Anyone due to test around 18th Aug?

Just out the other side of a weekend of sex finally get a break now. Think I'm 2/3dpo and will be due to test around 18th August.

My stats

Age -29
Cycle - 1 after mc 3 weeks ago (decided to not wait to try again )
Ttc - #2 (ds 19mo)

Anyone want to join me you'd be more than welcome!

I had u/s in teens because of crazy periods and technician said all fine on the day, so I never chased it up. Months later my Doc mentioned the cysts! (which had all disappeared 6 months later). So it's good you are also chatting to gynae! X

Sitting on bus with awful cramps wishing AF would hurry up.

Before i took seven seas i took lidl folic acid ones but they gave me heart burn 🙈 not having much luck with them. I think im gonna try some boots ones next. Xxx

I just take some cheap folic acid from the supermarket. It's all the same.

@Chooklass I think it's reassuring. Tbh I don't really know what they do/don't show up but I guess nothing bad is good! I'll make sure I follow up with the gynae if I don't hear from her though. Boo to your af cramps!

My AF was due on Saturday but not arrived yet. Previously took a couple of negative tests so not going to bother and feel I have usual period symptoms. I was very late last month I think due to stress so wonder if my body is trying to sort itself out again. However I have also started taking pregnacare since 22July so having seen others posts guess if could be due to that

It's so rubbish that everyone's cycles seem to be playing up this month! I'm still waiting, but have had AF cramps for days! Couldn't resist and did another test this morning but still BFN. I'm usually like clockwork. Huff!

It really is strange and I'm sorry for everyone. But it also a reassuring when you aren't the only one!

Hi Everyone, I'm still here waiting for AF which should have arrived yesterday or today like clockwork. I started taking Pregnacare on 24th July so I'm blaming that. I've had a few cramps but nothing for the past few days. I just wish it would hurry up and turn up so I know where I stand. I've resurrected my old Persona machine so hopefully that can help next cycle/on the next thread.

Same here @UppityStitch! AF has felt so imminent I've been wearing pads last two days!! So fed up.

What is a persona machine?

Oh, and I just finished my box of pregnacare and got Boots own version so will see how that goes. Might just switch to plain folic + vit D after that.

A Persona machine is exactly the same as the Clear Blue Fertility Monitor same machine, different packaging but is programmed the opposite way to work as contraception. I used it for contraception at first but then I found out it can be used as a fertility monitor if you use it in reverse (have sex when it tell you not to). I used it to conceive DS and it worked first time. The sticks you wee on are pretty much OPKs I guess.

Hi guys.. hoping to jump on for September testing.. just beginning my 2ww as I have ovulated early this month. I haven't been using opks this past few months as I get very distinctive pain for approx 12 hours on whichever side I Ov from. Got this on Monday which would have been cycle day 11/12. Will b due to test around 6th September.. stats below if anyone is interested..

Age 30
Ttc #2 (#3 for dp)
Conceived naturally after 15 months trying first time around..
Dd is now 3

AF arrived in the night! Usual mix of disappointment and relief. CD1 ttc cycle 4 here we go! Due to ov 3rd Sept.

@Chooklass that's rubbish but it's good you're into a fresh cycle now. I know what you mean about disappointment and relief. Hopefully this thread is as lucky in Sept as it has been in August.

AF finally finished so now to start DTD when possible. Due to ov 30th/31st.

@Opensesame1 can you describe the pain/location of the pain when you ovulate? I've been trying to determine if I can feel it but not certain! I'm due to ovulate on Monday 28th, or in the following few days.

Still waiting for AF damn you Pregnacare! As much as I want it to turn up, I'd be happy if would do one until after the bank holiday. Might do one more pointless pregnancy test as I'm heading into cycle day 31 which is unheard of for me.

Still no AF, will be week late on Saturday. Took a test a 3rd test still negative

@Uppity and @Ladybird - hope you either get AFs or BFPs soon to put you out of your angst! X

@grumpy it's like a very tight pinch that is constantly there all day for me.. like a painful nip that is more pronounced when I stretch or move suddenly! It is only ever on one side each month and always lined up with my opks so I have stopped using them purely because the pain is so distinctive!

So after 3 BFP's just over a week ago I've had bleeding and cramps just like a period since yesterday afternoon. Would be 4 weeks and 3 days today if everything is still ok.

So worried now x
