Anyone due to test around 18th Aug?

Just out the other side of a weekend of sex finally get a break now. Think I'm 2/3dpo and will be due to test around 18th August.

My stats

Age -29
Cycle - 1 after mc 3 weeks ago (decided to not wait to try again )
Ttc - #2 (ds 19mo)

I did an IC this morning and not even a slight hint of a line! Not holding much hope.

Spotting has stopped for now so i live in hope...

I'm due AF on 19th. I took a pregnancy test on Sunday and again this morning. Both were negative. I don't know why I bothered this morning as feel I've got pre AF symptoms. It's weird I feel disappointed as it was only our first month of trying. I think it's just because we DTD most days since 22nd July and my ovulation was predicted as 3rd August. I really got my hopes up. I've just gone on the period diary app where I logged all the info and days we DTD and it's wiped most of the notes and dates logged, literally only shows two days that we DTD in July which really annoys me as I thought at least I could use it as a trial month and hopefully work out information from it

@Ashbeckk I'm going to wait a couple more days I think and just hope for the best.

Have some more lovely sensations around my boobs though, accompanied by bright veins that were there last month, and one that wasn't there when pregnant so I feel extra 'this is weird' with a dash of 'don't I feel pretty' I'm sure it's just getting back to normal but I'm fairly confident they simmered away a ton recently.

Only just found this thread so I'm very late to the party.

My stats

Age -33
Cycle - 1 (got the go head from the consultant ar the start of the month due to problems in last pregnancy that may return)
Ttc - #2 (ds 33mo)

AF due 22nd/23rd.
No symptoms of such but a few twinges this morning that could be anything. Not holding out much hope as I think we misssd the window (not using OPKs) and no EWCM spotted despite checking religiously

AF is due tomorrow, which will be about 11dpo I think. I got a positive OPK on the afternoon of CD16. I went crazy poas earlier in the week so have run out and can't test which is probably a good thing.

@Ashbeckk Think AF due Sunday or Monday, though I ov 2 days later than normal, so not sure if that will make AF 2 days later!

Done a test this morning and was a disappointing negative... AF not due till between Friday and Sunday so not out yet but not holding out much hope. Just don't feel it

eek so it is BFP! Got hold of a first response this morning, but not an early one but still a clear positive. 11 dpo and can't actually believe it. Only our second cycle post mmc at 12 weeks in May. Excited but overwhelmingly apprehensive too. Fingers crossed for all of you still hopeful this month x

Chook if ovulation was 2 days late then af will also be 2 days late as I read somewhere that the luteal phase doesn't change.

Congratulations @northernlass81 you give me hope, I had MMC at 10weeks in May. Unfortunately cycle 3 for me wasn't successful but will be trying again, onto cycle 4 and hoping for a BFP around 9th September

I want to hold out until Saturday to test, but all the BFPs rolling in are making me twitchy!!

@Ashbeckk yeh, I'd read that somewhere too. Good to know so I don't get my hopes up thinking I'm late when I'm not. X

I got loads of ICs though so I don't mind pissing on them
But am not spending another tenner on a frer until I have missed af!

I'm doing the same this month! Spent a fortune last two months but just got a pack of 12 IC in post. I went to pee really quick this morning to avoid temptation too early!!

I'm getting twitchy too chooklass. I'm off work today and it's taking everything in me not to run to shops or use an expired test I found in a drawer

LOL I was the same in feb starting testing too early and wasted a fortune I could have bought myself a small island with!

2nd for me. I have a ds who just turned 18 months. I had a mc in march and took a break and first cycle of trying again. Only dtd on positive opk day so not holding much hope. I will go all out next month!!

@Ashbeckk, I might crack by tomorrow morning. I remember testing really early with DS and agonising over faint lines. The test expired in October 15 so I know I'll be wasting my time, so I'm going to wait until AF is missed before buying another.

Starting to feel really crap and 'heavy' like AF is on its way. Doesn't help that I'm royally PO with DH right now.
