78th day of no period....

As the title suggests, I haven't had a period since the 18th October. I came off cerazette at the start of June and have had irregular cycles since but this is by far the longest.

DH and I are TTC and I last took a pregnancy test at the start of December so I'm fairly confident I'm not pregnant (we were both sick after that and didn't have any inclination to DTD).

We finally DTD on 26th and 27th December and yesterday I had really sore breasts and some cramps and EWCM in the morning for the first time in a long time, but we only managed to DTD late last night. Im mildly cramping this morning and have watery CM. These long cycles are so confusing! Is there a chance we might've caught ovulation this month? How long should I wait before testing?

Can I ask if you have still been taking Agnus Castus? Did you have any cramps etc or signs that you thought it was on it’s way?

@Tinker315b My boobs ached for a week before, I was light headed yesterday, my backs been achey and yesterday I had milky white cm. Today I knew something was coming. The lower part of my belly (under bellybutton) felt quite tight and tender. And cramps all day.
And yes, taken agnus castus throughout, just stopped soya isoflavones as apparently you're not meant to take them continuously, whoops!

Haha thanks girls. I think DH feels a bit like a spare part. First period since we've been together as was always on the pill. I told him my fanny is out of order for a few days and he said he'd have to find a new wife. Lolz.

First one might be light Riley. Your lining etc is only just gearing up again.

Or it might just be taking it’s time to get going. I wouldn’t worry about it.

Yeah, hopefully. I've just put a pantliner on this morning so maybe it'll get heavier today? There were some tiny tiny clots in the shower this morning but they were like the size of a grain of salt.
I know this is a daft question but does this class as my withdrawl bleed as it's my first one?

Yeah i always started off af with one light day, then the next few were much heavier. I'm really not sure tbh... Surely can't be withdrawal that much later?

I don’t think it’s withdrawal this late in the day as the hormones would be well out of your system by now.

No I would say its definitely not withdrawal and this is your first cycle!
Just this first one may be lighter until your body fully sorts itself out, don't worry about it Smile xx

Don't worry Riley my AF after 3 months was pretty light too, I was expecting heavier but it doesn't always work like that.

BFN for me this morning at 11dpo, quite disappointed Sad. Normally though I would get sore and heavy boobs for a few days before AF and I have absolutely nothing yet. Hope that doesn't mean I'm in another loooonnnnng pointless cycle!

Aw noo Spades, Don't get disheartened, test again in a weeks time if still no AF! xx

Today I have really strong cramps low down and definitely feels like something is happening... I hope!

@SpadesOfGlory I'd wait until 14dpo as your more likely to get a positive result. I'm on 6dpo!

@LifeOfRiley63 this is definitely your period and not a withdrawal bleed. My first day of AF was light and then heavier for the next few days. Don't worry

Ladies..... I have just had to run to the bathroom. AF is here Smile I could literally jump up and down! 46 days it took for me after stopping cerzaette!

Had a GP appt today what with it being 81 days since my last period (cycle before was 52 days!). Had a fab doctor, I’m booked in for an internal scan at the hospital next weekend, blood test on Monday, and once I finally do bleed she wants day 2-5 bloods and a day 21 blood. I hate needles but am so pleased she’s agreed to investigate!

Yes @PickettBowtruckles Just right and I think its half the battle when someone is with you on it and will help you! Hopefully your scan is all clear but I also hope you get answers x

I know thank god! I had great delight inputting it into Ovia and see something other than loads of question marks! I just hope it continues and scared now incase I jinx myself and was only a few drops of blood. But the cramps are quite intense and feel the same way I always had them pre pill xx
