mean about feeling disheartened. It comes and goes for me as I really do believe in being positive but TTC is testing me and we're only on cycle 2. A friend of mine announced she's pg last week and she wasn't even trying

I watched The Great Sperm Race on YouTube over the weekend. Has anyone else seen it? It's a bit cheesy but it does make you realise why we only have a 20% chance of conception each month. Here's the link if anyone's interested

@puppyl0ve not sure, think I might go the next day to be with her. I had a mc in September so I think it might just be a little bit close to home. I do think she's making the right decision though for her situation

I know I've just had a serious talk with dp I'm really worried I got sort of ewcm Thursday and we dtd but then missed till Sunday for poss opk now this afternoon negative so I guess at least we dtd when we were supposed to. I've said I'm booking drs app next month as I'll be 30 and I just need to know now what's happening. I Thought I was clued up but sometimes I get so confused when we are and aren't needing to dtd. However fx and trying to stay positive and want to dtd tonight. 14 months has taken a toll on me mentally now

Have been temping using Natural Cycles since having my implant out in Oct. Wasn't TTC last month but did end up dtd 2 days before ov, sadly a BFN but think it's been a good thing as got our heads to a more "ready" place.

After lots of lurking on here I have learned about SMEP & passed on knowledge to DH. He is unsurprisingly extremely on board so we're going to try that.

I'm 37, cycle 6, have been using Flo for 6 months, OPKs for first time this month and 6 dpo so keeping fingers crossed! With my first it took one cycle (but I was 28) so finding this frustrating! Good luck all and fx for you and for me! X

Hey All, Just tentatively joining. Recognise a few names from previous busses! Last AF was on 3rd Jan but my cycle is irregular and determined to keep me guessing so I don’t think I’ve ovulated yet this month. Anyway, I’m determined not to get carried away with peeing on sticks this month so no ovulation sticks for me! We’re just having lots of sex instead (which is actually quite exhausting) So, I might not be on here too often as I’m trying to keep my head above water, enjoy life and not get too obsessed with TTC. Hahaha. I totally will though won’t I?!

@LookingAtTheStars89. I’m just about to head into fertile week. So gearing up to get back on it....although I’m exhausted even thinking about it! Lol 🙂 How’s you getting on? Xx

@bubblybrit. AF is due on Saturday. My cm has been weird - I'd been having watery type for one or two days but then yesterday it was quite stretchy ewcm, I panicked and dragged dh upstairs lol. It was probably nothing but you can never be sure can you!

This cycle seems to have really dragged. It sucks having longer cycles. I know what you mean about fertile week lol - the thought if having to dtd like a bizillion times again in about two and a half weeks time is like :-/

Cycle- no idea! Last mini pill was on 10th Dec 2017. No sign of AF now and it's going on 6 weeks.
Tested last week in case I may have ovulated before AF...BFN!

Hi ladies.. feeling really down this evening. My period is about to come (have had spotting) but won’t materialise. It’s the second month it’s been like this. I def O’d both months as temp shift and +opks. Bfns all round as the cherry on top. I’m struggling to stay motivated now entering cycle 6.. why is it not happening?

AF just showed up 3 days late which was kind of her. Going to temp and opk properly this month to try and get some sort of an understanding of why why body isn't cooperating. Baby dust to all.

@FruitandNutty aww hun I know what you mean I'm so stressed with work that ttc is just getting me down. I'd love to find a better job but I need to get pregnamt more its so hard

Well ive come out with a masdive break out this week it's probably stress...see above or hormones. I'm probably 1 or 2 dpo so can't be anything significant! Just so stressed

Grapefruit Juice Update/TMI Warning!!

So I’ve been drinking grapefruit juice for a week today and I can 100% confirm that it’s working! I’ve never had anywhere near as much EWCM. I’ve still got 3 days until ovulation (I think) so I hope it stays this way. I’m gobsmacked!

@LookingAtTheStars89. Yep I caved and started using OPKs this morning! Sticking with clearblue for now as still have some left from last month.

Yeah I know what you mean. Any positive sign and you start to think that you must dtd as this will be the one that gets you that BFP! Lol 🙂

My DH has a viral chest ingestion but still persuaded him to dtd last night even although no flashing or static smiley! Kinda don’t want to rely solely on them or just dtd in a mechanical precision timing way!
