Anyone due to test around 18th Aug?

Just out the other side of a weekend of sex Grin finally get a break now. Think I'm 2/3dpo and will be due to test around 18th August.

My stats

Age -29
Cycle - 1 after mc 3 weeks ago (decided to not wait to try again Blush )
Ttc - #2 (ds 19mo)

Anyone want to join me you'd be more than welcome!

Syd im using ovia too but my app updated a few days ago and theres now a section for notes. Its still not great though so i might give it one more cycle then try a different one. I also think that sounds like IB syd. Whitey creamy cm is a good sign too is it not? I really hope you get your bfp.

I think im out for this cycle. Cd25 and ive had pink spotting. Also checked cervix and theres blood there and cant find cm so it defo must be af. Ah well heres to next cycle 😊

@Ashbeckk I'm due tomorrow. My pre af spotting has stopped but I'm not going to read into it as it did that last month too (previously it's always just got heavier and turned into af).

I feel totally normal (8/9 dpo) so not hopeful for this month (I just feel like I would feel 'different' somehow?). Going to test on Saturday. X

So, it's creamy CM a good sign then? I wanted to ask before as I had been feeling a bit moist but thought it was a bit TMI

@Chooklass I expect to feel totally different when I do finally get my bfp but in reality I think a lot of ladies don't feel any different at that point. I'm going away for the weekend and now thinking if af doesn't turn up tomorrow that I'll wait until I'm back on Sunday.

@UppityStitch I don't think anything is tmi on these boards! I don't have the answer though.....

@Chooklass same as you I don't feel any different, kind of expect to after everyone seems to have had symptoms before BFP. Roll on Saturday!

@Ashbeckk oh that's not too far away then sadly. I'll be thinking of you in October. I think the Christmas/New Years period will be a bit emotionally rough on me. Mine would've been due in January and my auntie had her LO a couple of weeks ago so cue the family swarm over that not that I'm bitterly jealous over it right now or anything

How many days until AF for you, I can't quite remember? I'm hoping it happens for you soon! Smile

@Wonderful, yeah I've been feeling pretty weird to be honest - bigger and twingey boobs and tired, and with this spotting I'm just not sure what to make of it all. I think I just had my hopes a bit too high this month.

@thereafter30 I think that sort of CM is a good sign (?!) so not out of the race yet...

I caved and used one of my frer's just now, as I got my bfp at 12dpo last time (I'm 12 dpo today I think), and was a bfn! What am i DOING! Argh. Spotting has stopped now and don't feel af coming yet so I think my cycle might just be playing silly buggers.

I think in terms of symptoms, last time I just had sore boobs. I didn't get nausea until i was 12 weeks so otherwise felt normal.

@SydBound27 Ahhh the bfn is annoying but hang in there! It's good to know you didn't really have any symptoms until 12 weeks aside from the sore boobs. I'm so annoyed that mine have been less sore today, I totally feel out now and I wanted to cling onto the dream for another day. Sigh.

I caved and bought a test at lunchtime Confused. How long between 'wees' is a decent enough time to get a result?

@UppityStitch I'd say at least 2hours? Only because my opks say to hold it that long... Also depends on the test - Is it a sensitive one like a frer?

Fingers crossed @Uppity! If it's an expensive one I'd wait for morning to be sure of better result (speaking as someone who spent a small fortune last month ... ). But I know how tough it is waiting so a couple of hours and don't drink anything will probably do the trick Smile

It's a bargain basement one. Saw it on my way to the till at Wilko and it ended up in my basket. Looks like it's 20 U/ml. Didn't want to spend a fortune when I'm only 8/9 dpo

Spotting is back and heavier so pretty much 100% sure I'm out. Totally gutted. I have a u/s next week to get the ball rolling on why this is taking so long but I had secretly hoped I'd get a bfp and would be cancelling!

Aw @Betsy that's rubbish. Hope the u/s sheds some light. I got bloods taken this month because of my spotting, should get results tomorrow. It's all so frustrating.

Thanks guys! @Chooklass fx for your results - let me know how you get on. My gynae refuses to do bloods as she is convinced progesterone isn't the problem. Everything I've read suggests that it could be but I can't really tell her that google is more qualified than her......

Guys I'm tentatively counting myself back in, because what I thought was AF has actually just been 3/4 days of spotting that is hardly there any more. I was 5 days early, so I'm a bit suspicious of what the hell my body thinks it's doing. Did a boots own FRER this am and got a bfn at 10/11 dpo. Envy

@Polly oddly enough as of now my 'period seems to be so light and not actually red, more a weird tingey orange colour what even is that?

Saying that it might pick up to something more normal as cramp pain is still about.

@Polly Maybe I've misread myself but I better not go backwards because I can't deal with any false hope right now. I just need it to hurry up!

I've had shooting pains in my boobs (which happened before) and veins have appeared around the area but who knows. I'll put it down to my body being a fucker and just adjusting to normality again. It just has a really crappy way of doing it Angry

I know what you mean about going backwards though Unicorn, I've accepted af is coming now so hoping she hurries up so I can move on.
