For all those counting themselves out, try and stay positive. Egg can take 6-12 days to implant - and every egg is different so just because you may have had bfps earlier in the past you might not this time!

No AF yet, lots of cramps earlier and I felt really wet as if I'd come on but it was just cm. Weird!

A question that may contain TMI.

I'm 4dpo and have he itchiest lady bits going. What's going on? Coincidence? A sign I'm out? A symptom suggesting I'm in with a shot? Unrelated? Help!

unglamorous 🤔 hmm... new washing powder? Thursh? New shower gel?
Not sure it's related because at 4dpo if your pg the egg wouldn't have implanted yet xx

No new shower gel, no new soap powder etc, nothing. It could be thrush but I very rarely suffer with that. Was totally clutching at straws that it could be in some way linked. Thanks for the response. Ttc makes me crazy. AF due next Wednesday 😱 x

@UnglamorousMum it could be a coincidence as 4dpo is very early for symptoms. I had this a few weeks ago and turned out to be thrush. It was horrible but doesn't affect chances of conceiving.

Thanks @Emz01 I was worrying it would affect my chances if nothing else to be honest. Also, clutching at straws of course!!

@UnglamorousMum I feared the same thing but nothing to worry about with TTC.

I'm 9dpo today and still have sore nipples, breasts are a little tender every now and then. Also having weird stringy school glue like cm (sorry if tmi)! Trying not to test until day af due which is Sat but doubt I will be able to resist!

unglamourous, I suffer with thrush a lot and have worked out that I nearly always get it after ovulation, then AF tends to sort it out.
I had it a lot when I was pregnant. But I also get it a lot when not so wouldn't say it's a sign I'm afraid!

emz01 the cm was an early sign with both of my pregnancies. Fx for you.
unglamourous I reckon all the TTC might have given you a bought of thrush! Hate thrush. Won't have affected your chances though so you're still in the game!
boatrace I like your positivity. I'm going to stick with that and if this isn't my lucky month then it's not meant to be.

@boatrace30 that's very true.
With my first 2 pregnancies I was around a week late before I tested, 1 test came up immediately as bold as it gets and the other was much fainter. With my third and most recent I tested 4 days before AF was due and got a strong BFP.

It's hard not to compare, but we really shouldn't!

missdolly - I definitely reckon all the TTC makes thrush likely! We did it so flipping much this month!

I don't know why because it's completely unreasonable but I just have a gut feeling that it's not happening for me this month. Not for any real reason. It's just a silly feeling that I want to turn off but can't

AF got me this morning on cycle day 29. At least i didn't have to wait around and saved myself a frer that I can use next month.

Bfn here for me at 11 DPO Anyone used home bargain tests before they say 25mui (or whatever it's called!) are these rubbish? Clutching straws here ha ha X

@Ava1985 I've used home bargain tests! The ones with pink tips? They didn't show pregnant for me until 1-2 days after missed AF

poppy thanks for reply. Yes sound like the same ones! Not sure if I should wait it out till the weekend when af due or get a frer and put myself out of misery once and for all and move on 😂

Does brown CM definitely mean AF on the way? I've had a bit of light brown coloured spotting the past couple of days, and due to test/AF arriving in 2 days time. Really hoping it doesn't mean AF

Not necessarily @MrsHandles, it does in my case but that's how AF starts for me, by mid morning it will be actual AF though

4dpo here and temps are hovering just above cover line. Not as high as last month which spiked way above but does show ovulation. Not sure what to think and whether it's a bad thing or not crossing fingers but not feeling too hopeful this month

Well, after all my positivity yesterday I'm feeling pretty down. Woke up with a headache, feel gassy and crampy - a sure sign AF is coming and I am still only 9dpo :-(

Im 12dpo and have no hpt's i do however have opks.. and the one I've just done this morning is nearly a positive!? I didn't expect it to be so dark because this is the 3rd cycle I've done an opk before af and its never been this dark before.
And for the first time aswell I have tingly boobs..I find it hard to read boob signals normally as im breastfeeding, the majority of the time they feel numb haha.
