Anyone due to test around 18th Aug?

Just out the other side of a weekend of sex finally get a break now. Think I'm 2/3dpo and will be due to test around 18th August.

My stats

Age -29
Cycle - 1 after mc 3 weeks ago (decided to not wait to try again )
Ttc - #2 (ds 19mo)

Anyone want to join me you'd be more than welcome!

Thank you @Sydbound27 and @Unicornsandrainbows1. I think I'm in denial because I've not really had any symptoms and thought I was testing too early anyway so it I completely threw me!

Worried it could be a false positive for whatever reason, will test again tomorrow morning and then maybe it will sink in.

Can't wait to tell my husband for his birthday on Thursday, now I've just got to keep my mouth shut until then 🙊

Nicolle woohoo! Greta positive. Just got a white as white BFN this morn so I think yesterday's test was definitely showing an evap. 10dpo today so feel it should be showing by now or could it still be too early?

@nothernlass it could still be too early. In May I tested 10dpo and got a negative, then 12dpo was a positive

Can i join in late to the party? Congratulations to the BFPs so far, great that the OP has one as well it's been lovely reading through everyone's posts so far. Polly85 I'm sorry to read you're out, as previous poster said as AF is so early could it be implantation bleed? I'm on my second cycle since coming of the pill so still have no clue as to cycle length, but AF due 19th.

@unicorns you're giving me hope! I got my BFP with my DD on CD12 and if I know myself I'm pretty sure I was testing for the days leading up to that (I'm a POAS-aholic). Thanks for the reminder!

So probably a bit tmi but I went for a pee just now and generally my cm has been pretty watery, except atm it looked pretty thick... I'm so confused and only 9dpo. Save me

@unicorns I'll obviously blame you if af comes now! I also have thick/watery white cm. Not chunky (bleugh) or completely transparent and definitely not going away. It's a good sign I think as I'm usually dry or sticky before af

Well usually I kind of dry out so to see that was a bit of a surprise. Even if it is just the once.

I am pretty sure am out as I did a frer this morning and was whiter than snow. Not even a hint of a line

AF due either on 18 or 19 so not holding out much hope now.

Ovia says I can test in 4 days and on day 23 of cycle.
I got big smiley on day 14. So does that make me 9dpo.
When should I test?
Itching to POAS now but it's middle of the day. Not much point??

I had to get up in the night to pee (v unusual for me!) so I'm clinging to hope.

@MeMyselfAndZ I think ovulation should be day after the smiley face, then start counting the day after that as 1dpo (please someone correct me if I'm wrong!), so if your smiley was day 14, 1dpo would be day 16? What day are you on now? I don't think it's an exact science, annoyingly!! (If only) xx

@MeMyself Hrmmm I would start testing at 10dpo but I'm an obsessive POAS-er so maybe others should jump in! Welcome to the group.

@Syd I'm 12/13dpo and currently cleaning the oven to try to distract myself from wanting to test! I am determined that the one test I have will be my bfp one so trying to wait until Friday.

Hi @Chooklass. REally. That's annoying. I'm on cd 23 now so that would put me at only 7dpo.
And we only dtd in run up to ov. Not after. (Only that night).
I only have one tube following ectopic 1 year ago and I think this was a Good Tube month. Iykwim !!

Hi everyone sorry to gatecrash! Congrats on all those BFPs! I'm due on 18th (Friday) and roughly 11/12 DPO, however I've just tested and stark white BFN - any hope for me?? been trying ttc +1 year and had 2 MCs.

Ofc there's hope! You're still in the run up and it all depends on the implant date if you've conceived so there's always a chance that you're just a day or so out :)

@MeMyselfAndZ don't take my word for it though, my knowledge is just from internet 'research'! It does say on my opk that I should ovulate 12-36 hours after smiley face though - but smiley face indicates best time to DTD, so you may have timed it perfectly! Sorry to hear of your ectopic, that must have been awful. My friend had that last year and got a BFP 2 or 3 months later, so definitely possible - fingers crossed for you. X

Well, I have absolutely zero will power and just got this on an afternoon POAS. 10dpo today. The line looks thicker in real life. Does it look hopeful? Will test again on a fmu tomorrow.

@Chooklass me too! The only thing keeping me from testing is a can't take seeing another bfn. I'd rather just get af.

@northernlass81 I can see something! Maybe try a frer tomorrow as they're usually clearer?
